Brangelina Is Officially Pregnant!

After much circulating rumor, it has been confirmed that Angelina Jolie, the mother of five, is pregnant with her second biological child. According to OK, "Angie has wanted a second biological baby for some time now, and the minute she's pregnant, she just glows.”

In her interview in Look magazine, after Shiloh was born she claimed that she feels more for her adopted children then she does for her biological ones. Angelina told the magazine, "She looks like Brad. It's funny because she's almost going to be the outcast in the family because she's blonde and blue-eyed." Originally Jolie did not even want to have biological children, but was influenced by Brad. She claims that after seeing Brad with her adopted children she realized that a biological child would not be a “threat.”

In regards to Shiloh she claims “I felt so much more for Madd, Zahara and Pax because they were survivors," but mentioned “I'm conscious that I have to make sure I don't ignore her needs, just because I think the others are more vulnerable."

All I have to say is good luck to the new baby. Maybe Brad will love it.

An opinion of Young Hollywood from someone on the front lines!

Finally I feel that someone out there has an opinion that most closely mirrors my own in regard to the trials and tribulations of Young Hollywood. That person would be E! News anchor Giuliana Rancic. This woman sees all of these news stories first hand and when asked by Allison Kugel for PR.Com about feeling as if people in her line of work were responsible for putting these young hollywood starlets in the spotlight and creating the mayhem, she reponds:

"I think that it’s a vicious circle. I think that everyone is responsible. If The Daily 10 and E! News went off the air tomorrow would people still care about Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears? Yes. There’s still all the tabloids and the weeklies and even Fox News and Entertainment Tonight, they’re on all the shows now. I think we’re just giving viewers what they want. We get minute by minute ratings and we can see what people are responding to. People love a Britney Spears story, anything about Britney Spears."

Also later in the interview for PR.com, when asked about celebrites losing touch with reality she states:

"What happens to celebrities is the more famous they get the more they lose touch with reality. And I mean literally, not figuratively. They can’t talk to quote-unquote “regular” people anymore. Imagine Britney Spears is going to a mall or going to a grocery store or to get her mail, she is constantly annoyed by people. Everyone comes up to her and annoys the hell out of her. In all fairness to her, whether it’s paparazzi or some chick from Kansas who comes up to her on Robertson Blvd. (a popular shopping strip in Beverly Hills) and says, “Oh My God Britney, you’re fatter in real life then I thought! That’s so funny!” You can’t imagine the tact that some people don’t have. She can’t sit on an airplane without the flight attendant bugging the hell out of her for a picture or being afraid that someone’s going to take her picture while she’s asleep on the airplane. It’s a constant state of paranoia. When she was first getting famous maybe she was annoyed one hour out of the day, then two, then five. So what happens is they start completely alienating themselves from real people. They’ll get their cousin or their assistant or whoever to do everything for them so that they don’t have to talk to people. And then you lose touch. Then what happens is one day they’re not normal anymore. They’re not on this earth with everyone else. They’re operating on a different level and that’s when you start losing your freakin’ mind."

I could not agree more! In light of the recent events that have unfolded in the life of Britney Spears and others, it is a breath of fresh air to see that someone in the media recognizes that these girls may not be totally to blame their erractic behavior, there may be some other forces contributing to all of the hoopla.

Gwen Stefani's pregnancy confirmed

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are expecting baby number two, Rossdale's father confirmed.

"They and the whole family are delighted," Douglas Rossdale told People.

Britain's The Sun claims Stefani is 13 weeks pregnant, although her representatives were not available for comment.

Stefani and Rossdale's son, Kingston, turns 2 on May 26.

"He is a great lad," Douglas Rossdale said about Kingston. "And we are very much looking forward to another grandchild."

24's Mary Lynn Rajskub is also pregnant; the baby is due at the end of the summer. It will be the first child for the thirty-six year old actress and boyfriend Matthew Rolph.

"With the strike going on, I had to keep busy!" Rajskub joked to People. "We are thrilled and couldn't be more excited."

Ethan Hawke and girlfriend Ryan Shawhughes are also expecting their first child together.

"I can confirm and they are thrilled," Hawke’s publicist, Mara Buxbaum, told The Associated Press on Wednesday.

The "Dead Poets Society" actor has two children with ex-wife Uma Thurman.

Britney Spears back in hospital

Britney Spears is back in the hospital for psychiatric evaluation. The singer was transported from her home by ambulance to UCLA Medical Center at 1 a.m. this morning.

"Spears was escorted by police and is on her way to get help," an LAPD source told People.

The 26-year-old is again under a 5150 hold, which means she will remain in the hospital for treatment and evaluation for 72 hours, unless a doctor allows an earlier release.

"She went willingly. It was like something in her heart was telling her she should go. She knew something was wrong," manager and friend Sam Lutfi told People.

"She's more comfortable this time, she came into the waiting area, had a cigarette, made a joke about being there again. But who knows what will happen," a source told People. "All we can hope for is that she gets better."

Apparently Spears' mother Lynn, friend Alli Sims and Lutfi were all in the home when the ambulance arrived.

"She was driving around her neighborhood like a mad-woman," said a Spears family source about the impetus of the hospitalization. "Britney has been prescribed medication which she refuses to take. This is just another sad, sad evening."

Although Internet rumors said Spears had attempted suicide, Lutfi and Sims called the claims untrue.

Girls Will Be Girls

According to US Weekly, Paris Hilton and actress Elisha Cuthberth were seen "all over eahcother and making out" at Tenjune, a New York City club on Tuesday night.

A rep for Cuthbert denies the incident, but Hilton has recently been going to the lesbian nights at an LA club, and lately the two blondes have appeared to be BFFs, so there may be some validity to the reported girl on girl action.

Britney Fights, Cries, Flashes Some Skin

Britney's latest adventure started on Sunday night. Her 'Manager' Sam Lufti planned to interrupt some kind of intervention to be held by her family and he told her palace guards NOT to let Britney's boyfriend Adnan Ghalib onto the property. He also let Barbara Walters know, just before airtime for 'The View' on Monday morning that she was 'getting treatment.'

Regarding her family, Sam told TMZ that "They have an agenda. Their agenda is jealously because they don't fit in. I do. They see her three times a year.".By Monday night, Brit was crying (literally) for Adnan. They hooked up, got a flat, and she eventually went home.
His planned evening with Britney included some surprise guests like her family. Lutfi claims Britney's family "barged in" on Monday night, while Lynne and Jamie Spears have been trying to stage an intervention, according to PerezHilton.com.
Brit's mom made some time to tell Life & Style Magazine, “I love Britney dearly, I want nothing more than to protect her and make everything all right for her.”

Mom also had time to spend some quality time with soon-to-be Aunt Britney, and helped her choose a new car, a Mercedes Benz SLK 350. Britney didn't just go nuts and purchase the car, she brought some spiritual guidance in the form of her Kabbalah book.
Regarding her medications, a source told TMZ that when Britney takes her medicine she is like "a different person -- normal and sweet." But she takes her meds for a while and then feels as if she can live without it -- so she stops taking them -- and her condition quickly deteriorates. "She has a disease. Sometimes when you see her she's in the middle of an episode. It's like mocking someone with Down syndrome." But a professional tells TMZ flatly, "The medication just isn't working."

On the other side of the family, Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is asking Spears to pay his legal bills, which she has done in the past, and he wants $500,000.

Dr. Phil Regrets Too Late

After all the comments Dr. Phil has spouted off on his show he has finally, after bad public reponses and ratings drop, decided to apologize for his free ranging mouth. He stated that "I regret making the statement. It didn't help. It didn't work," It seems that his role in the ever-prescent Britney Spears drama was just a tad out of reach for this semi-television celebrity doctor. There are certain people you dont screw around with in Hollywood. Tom Cruise, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, and above all else you just don't mess with Britney Spears. Besides she does that well enough alone.

Second, why is the fact that it was COACH luggage seem to be the most important aspect about his statement. Who cares about her death, or her baby, or her money, or how she died, but lets announce to all of the world that Anna Nicole Smith had COACH luggage!!!! Oh why, oh why , oh why do people think this topic is worthy of primetime news or even entertainment. It just boggles my mind. Brit and Mom Spat Attack

Britney Spears and her MILF-y mother, Lynn Spears, have been trying to spend some quality time together after Lynn flew into L.A. monday evening. This apparently includes long bouts of fierce yelling accompanied by britney's infamous disappearing acts and her need for a british accent and bubblicious bubble gum.

The mother-daughter team were seen at a mercedes benz dealership bickering, Britney left her mother to visit her pappi boyfriend and left her mother outside of her locked house for hours. Damn, well that certainly seems like some primo family time to me. If only all families were as close and connected as the Spears.

"What Is Sexy? 2008"

Victoria Secret has come out with their 2008 “What Is Sexy?” list comprised of stars who they believe to have passion, humor, style, and charisma.

The lingerie company executives named American Idol host, Ryan Seacrest, for sexiest smile. The Victoria Secret’s spokeswoman claims that Seacrest is sexy because “he doesn’t act like he is,” and that his smile is sexy “in a very subtle and innocent and humble way.”

Josh Holloway, Sawyer form ABC’s Lost, was named sexiest beach bod, Posh Spice aka Victoria Beckam was named sexiest mom, and Grey’s Anatomy's Katherine Heigl and her musician husband Josh Kelley were voted the sexiest newlyweds. Also, AbC’s “Dirty Sex Money was named sexiest cast.

Victoria’s Secret supermodel-spokeswomen, Adriana Lima will host “Victoria’s Secret: What Is Sexy? 2008,” a one-hour special on E! which will air on February 9th.

Giuliani, Edwards drop out of race

Today was a big day in politics as contenders in both parties dropped out of the presidential race.

Republican Rudy Giuliani told Florida supporters this morning that he is leaving the race and backing his longtime friend, Republican John McCain. His announcement comes after his third place finish (to McCain and Mitt Romney) in Tuesday's primary in Florida.

In a speech following Tuesday's results, Giuliani implied he would pull out. "I'm proud that we chose to stay positive and to run a campaign of ideas in an era of personal attacks, negative ads and cynical spin," Giuliani said. "You don't always win, but you can always try to do it right, and you did."

Giuliana's adviser, Rep. Peter King, a New York Republican, said he believes the former New York mayor will become "fairly involved" in McCain's campaign.

As of today, McCain said he has not yet spoken to Giuliani; however, he did mention him in his victory speech on Tuesday: "I want to thank my dear friend, my dear friend Rudy Giuliani, who invested his heart and soul in this primary and who conducted himself with all the qualities of the exceptional American leader he truly is."

Meanwhile, Democratic candidate John Edwards also dropped out of contention today, reportedly "so that history can blaze its path" with Barack Obama or Hillary Rodham Clinton heading to the White House.

Edwards said Obama and Clinton will uphold his campaign-long interest in ending the "two Americas" - one for the rich and powerful and the other for everyone else - and both pledged "they will make ending poverty central to their campaign for the presidency."

The former North Carolina senator has not formally endorsed either of the other Democratic candidates, but both Clinton and Obama had words of praise for him.

"John Edwards ended his campaign today in the same way he started it — by standing with the people who are too often left behind and nearly always left out of our national debate," Clinton said of Edwards' speech to pull out of race in hurricane-ravaged New Orleans.

"While his campaign may have ended, this cause lives on for all of us who still believe that we can achieve that dream of one America," Obama said at a rally in Denver.

Although Edwards said he was suspending his campaign, aides said it is legal terminology that will allow him to continue to receive federal matching funds for his campaign donations, despite the fact that he is no longer in contention.

Edwards also ran for president in 2004, but after losing the bid to John Kerry, he became his running mate and the vice presidential hopeful.

Faker calls in pretending to be Heath Ledger's Dad

This is just sick! A caller pretending to be the father of deceased actor Heath Ledger called into a FOX in New York City apparently looking for info about the actor's death. TMZ.com is reporting that the caller also tried to obtain the phone number of Heath's ex-girlfriend Naomi Watts. The caller claimed that Ledger's death was a "mistake" and made several other false statements. The caller also tried contacting Tom Cruise, John Travolta, Mel Gibson, and the funeral home where Heath's body was taken after the incident. One has to wonder, why someone would attempt to do such a thing after such a tragic loss of life, and what kind of information this imposter was trying to obtain. He was trying to milk the situation to his own advantage by having the funeral home book hotel rooms, recieving emotional support from Tom Cruise, and swindling plane tickets out of John Travolta according to the New York Post.
As an added note the real Kim Ledger, father of Heath, was in New York for the heart breaking task of gathering his son's belongings and viewing a memorial set up by other residents of the Soho apartment complex in which Heath was residing at his time of death. Kim Ledger is expected to return to Perth for his son's funeral later this week. Details of the funeral arrangements are being kept private, despite heavy media attention. The New York City medical examiners office is still waiting on toxicology reports to determine Heath's cause of death.

The newly bleach blonde Jessica Biel was caught with boyfriend Justin Timberlake in London over the weekend. Justin went to visit Jessica on the set of her new movie, Easy Virtue. The couple shared a romantic dinner out at Locatelli restaurant and then were attacked by the papz (as usual) while they hopped into their car (shown here!). The couple was rumored to have broken up but they seem pretty happy to me! I don't think a break-up is in the works what-so-ever!

Britney in treatment?

On The View this morning, Barbara Walters said she received a call from Britney Spears' manager and pal Sam Lutfi.

"She has been to a psychiatrist," Walters said she learned from Lutfi. "She, I assume, is starting some kind of treatment."

Walters also said Spears is reportedly back in touch with her mother, although she is still suffering from "mood swings" and trouble sleeping.

When the other hosts on The View questioned Lutfi's report, Walters replied, "I don't know if anybody is telling the truth or not telling the truth." She added, "He has been with her constantly. He seems to be enormously supportive."

Daniel Day-Lewis' tribute to Heath Ledger

Daniel Day-Lewis dedicated his SAG award for best lead actor to Heath Ledger last night. Day-Lewis, who won for his portrayal of a greedy oil baron in There Will Be Blood, said of the deceased actor: "I am absolutely certain he would have done many wonderful things in his life."

"Meet the Spartans" just edged out Sylvester Stallone in "Rambo" at the weekend box office. A parody of "300," "Meet the Spartans" is from the same writing and directing team as last year's "Epic Movie."

Dixie Chick Expecting A Little Chick of Her Own!

Dixie Chick Martie Maguire, of the country band The Dixie Chicks, is pregnant, she told PEOPLE on the red carpet for the Nobelity Artists & Filmmakers Dinner in Austin on Sunday.

"I'm very excited," Maguire, 38, says, adding, "We know what it is – it's a girl."

Maguire and her husband already have twins together, this is their third child.

Pretty Big News For Obama: Kennedys Love Him

Two generations of Kennedys - the Democratic Party's best known political family - endorsed OBAMA for president on Monday, with Sen. Edward M. Kennedy calling him a "man with extraordinary gifts of leadership and character."



Ted Kennedy made his comments at a crowded campaign rally, Obama sat smiling as he heard the praise from the Caroline and Ted Kennedy. Caroline Kennedy, daughter of the late president, said Obama "offers that same sense of hope and inspiration" as did her father. A great compliment! Rep. Patrick Kennedy also endorsed Obama from the stage before a boisterous crowd at American University.

"Today isn't just about politics for me. It's personal," Obama, 46, said when it came time for him to speak. "I was too young to remember John Kennedy and I was just a child when Robert Kennedy ran for president. But in the stories I heard growing up, I saw how my grandparents and mother spoke about them, and about that period in our nation's life - as a time of great hope and achievement."

Miss America is Crowned!

Miss Michigan Kirsten Haglund was crowned Miss America at the pageant on Saturday night! For the talent portion of the competition, she sang "Over the Rainbow."

Haglund's reign as Miss America began today with scheduled appearances on CNN's "Morning Express Robin Meade" followed by interviews on "Live! with Regis and Kelly," "ABC News Now," and at 10 p.m. on "The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch," according to a Miss America press release.

It is going to be a grueling year for the 19-year-old who is recovering from an eating disorder. Haglund will promote her platform "Raising Awareness for Eating Disorders" throughout her reign, which is expected to find her traveling 20,000 miles each month.

Along with the title of Miss America 2008, Haglund won a $50,000 scholarship to continue her education.

Is Angelina Hiding Something Under Her Dress?

Angelina Jolie's dress choice at the SAG Awards last night has got everyone speculating. After several days of rumors about Angelina possibly being pregnant with twins, she then shows up to the red carpet in a VERY flowy gown last night. It didn't hug any curves (especially her stomach area) and was very loose. It's got everyone wondering, is the star really pregnant? So far, she has not issued any statements to the press affirming or denying the rumors. We'll just have to wait to find out...

Nicolas Cage: Diva or Mr. Nice Guy?

Listen to this! One dramatic accusation from actress Kathleen Turners autobiography was published by the New York Post and the Daily Mail where she trashed Nic Cage. Do you believe this?

"Another co-star who left a lot to be desired was Nicolas Cage, who played my boyfriend and husband in Peggy Sue Got Married.
He caused so many problems. He was arrested twice for drunk-driving and, I think, once for stealing a dog. He'd come across a chihuahua he liked and stuck it in his jacket.”

And now Cage has issued a statement:

"I have never been arrested for anything in my life, nor have I stolen a dog. I am reaching out to my fans -- many of whom are children -- so they know that I do not condone drunk driving or theft. The reason why you've never seen a mug shot of me is because it does not exist."

Jamie Lynn has decided that to further her career she must give up her baby. But the baby isn't going far. Rihanna rocked a cool cropped hairdo on Saturday at the NRJ Music Awards in Cannes, France. She won an award for International Song of the Year for "Don't Stop The Music," but perhaps her biggest win was her new look.

Ellen DeGeneres birthday karaoke

Check out the karaoke video that was on the Ellen DeGeneres Show Friday in honor of the host's 50th birthday. It features Jake Gyllenhaal, Paris Hilton, Victoria Beckham, David Spade, Jamie Foxx, Queen Latifah, Heidi Klum and Celine Dion singing and dancing to Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive."

Earlier in the segment, producers played some pre-recorded voicemail messages from other celebrities, including Tom Cruise, Annie Lennox and the Spice Girls, all calling to wish DeGeneres a happy birthday.

Her birthday is actually today, but because the Ellen DeGeneres Show does not air on Saturday, her birthday special was broadcast on January 25.

New Kids on the Block reunite!

Early 90s boy band New Kids on the Block are reportedly reuniting, according to People's exclusive source. Their previously dormant website is now up again, and the source said the band will announce their return within the next several weeks.

The band had sold over 50 million albums in their heydey, before splitting up in 1994. The members are Jordan and Jonathan Knight, Donnie Wahlberg, Joey McIntyre and Danny Wood.

In their time apart, all of the members - except for Jonathan Knight who developed a career in real estate - remained in the entertainment industry. Jordan Knight released a solo album, scored a top 10 hit, toured with *NSYNC and appeared on VH1's The Surreal Life in 2004. Miley Cyrus pics & update of hijacking plot

New pictures of teen queen Miley Cyrus have appeared online. In the photos, the star is posing in a shirt and underwear. There is no word yet on if they are real or photoshopped and, if they are real, how they were released.

This is not the first online photo scandal for Cyrus. Several weeks ago some erotic-looking photos of her with a friend at a sleepover were all over the Internet, though she declared them entirely "innocent."

"They're nothing bad! It's not something I'm going to let slide. I'm really upset about it, 'cause it was, like, not even a big deal," Cyrus said to Z100 Radio. "That's one of my best friends. I have all these girls who I hang out with all the time. It's two girls at a sleepover, and if all of a sudden that's bad, then what is the world coming to?"

Meanwhile, reports that a 16-year-old boy who wanted to hijack an airplane and crash into a Miley Cyrus concert have been proven somewhat false. According to the FBI, the teenager from Nashville, Tenn. who lived in Louisiana did intend to commit suicide by crashing the jetliner, but evidence disproves the rumor that tonight's Cyrus concert at the Lafayette Cajundome was the intended target.

"His stated intent was to hijack the airplane and commit suicide," said FBI spokesman George Bolds. "He did indicate he intended to die in Louisiana."

A search of the teen's home revealed a mock cockpit. He was arrested on Tuesday after a flight from Los Angeles to Nashville, and reportedly also had a ticket to go to Louisiana. He was found with handcuffs, duct tape and a type of rope or yarn.

More Britney mayhem

Britney Spears reportedly scared some Beverly Hills children yesterday after showing up at a neighborhood elementary school around dismissal.

"She was just rambling and confused," a bystander said about Spears. "She said, 'I'm here to pick up my kids.' But then she changed her story and said, 'They aren't my kids; I have a new attorney, and I came to pick them up for her.'"

The bystander astutely added: "All I could think was, 'Who in their right mind would let her pick up their kids?'"

According to Usmagazine.com, news of the singer's "scantily clad" appearance quickly spread through the school. "Some of the kids were freaked out," a school source told the website.

Spears was directed toward a back entrance, although the children she said she was supposed to pick up never materialized, and she eventually left by car, alone.

Amy Winehouse says "yes" to rehab again

Trainwreck singer Amy Winehouse entered a rehab facility again today, according to her record company.

"Amy decided to enter the facility today after talks with her record label, management, family and doctors," Universal Music Group said in a statement. "She has come to understand that she requires specialist treatment to continue her ongoing recovery from drug addiction and prepare for her planned appearance at the Grammy Awards. She is nominated in an incredible six categories."

Winehouse, 25, still plans to attend the Grammy Awards, although she canceled an appearance this Saturday at the NRJ Awards in France.

"Amy entered the facility by mutual agreement and continues to receive the full support of all concerned," the statement said. "Amy is the most talented and important musical artist of her generation and has made huge strides on her road to recovery. Universal Music Group wants nothing more than to see her take the time she needs to come back to full health and fulfill her incredible potential with the label."

They added: "The label has always had the best interests of Amy at heart and has been guided by her family and doctors in the last few months as to the best direction to take. All concerned feel that Amy must put her health before all other considerations and will be by her side whenever and wherever they are needed."

Winehouse, who famously said "No, no, no" to rehab, had felt pressure recently to get treatment. The Sun newspaper had published drug allegations about the singer and aired video that allegedly showed her smoking crack cocaine. Police have yet to decide whether to charge her for the depictions in the video.

"The video has been handed in to us and we are still deciding what action will be taken," a Metropolitan Police spokesman told People.

This is not the British soul singer's first stint in rehab. She spent time in a facility in August, causing her to cancel several tour dates. Only a month later she and husband Blake Fielder-Civil in Norway were arrested and fined $715 in Norway for marijuana possession.

Perez Hilton Entitled to $85,000

Perez Hilton, the infamous celebrity blogger, is supposed to receive $85,000 to pay his legal fess in the defamation lawsuit filed by Lindsay Lohan's friend Samantha Ronson.

Ronson sued Hilton last year when he reported on his website that she was the one to plant the cocaine found in Lindsay's car after the film star had crashed it. Hilton's lawyers argued that he was protected by free speech rights, and the judge removed him from the lawsuit.

“Perez Hilton will take steps to make sure every dime is collected,” said his lawyer, Bryan J. Freedman to MSNBC “This should make one careful before filing a lawsuit against him.”

Marturano was recently banned from the Super Bowl by the NFL. According to WIRN radio station, they planned to have Paul Marturano be their on-field correspondent at the Super Bowl and were denied press passes because Marturano was included in their pitch to the NFL. Krause also stated that his contact at the NFL considered the musical comedian a liability and did not want any antics during Paula Abdul’s Super Bowl performance.

Marturano stated, “It is absurd that the NFL would deny WIRN's its press passes this year because I was in their original pitch. Why not give them their passes on the condition that I stay home. Scarlett Johansson - The Singer?

Scarlett Johansson is finishing up work on her music album that is set to be released this May 20th. The album is set to feature 10 covers of Tom Waits songs and is titled Anywhere I Lay My Head . Scarlett has said :

I’ve always been a huge fan of Tom Waits and I had this kind of golden opportunity to make an album however I wanted and it’s kind of a dream chance. … Originally I thought that I would do an album of standards and I wanted to include a Tom Waits song. And I don’t know, I thought maybe everybody does standards, and so, I see Tom Waits as being kind of a composer of modern standards and so it seemed appropriate that I could interpret his songs. Obviously, it’s not an album where I’m trying to sound like him. It would be impossible. He writes such beautiful songs and incredible melodies and they’re so cinematic and kind of open-ended so I felt like it would be something that I could be inspired by.

The actress spent five weeks recording last spring and the guitarist of the band, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs is also featured on the record. We are very curious.

Busta Gets Busted

A Manhattan judge sentenced Busta Rhymes, aka Trevor Smith, to three years' probation and 10 days of community service Wednesday for assaulting his former driver and a fan.

The 35-year-old rapper was also fined $1,250, plus court costs, for driving while intoxicated and with a suspended license.

He pleaded guilty to the charges and must also enroll in a DWI program. Ouch.

Cloverfield Makes People Sick

The new box office thriller, Cloverfield, is bringing in big money at the box office. However, if you have a sensitive stomach, it could make you a little queezy! The film is similarly shot like The Blair Witch Project, where the story is told through a hand held camera. There are no still shots in the film.
One blogger on the popular movie database IMDB.com said, "I had to get up and leave the theater for nearly 20 minutes just to keep from hurling." HaHa! We love it! All is Quiet For Jake Gyllenhaal

After the death of his Brokeback Mountain co-star, actor Jake Gyllenhaal has yet to be seen or heard from. Heath Ledger and Jake had continued to be close friends after the movie and Jake was even named godfather of Heath's daughter, Matilda.

Gyllenhaal is currently in New Mexico, currently filming his new movie, "Brothers." Extra security has been reportedly hired to make sure the media stays away from Jake as he does not want to speak to anyone about his friend's tragic death.

New information on the Heath Ledger death is starting to break as time goes by and more investigation is taking place - police confirmed six types of prescription drugs, including a mix of anti-anxiety medication and sleeping pills, found in his Heath's SoHo apartment.

Even more interesting - Ledger's masseuse, Diana Wolozin, who found Heath in the apartment phoned Olsen twice before ringing 911. In the first call, Olsen told Ms Wolozin to wait while she sent some of her security people to the apartment to find out what was going on. Paramedics arrived at the same time as Olsen's security guards.

After failing once more to revive Ledger, the masseuse rang Olsen a second time to say she was going to call 911 for help.

Tests on a rolled-up $US20 bill found by police in Ledger's apartment proved negative when tested for illegal drugs. The most likely cause of death remains an accidental overdose of the anti-anxiety drugs. Stay tuned.

She’s already growing to fast! So I am at home writing this blog before i head to the DCMA store, and then the DEAD EXEC studio to work. I swear it’s so hard to leave during the day, but always so rewarding to come home to the little family. I’ve always been a guy who loves to love.Probably one of the things that define me outside of my work is LOVE. I had no idea what love even was until Harlow came along.

Me and her mother feel like the luckiest two people alive right now. This time in our life has been amazing. We both look at our little girl every single moment everyday and know there is nothing we wouldn’t do to protect her and her perfect little innocence. It seems like you turn on the tv, or get online and its all bad news.

We dont want her to know any of that yet. I actually never want her to know any of the pain and suffering we see out in the world everyday, or how harsh people can be as a result of it. Having this baby has really made me realize we all start out that way, then somewhere along the way something happens and people go one way or the other. But all started out sweet and innocent just like my little daughter. The world could really make you bitter if you let it, but thats where music, and art come in to save the day.

You’ve got to surround yourself with the things you love. The whole point to DCMA and this site is a bunch of us friends doing what we love, surrounding ourselves with positivity. I want my kid to grow up around that.

My heart goes out to Heath ledger’s family. Too young. too soon. too loved to be gone. It almost seems pointless to say this with the state of the media today, but i hope people will respect what his child and her mother are going thru right now and give them space. May God be with them.

So this one was especially long today on the writing side, i apologize it all just got me thinking."

More Britney courthouse drama

In another bizarre turn of events, Britney Spears again arrived to an emergency custody hearing Wednesday morning, then fled before the proceedings even began.

Last week Spears also requested a hearing, but after departing without entering the courthouse, she lost visitation to sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

This morning Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline arrived at the courthouse separately, but according to a court spokesman, Spears left soon after in her Mercedes.

This follows Spears' deposition on Monday, a 45 minute questioning that Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, called "gutwrenching."


UPDATE: Britney Spears was denied visitation rights with her son after leaving the courthouse before proceedings began this morning.

"The hearing is over. The previous custody orders – in which Ms Spears has no visitation – have not changed," said court representative Allan Parachini.

"Both sides were heard in court. Notice was taken of Ms. Spears's absence by the court," he added. "She arrived at the courthouse, but (shortly afterward) indicated that she wanted to leave. [Kevin Federline] did answer some questions posed by (Commissioner Scott Gordon)."

Britney's Ex/Current Lover is Getting a Divorce

The wife of Adnan Ghalib, Britney's thirty-five year old paparazzi ex-boyfriend, has filed for divorce. After their four year marriage, Azlynn Elizabeth Berry is citing irreconcilable difference according to the documents she filed in Superior Court on Friday.

In recent weeks, Ghalib has been seen accompanying Spears on shopping trips and various outings, before their ceremonious breakup last week where Britney invited two paparazzi into her home and revealed to them she had filed a restraining order against Ghalib.

Ghalib, who had been in Santa Barbara, claimed no knowledge of the deterioration of their relationship or of the restraining order. He told Entertainment News that he wants to marry Britney and that the pop star wants to have his baby. They were seen driving together last Tuesday, and it is now rumored that they are back together.

Heath Ledger Autopsy & Family Statement

An autopsy on 28-year-old actor Heath Ledger was found to be inconclusive and more tests will have to be performed to find out why he died. Approximately 10 days to two weeks will be needed to complete the investigation on the body.

Heath Ledger's father, Kim, released this statement to the media:

“Heath’s family confirms the very tragic, untimely and accidental passing of our dearly loved son, brother and doting father of Matilda. He was found peacefully asleep in his New York apartment by his housekeeper at 3:30 p.m. U.S. time.

“We would like to thank our friends and everyone around the world for their well wishes and kind thoughts at this time. Heath has touched so many people on so many different levels during his short life but few had the pleasure of truly knowing him.

“He was a down to earth, generous, kind-hearted, life-loving and selfless individual who was extremely inspirational to many. Please now respect our family’s need to grieve and come to terms with our loss privately.”

Michelle Williams (best known from Dawson's Creek), Heath's ex-wife and mother of their 2-year-old daughter, Matilda, jumped a flight to NYC as soon as she found out the news. Her father released a statement to the media saying, "My heart goes out to everyone in his family and my family. The saddest thing is his 2-year-old daughter [Matilda] whom he just loved dearly.”

Ledger and Williams had a three-year relationship together, though they split-up last year. A source told People magazine that Williams is "devastated" by the news.

Right now, reports are saying that his death is looking like it was accidental and not suicide. His family is very disturbed by the rumors that his death may have been suicide. There is currently no evidence to support the buzz that he may have taken his own life and his family insists that he was not that type of person.

The host of TLC's Trading Spaces, who was abruptly asked to leave the show in 2005, was has now been reinstated as the shows host. There was some media speculation that the networks decision to boot Davis was in part motivated by her performance of a faux striptease at a charity event and/or her appearance in TV Guide "wearing nothing but wallpaper". The network's excuse was that they were just moving in a new creative direction. Either way we welcome her back.

Heath Ledger Dead R.I.P

"I had such great hope for him," said Mel Gibson, who played Ledger's vengeful father in "The Patriot," in a statement. "He was just taking off and to lose his life at such a young age is a tragic loss."
An autopsy was planned for Wednesday, medical examiner's office spokeswoman Ellen Borakove said. Heath Ledger passed away on Tuesday, we don't have too much information now, we will keep you posted! It is believed he died of a drug overdose. Sleeping pill bottles were found next to his body but it is unknown as of now how many he took. His body was found at a downtown apartment in Manhattan that he was subletting from Mary Kate Olsen.

Update: The Australian-born actor was 28.
NYPD spokesman Paul Browne said Ledger had an appointment for a massage at the Manhattan apartment believed to be his home. The housekeeper who went to let Ledger know the masseuse was there found him dead at 3:26 p.m.
Ledger is known for roles in the films "10 Things I Hate About You," "The Patriot" and "Brokeback Mountain," for which he received an Academy Award nomination for Best Lead Actor. His latest project includes the upcoming Batman film, "The Dark Knight," where he played the role of The Joker.


The Australian-born actor met his wife on the set of “Brokeback Mountain,” actress Michelle Williams, in 2005. Ledger and Williams had lived in Brooklyn and had a daughter, Matilda, until they split up last year.


Another update: The masseuse was let in to the home by a housekeeper, who then knocked on the door of Mr. Ledger’s bedroom. When no one answered, the housekeeper and the masseuse opened the bedroom and found Mr. Ledger unconscious. They shook him, but he did not respond. They immediately called the authorities. The police said they did not suspect foul play. Officials said pills were found near the body.

Update 3: According to the New York Times, Ledger was found naked and unconscious with pills strewn all around him in an apartment owned by actress Mary-Kate Olsen.

Bye, bye, Fred! Republican Fred Thompson, a potential presidential candidate, quit the race for the White House on Tuesday after a string of poor finishes in early primary and caucus states.

"Today, I have withdrawn my candidacy for president of the United States. I hope that my country and my party have benefited from our having made this effort," the former Tennessee senator said in a brief statement.

Britney Ends Relationship With Adnan

Relax, Relax. Nothing too, too crazy is breaking with Britney Spears these days, but we figured we'd let you know the latest on the pop disaster.

In boyfriend news, reports are claiming that Britney is mad at her paparazzo boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, because he has taken pictures of her and is planning on selling them to the media. Rumors were even mentioning that Britney had placed a restraining order on him to stay away from her. The two don't seem to be a couple anymore. However, website TMZ reported that Ghalib got in touch with him and and said he is not aware of any restraining order that has reportedly been filed against him by Britney.

The Newest Starbucks Complaint

Venti. Grande. Non-fat. Latte. Triple Shot. It's an exact science these days to go up to your local Starbucks counter and order the perfect drink! We get it, it's complicated! In the news recently is the newest word to add to the list, skinny. In this case, "skinny" means nonfat milk and sugar-free syrup, so you're getting fewer calories in your drink.

Some are saying that the use of this word is "politically incorrect," and can hurt people's self-esteem. "Should we start calling drinks with 2% or whole milk and regular syrups "Fat" or "Obese?" stated a Starbucks barista voicing her concern on a blog. We're not sure what to think. Do you think Starbucks should be a bit more sensitive?

'Viva La Bam' Star Convicted

Things keep getting worse and worse for the 'Viva La Bam' star, known affectionately to fans of the show as, "Don Vito." Bam Margera's uncle was sentenced to two years of probation after pleading guilty to violating bond conditions for cocaine possession.

Vincent Margera (Don Vito) had also been accused of fondling girls during a promotional appearance in 2006. His sentence barred him from portraying his Don Vito persona from the show "Viva La Bam" in any public appearances for a decade. While out on bond on the sex assault case in 2006, Margera tested positive for cocaine use. The guy looks like he's definitely on something, seriously!

Lohan film leads in Razzie nominations

Lindsay Lohan has opened her Award Season with several nods - for worst actress. She received the nominations by the Razzies, an award show which recognizes the years' "worst" performances and actors, for her role in I Know Who Killed Me.

The film's 9 nominations leads the pack; it's also in the running for worst picture. In the movie, Lohan plays the characters of a stripper and an abducted girl, earning her two nominations.

"I Know Who Killed Me is the most fabulously brainless movie since Showgirls," said Razzie founder John Wilson to the Associated Press. "By the end of it, you still don't know what happened. Are they twins or aren't they? Did she imagine it? Can I please have my hour and 50 minutes back?"

Also scoring multiple nominations was Eddie Murphy in Norbit.

Chris Noth, better known as Mr. Big on "Sex and the City," became a first-time dad on Friday.

Longtime girlfriend Tara Wilson had 7 lbs., 10 oz. Orion Christopher Noth in Los Angeles.

"I am happy to confirm that Chris Noth and Tara Wilson are the proud parents of a happy and healthy baby boy," a rep for the actor said. "Chris and Tara are thrilled and all are doing well."

Tom Cruise Scientology video

The Church of Scientology and the website Gawker are in a battle over video of Tom Cruise at a Scientology rally.

The entire nine minute video can be found on Gawker, as well as several other videos of Cruise at Scientology functions.

The Church of Scientology has threatened to file an infringement suit against the website, claiming the footage was stolen; however, Gawker stands by the coverage, calling it news and refusing to comply with the request.

Clooney honored for humanitarian work

George Clooney was named a United Nations "messenger of peace" today for his humanitarian work, particularly his advocacy for refugees in Darfur.

U.N. spokeswoman Michele Montas said the actor is being "recognized for focusing public attention on crucial international political and social issues."

Clooney and pals Brad Pitt and Don Cheadle raised awareness and money for the refugees through their "Not On Our Watch" charity. Clooney and Cheadle were also recipients of the Peace Summit Award in December for their work for Darfur.

Shrek coming to Broadway..

Yes, the tale of the big green ogre is heading to the Broadway stage!




A stage version of the popular DreamWorks Animation SKG feature will begin preview performances in November — with casting, theater and opening date to be announced.

"It's the plot of the first `Shrek' movie," said Jason Moore, who will direct the production.

As for the lead role of Shrek, Moore said it's difficult because not only do you need a fine singer but someone who can make people laugh and feel for them.

"The character is tricky because he is an outsider and doesn't reveal himself to the world very easily," Moore explained. "He has purposely put himself away. So it requires an actor with a lot of nuance to get those kind of levels across."

Dunkin' Donuts may be in trouble. Turns out, their new spokesperson may not even like their coffee. A 'source' told New York magazine that :

“A friend of mine was on set last week as Rachael Ray filmed her latest Dunkin’ Donuts commercial. According to her, Rachael stormed onto the set and snapped at everyone....I am also told she took one sip of her Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, yelled ‘What is this shit? Zac Efron in hospital

According to Access Hollywood, the 20-year-old star was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for an emergency appendectomy.

"Zac had his appendix removed and is recuperating," his representative said.

Matthew McConaughey to be a dad

Matthew McConaughey joins the celebrity baby boom as he announced on his website today that he and girlfriend Camila Alves are expecting their first child.

"My girlfriend Camila and I made a baby together," McConaughey posted. "It's 3 months growin in her womb and all looks healthy and lively so far. We are stoked and wowed by this miracle of creation and this gift from God, and so excited for the adventure that will come in raising this child, being mother and a father, and shepherding him or her through this life."

He also wrote: "Wish us the best, keep us in your prayers, and God bless evolution. Thanks for being fans of me and my work and now this new and miraculous chapter in my life, as me and Camila and our child do our best to just keep living."

McConaughey, 38, and Alves, a 24-year-old Brazilian model, met more than a year ago and have been dating since.

A longtime friend of the actor, Mark Gustawes, said the couple is "incredible happy."

"In my opinion, the child will be raised with more love than it knows what to do with," Gustawes added.

Goth Inspiration Dies

Maila ‘Vampira’ Nurmi, the inspiration of Elvira, Marilyn Manson, and Amy Winehouse has died. She was 85 years old. Her seductive goth character was the first of its kind.

Nurmi first made an impression in the 1950s when she invented the "Vampira" character to host a Los Angeles horror movie television show. She became an inspiration for later horror character like Morticia Addams, Carolyn Jones’ and especially Cassandra Peterson’s "Elvira".

Brad Renfro Has Died

Twenty-five-year-old actor Brad Renfro was found dead today in his L.A. home. Renfro, a long-term drug abuser who had been convicted of several drug offenses, had been struggling to stay clean since last summer.

Brad previously starred in such movies as Tom and Huck, The Client, and The Cure, and was recently filming The Informers with Billy Bob Thornton and Winona Ryder.

The cause of death has yet to be determined, but Renfro appears to be another tragic casualty of child stardom and fame gone drastically awry.

Johnny Depp's Gift to Children's Hospital

Another great reason to love Mr. Johnny Depp! He recently visited London's Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital on Sunday - and donated $2m of his own money to thank staff for saving his young daughter's life.

His daughter, Lily-Rose, 8, was admitted last March to the hospital for kidney troubles. She spent nine days at Great Ormond Street after E.coli poisoning led to the failure of her kidneys.

Depp has spoke about the event and said, "It was the most frightening thing we have ever been through. It was hell. "But the magic is that she pulled through beautifully. Great Ormond Street was terrific, a great hospital."

Last November, without much media coverage, Depp spent four hours at the hospital telling bedtime stories to patients dressed as Captain Jack Sparrow after having his 'Pirates of the Caribbean' costume flown over from Los Angeles. He also invited five Great Ormond Street doctors and nurses to the London premiere of 'Sweeney Todd...' last week. What a guy!

Jamie Lynn's Alleged Baby Daddy Gone?

In Touch Weekly reports that Jamie Lynn’s alleged baby daddy, Casey Aldridge, wants nothing to do with her until she gets a paternity test. According to the magazine, Britney recently told a Spears family friend, “Casey doesn’t want to be with her until he’s sure that he’s the father.”

Reports similar to this one are swirling around the Internet but Spears' representative says that these are, "completely false." The Spears camp seems to be laughing off the rumors and concentrating on JL's pregnancy. Jamie Lynn's rep also states that, "They are still together and he has not asked for a paternity test."

High School Musical 3 is ALL- SYSTEMS-GO!

According to TVGuide, all the stars of the High School Musical movies are set to star in High School Musical 3, which is beginning production in Spring 2008.

Yep, all the regulars are back! Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman are back to star in the Wildcat's senior year of high school.

The movie is set to hit theaters nationwide (not made-for-tv, this time around!) around October 24, 2008.
