Jenny McCarthy vs. Amanda Peet: It's ON!

MEOW -- the claws are OUT!

Jenny McCarthy is blasting actress Amanda Peet after she said in this month's Cookie magazine that parents who choose not to vaccinate their children are "parasites."

Even after Amanda apologized for her comments, Jenny is still vigorously defending the autism community. In Spectrum magazine's October/November issue, Jenny says Amanda "has a lot of balls to come forward and be on that side, because there is an angry mob on my side. I like the fact that I can say she's completely wrong. Until she walks in our shoes, she has no idea."

After her son was diagnosed with autism, Jenny gained worldwide media attention fighting against what she deems to be unsafe vaccines. She will appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday, October 3. Amanda Peet recently agreed to be a spokesperson for Every Child By Two (ECBT), an organization that raises awareness of the importance of getting children fully immunized by the time they are two years old.

As first reported by MomLogic, the national autism advocacy group Autism United is calling for a boycott of all of Amanda Peet's movies (BG's note: Were these ever big money-makers to begin with?). "We want to send a clear message to her," says Executive Director John Gilmore. "Our community will not support the continued misinformation that is funneled into the media by organizations like ECBT and the American Academy of Pediatrics. We are not against vaccines, rather we are for safe vaccines. Until they understand that, we won't back down. Ms. Peet's comments are deplorable and an apology will not suffice. We applaud Jenny McCarthy's continued efforts and for speaking up for our community."

Looking For A Good Scare?

It's Halloween season, folks! The relentless masked killers from Rogue Pictures’ horror-thriller hit, “The Strangers,” will make their theme park debut with vivid appearances in “House of Horrors: Meet the Strangers,” one of many terror-filled mazes featured in Universal Studios Hollywood’s ”Halloween Horror Nights” event, beginning on Friday, October 3.

“The Strangers” deadly stalkers, “Doll Face,” “Pin Up Girl” and “The Man in the Mask,” will join a “murderers’ row” of Universal notorious celluloid creature that includes The Wolf Man, The Mummy, Frankenstein’s Monster, Chucky and “Psycho’s” Mother Bates.

There will be no escaping “The Strangers” at this year’s Halloween Horror Nights event. The deadly masked creatures will also be found stealthily roaming the dark byways of the park in their own “scare zones.”

A torturous playground for horror fans, this year’s “Halloween Horror Nights” will also feature a rare and exclusive first look at Universal Pictures’ highly anticipated re-imagining of the genre classic, "The Wolfman," debuting on LED screens aboard the “Terror Tram: The Nightmare Tour.” The “Terror Tram,” unique to Universal Studios Hollywood, expands this year to double the length of previous Halloween tram experiences.

Remake News #2: Friday The 13th

Just in time for Halloween, here's some news for you horror fans. Producer Michael Bay is overseeing the restart of the Friday the 13th series, which has been on a serious decline in the last decade or two.

It will be starring Jared Padalecki (Supernatural, House Of Wax), and Willa Ford. The film will be released on Friday February 13th, 2009 via Paramount/New Line. The story will mainly focus with a adult Jason, with completely brand new characters. Looking forward to this or what??

Remaking "The Witches"

Remember that classic film, The Witches, where the little boy who gets turned into a mouse must stop the Witches of England?

Well they're remaking it eighteen years after the original. Guillermo del Toro directs and Alfonso Cuaron produces the Ronald Dahl classic. There still isn't much news on it, but it is slated for a 2008/2009 release date.

Eye Candy: Gossip Girl Hunks

Gossip Girl hotties Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick and Penn Badgley ooze sex appeal on the November 2008 issue of Details Magazine. This cover is pretty steamy, don't deny that!

The three guys are newly famous for their role on Gossip Girl, the CW's melodrama about very rich, very beautiful, very stylish, students at a private high school on Manhattan's Upper East Side. The show has been hugely successful and just began it's second season on the network.

Janet Cancels Concert Minutes Before Show

Janet Jackson canceled her Montreal concert last night. A rep for Jackson confirms that the singer "got suddenly ill" during her sound check, shortly before the concert. Janet had to be rushed to the hospital!

According to a statement released by W&W Public Relations, Janet had to be immediately rushed to the hospital just before the scheduled show time. Janet is being monitored at the hospital, but no further details were given about her condition. We hope she's okay!

Hmm.. we wonder what's going on! Her peeps did state that she hopes to reschedule the show, that's a relief, there'd be some pretty upset fans!

Michelle Williams At NY Film Festival

Actress Michelle Williams stepped out to promote her new movie for the 46th annual New York Film Festival premiere of “Wendy and Lucy” over the weekend. She looks gooooooood!

It's been announced that Michelle and Heath’s daughter, Matilda, will be the sole inheritor of Heath’s $20 million estate at the wishes of “The Dark Knight” actor’s parents.

“There is no claim,’’ Mr Kim Ledger said. “Our family has gifted everything to Matilda.’’ That's so wonderful and generous. It's great to see that there is no fighting over this money like you see with most stars estates.

Held at the Ziegfeld Theatre, Michelle happily posed on the red carpet while mingling with director Kelly Reichardt and co-stars Will Patton and Larry Fessenden. PCM is feeling that cream strapless dress, she's adorable!

Seriously, head to Rome to revamp your love life. Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel shared a super hot kiss in a quiet street in Rome. The two have been on vacation in Rome for the past week or so and we can't take how adorable they've been. We feel bad the papz have been following them everywhere but we couldn't get amazing pictures like this if they weren't, right?

Timberlake and Biel were out having dinner at a nice restaurant in Rome and stopped for ice cream, excuse us, gelato, before heading back to their hotel. Do you think Justin has popped the question yet? It's time we hear some wedding bells for these two, they are just too damn hot together!

HSM Stars In Paris, France

High School Musical teen stars have been busy promoting their new installment around the world lately. Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron (everyone's favorite guilty pleasure couple) met up with co-star and friend Ashley Tisdale in Paris, France. The couple was previously in Sweden doing some press for High School Musical 3. The Disney stars are set to travel to Spain, Germany and England before heading back to the States.

We're sure when High School Musical 3: Senior Year opens in theaters at the end of October here in The States, it will be a pretty big monster at the box office. The public just can't get enough from the singing and dancing stars in the flicks! What's your favorite HSM song? I'm partial to the cute little duets between Troy (Zac Efron) and Gabriela (Vanessa Hudgens). Ha!

Stars can be just like us! See, this is what normal people wear on a long flight. Not everyone can be comfortable in a tight dress and heels like Posh Spice. Jessica Simpson proves she can relax and take it easy as she was spotted arriving at LAX International Airport yesterday in a Dallas Cowboys ball cap, hoodie and sweatpants.

Simpson's comfy outfit makes for our PCM Picture of the Day, we think all stars should relax and dress casual on flights! They are making the rest of us look bad!

Springsteen to Rock Out the Superbowl

What do U2, Paul McCartney, Prince, The Rolling Stones, Tom Petty, Aerosmith, Sting and Phil Collins have in common? They're all among the rock legends that have graced the stage of the Superbowl Halftime Show in recent years. The NFL announced Sunday that Bruce Springsteen will be the next all-star to take the stage at Superbowl XLIII.

"The Boss" along with the E-Street Band will be playing the halftime show in Miami Fla. on Feb. 1 at Raymond James Stadium.

Last year's halftime show was watched by more than 148 million viewers in the U.S., said the NFL. It wasn't always that way: until 1988's performance of Chubby Checker, the game's halftime show was made up of local and college marching bands and drill teams.

Michael Jackson became the first superstar to perform in 1993, and his sister Janet Jackson became immortal in halftime history with her 2004 "wardrobe malfunction."

Tina Fey Does Another 'Palin' SNL Skit

SNL alum and Sarah Palin look-alike, Tina Fey hit the nail on the head again this weekend with a pretty good impression of Republican VP candidate Sarah Palin. Tina Fey and her good pal Amy Poehler re-created the interview that Palin had with CBS anchor Katie Couric. Of course, this one on SNL on Saturday night is exaggerated but check it out to see the resemblance, people are loving Tina Fey as Sarah Palin.

Heather Locklear Arrested

Heather Locklear, the Melrose Place star, was arresting on Saturday evening. According to reports, a concerned citizen called the police after witnessing Locklear driving forwards and backwards over a pair of sunglasses in a parking lot. After which she got out of her car and stumbled into traffic.

Alcohol was ruled out immediately after field tests took place. But Locklear was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. After taken into custody it was found that she was under the influence of a controlled substance, AKA prescription pain killers.

Last June, Locklear checked herself into a rehab facility in Arizona, which she returned home after only one month.

Scarlett and Ryan Wed

Ryan Reynolds, 31, and Scarlett Johansson, 23, wed in a quiet ceremony over the weekend. The intimate wedding took place outside Vancouver, in the grooms native Canada.

The two begin their relationship in February 2007 and only four months ago announced their engagement. At this point in time no other details are being released, but Reynolds' rep did confirm that they are married.

Mariah Carey's New Single!

Mariah Carey recently announced that her fourth single off of the album E=MC2, will be "I Stay In Love." The beautiful ballad is a follow up to her Top-40 R&B hit, "I'll Be Loving You Long Time" and number-one single "Touch My Body."

"I Stay In Love" will go for mainstream radio add on October 21st. Whether or not this will be the final single off of her tenth studio album is still uncertain. However sources say that she is going back into the studio soon to record her eleventh studio album, so chances are this will be her final single.

Desperate Housewives Season 5 Premiere Tonight 9/28

Desperate Housewives season 4 finale answered a lot of questions, but created tons of new ones with it's five year jump into the future. Bree and Orson back together? Gaby's a mom of two? How will Lynette handle a gaggle of troublesome teens? Where is Edie? Yet, most importantly, Where's Mike and who is that man Susan was kissing?

Rest assured, all of that and more will be answered tonight. Desperate Housewives always has that perfect balance of mystery and humor, and according to executive producer and creator, Marc Cherry, this season will be no different. He tells us that Katharine and Andrew will both be working for a very famous Bree Hodge. Gaby will juggling with a blind husband and two overweight youngsters. Lynette will be dealing with Tom's midlife crisis, the teenage twins, a passionate Parker, and the adorable Penny. Edie returns with a husband? And Susan has a new man! There is no doubt about it, tonight is going to be a real treat!!!

Legendary Actor Paul Newman Dies at age 83

Paul Newman much loved and respected actor and icon has passed away at his Westport, Connecticut home after suffering a long battle with cancer, according to statement released by his publicist Jeff Sanderson. Newman has starred in well over one hundred movie, television, and Broadway roles. Some of Newman's best known roles are in films such as "The Hustler", "Cool Hand Luke", and "Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid". He was also the founder of the Newman's Own product line of all natural salad dressings, popcorn, sauces, and lemonade. Newman's Own is also one of the nations largest charitable organizations donating more that 250 million dollars to various charity groups across the country.

Newman had been nominated for eight Academy Awards and won once for his role in "The Color of Money", he was also awarded with an honorary Oscar for his humanitarian efforts. He was also an avid race car drive competeing in his last race at age 82 and finishing in fourth place! Newman is survived by his wife Joanne Woodward, five children, two grandsons, and his older brother Arthur.

Hollywood has definitely lost a legend and his legacy will continue to live on through his many classic films and charitable endeavors. Our thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time.

DJ AM otherwise known as Adam Goldstein has been released from the hospital in Georgia. He is now back at home and resting in Los Angeles.

His publicist made this statement "Adam Goldstein has been released from Doctors Hospital," and "While he is deeply saddened by the events, he is thankful for all of the love and support he has been receiving from fans and friends worldwide.

Sacha Storms Runway

Sacha Baron Cohen was taken into police custody yesterday after storming the runway at a fashion show. Despite the increase in security, after he avoided the guards and burst backstage, he also managed to get onto the the Agatha Ruiz de la Prada runway dressed as his new character, an Austrian fashionista named Bruno. His new film titled Bruno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Male.

The crazy actor, who was dressed in multiple layers of velcro, was bundled away by security guards and taken to a nearby police station where he was identified.

Angelina's an Expensive Doll

Angelina is just as freakishly stunning in doll form! Noel Cruz has created a life-like version of the actress, which was just bought on eBay for $3,350. Accessories included... the doll will come with two wigs and hand painted, sculptured body parts, but sadly no tattoos. But don't worry if you wish to add Angie's original tats which can be added, Cruz will hand paint them on for you, for only $15 to $35 each!

The catch? Angelina's doll comes without clothing!! The entrepreneur Noel, also specializes in celebrity trademark clothing, which is sold separately.

Travis Barker Update

After last Friday's shocking plane crash that killed 4 people and seriously injured Travis Barker and DJ Am (Adam Goldstein), Jermaine Dupri says his friend Barker is doing considerably well.

Jermaine Dupri, Travis’ partner in the So So Def clothing said that the news of the accident was shocking, and at first had trouble understanding what had happened, when he received the news in an early morning phone call.


Dupri said this after he made a visit to Barker on Sunday “"He's doing good, he's gonna be alright. He's just got a lot of healing to do." He also said that Barker is planning on sending a message to his fans in the next few days to update them on his condition and thank them for their support.

Barker is getting all set up in his new customized hospital room, Dupri says. The musician’s room now has ipods, computers, and everything else that he needs in his room to keep him comfortable. But Dupri does think that it will be only two more weeks before Barker can return home.

We wish both Barker and DJ AM a healthy and quick recovery!

Oops! Violet Afflect Has Playground Accident!

Violet Afflect and her mom/actress Jennifer Garner played yesterday afternoon at Palisades Park, CA.

The 2 1/2-year-old cutie was seen crying in mom-to-be Garner’s arms, but then composed herself and started smiling again! Looks like she had a little playground tumble! The mother-daughter duo then walked around the park with a basketball in-tow. They are so cute. Garner is pregnant with her second child which press reports are saying may be a boy this time around!

Daniel Radcliffe's Opening Night

Daniel Radcliffe's Broadway show, "Equus" had its opening night last night in New York City. Radcliffe looks so old, he's not baby Harry Potter anymore, huh?! He's a pro on the stage having performed the show already in the U.K. but he told press,

“It was funny because tonight I didn’t expect to be nervous because we’ve done all the previews, we’ve had all the critics here. I thought, `Oh, we’ll do it tonight, it won’t be so bad.’ But I was terrified before we went out. I was like, `Omigod, this is it.’”

Following the performance, Daniel headed out to greet the press before making his way to the cast part, held at Chelsea Piers on Manhattan’s west side.

Camila & Jennifer's Post Baby Bodies!

These two gorgeous women had babies this year - they are looking amazing! Look at singer Jennifer Lopez's body, she had twins! These two famous Hollywood couples attended the Spring/Summer 2009 show by Dolce & Gabbana during Milan Fashion Week.

Lopez/Anthony mingled with McConaughey/Alves at the show and posed for photographers. Other celebrities at the event included Petra Nemcova and Dita Von Teese. This meeting of some very famous stars makes for our PCM Picture Of The Day!

Mark Wahlberg's Irish/ND Pride

Our favorite Wahlberg brother was spotted grabbing some lunch with a friend at the Beverly Glen Deli in Beverly Hills. He's may have been celebrating the birth of a new baby!

According to reports, Walhberg's financee Rhea Durham gave birth last Tuesday to a healthy baby boy, with the couple not yet releasing the name of their newborn son.

Mark is also currently in the midst of working on the upcoming action flick “Max Payne." It's hitting theaters on October 17th and follows “a DEA agent (Wahlberg) whose family was slain as part of a conspiracy and an assassin (Mila Kunis) out to avenge her sister’s death.” Sounds pretty cool - Wahlberg is great in those crime thrillers!

Clooney Back To ER?

Paging Dr. Ross STAT! The Producers of ER are trying to secure George Clooney's return for the shows final season. Producers already got secured cameo's from Anthony Edwards as Dr. Green, and Noah Wyle as Dr. Carter.

Storylines have already been written for Eriq Lasalle's Dr. Benton, Alex Kingston's Dr. Corday, Laura Innes' Carrie Weaver, George Clooney and Julianna Margulies' Dr. and Mrs. Ross. Whether any of them come back is still up in the air. Of the original big stars Sherry Springfield as Dr. Lewis is the only one not invited back, and Gloria Reuben's Jeannie Boulet appeared last season.

A return from Clooney would produce big ratings for the shows last season, as well as give closure for fans. Clooney says he has never been approached by anyone from the show, yet his publicist says he would NOT appear. Only time will tell if we get appearance from George Clooney, but either way this will be an exciting final season for the award-winning series.

New "Choke" Music Video Clip Featuring "The Rules" From Ben Kweller

As a collection of snapshots spotlighting a few of the film's notable scenes, "The Rules" compliments the film's unbelievably quirky personality through Kweller's hard-edged, guitar-heavy offering.

The album, a digital-only release on ATO Records, contains seven songs from the film and eight others that are significant to actor, director and screen writer Clark Gregg's vision while he was making it. Highlights include previously recorded songs by the likes of Radiohead, Death Cab For Cutie, My Morning Jacket, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah!, The Fiery Furnaces, and The Twilights Singers. Most notable additions are the previously unreleased or rare tracks that appear on the record, among them "Orgasm Addict" by The Buzzcocks as sung by the band's original singer Howard Devoto, a great version of The Doors' "Crystal Ship" by the incomparable Nicole Atkins and The Sea, and the original version by The Natural History of Spoon's current hit single, "Don't You Ever."

Fox Searchlight Pictures and ATO Pictures present "Choke," a Contrafilm/ATO Pictures Production, based on the novel by maverick author Chuck Palahniuk ("Fight Club"). Actor-turned-director Gregg shows he is as adept behind the camera as he is in front of it with this wickedly comedic tale of Victor Mancini, con artist, sex addict, Colonial village re-enactor, angst-filled son, serial restaurant choker -- and unsuspecting romantic antihero for our unsettling times.

The film will be in theatres on September 26 and features an ensemble cast including Sam Rockwell, Anjelica Huston, Kelly Macdonald, Brad William Henke and Jonah Bobo. Nathan Larson composed the score.

David Blaine Survives

Attention hog/illusionist David Blaine has survived his latest stunt, the 44 foot jump after hanging 50 feet above the ground in New York City's central park for 60 hours.

The stunt could have resulted in blindness, shortness of breathe, stroke, and/or other organ difficulties, but Blaine was fine. Probably because he wasn't hanging for the entire 60 hours, in fact he was only upside down for 50minutes of every hour! He had ten minutes to come down take a break and use the bathroom. Many people discovered this after they made the trip to Central Park expecting to see an upside Blaine, but he was on the ground, right side up, during one of his breaks. Talk about disappointing!!

"Human Jet" Postpones Flight

It's a bird, it's a plane- no it's a guy with 121 lbs wings equipped with four jet engines strapped to his back. What's he doing up there? Trying to cross the 22-mile wide English Channel in 12 minutes.

Swiss pilot Yves Rossy revealed his aparatus in May. He performed figure-eights and effortless loops high above the alps. Now he wants to cross the English Channel, a stepping stone to his goal: soaring through the Grand Canyon. Unfortunately for Rossy, the English fog isn't cooperating and he will have to postpone the flight until Friday.

Rossy's flight plan begins with jumping from a plane above Dover at 8,100 feet, firing up his engines and making it to Calais in 12 minutes.

He is powered by four kerosene-burning jet engines, and is protected from the heat by a heat-resistant suit similar to the ones race car drivers wear. The wings have the traditional steering device; Rossy must twist and turn his body to turn and bank.

My opinion: he looks like Buzz Lightyear. To Infinity and Beyond! or as they say in Calias: à l'infinité et au-delà de!

Donnie Wahlberg urges Americans to ensure their financial plans have "The Right Stuff"

This September, singer, actor and producer Donnie Wahlberg will urge millions of Americans to make sure their financial plans have the "right stuff." When he's not touring the country with the reunited New Kids on the Block, Wahlberg will serve as the front man for national Life Insurance Awareness Month (LIAM), sharing his personal story to encourage Americans to examine their need for life insurance.

Wahlberg understands the difference life insurance can make when tragedy happens. His sister, Debbie, died at the age of 44 with a 16-year-old son and no life insurance. Fortunately, Wahlberg's nephew was taken care of thanks to a strong, extended family support system and famous uncles with the wherewithal to meet his needs. But many families would not be so fortunate. Wahlberg understands that without life insurance, many families leave themselves open to serious financial hardship.

"My sister was taken away from us too soon. She was a young woman who
had her whole life ahead of her, but like so many people, she didn't think about the 'what ifs,'" says Wahlberg. "With an upcoming album and tour, as well as a new movie, it may seem like I don't have a worry in the world, but I realize it could all be over tomorrow. When it was time for me to sit down with my advisor and set up my own financial plan, life insurance was a no-brainer. If something were to happen to me, I want to know that my loved ones will be taken care of financially. Life insurance guarantees that."

After surpassing sales of over 162,000 copies of their breakout album BONE PALACE BALLET, CHIODOS is preparing to release a limited edition version of the album titled BONE PALACE BALLET: GRAND CODA October 28 (Equal Vision). The group’s second album, BONE PALACE BALLET--originally released in September of 2007--debuted at #5 on Billboard’s Top 200 Album Chart. Mushroomhead set to release DVD in October; World Tour with Brujeria in December!

Cleveland metal outfit has a new album coming in 2009

Mushroomhead announces the DVD release of Volume 2, on October 28, 2008 on Filthy Hands/Megaforce Records. It's the highly anticipated follow-up to their 2005 DVD release Volume 1. The new DVD features 2 ½ hours of pure mayhem featuring exclusive never before seen content, live footage from the past three years on their “Savior Sorrow” tour, music videos including Headbanger's Ball 2007 Video Of The Year “1200,” “Simple Survival,” and the band's brand new video “Save Us.” Other extras include video commentary, behind the scenes footage and band antics.

"Volume 2 contains all the content that fans are hungry for, all the 'behind the scenes antics and drama' that shows the human side of Mushroomhead and what goes on when we are not on stage. Everything about this home video is personal, we filmed and edited all of the content in it as well, over 2 1/2 hours of mayhem and comedy. If you own Volume 1 then Volume 2 will blow your fucking mind.” - STITCH

The band will hit the road in October with The Autumn Offering, XFactor1 and Human Factors Lab and December dates with Brujeria.

Mushroomhead will also enter the studio this winter to record the follow-up album to their 2006 release Savior Sorrow. The new CD is slated for release spring 2009!

In the spring of 1993 seven musicians from Cleveland, OH came together to form a side project called Mushroomhead. The intentions of this project were to create an eclectic blend of music, forceful yet melodic alterna-metal incorporating elements of heavy rock, punk, goth, and industrial, yet combined with a vaudevillian stage show. From the band’s first concert it was obvious that this was far more than a side project, but would soon become a pioneering band. Known for its theatrical live show and the black masks that most of its members wear on-stage, Mushroomhead is one of the more unique and adventurous alternative metal outfits to ever emerged on the scene.

Nick Hogan To Be Released From Jail Early

Whoa! This is some interesting news. Wrestler Hulk Hogan's son Nick is getting out of jail nearly three months early with credits for good behavior and working.

The young Hogan has been serving an eight-month sentence at Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, Fla., for reckless driving that led to an accident with serious injuries to his 22-year-old friend John Graziano, is due to be released Oct. 21. Nick is best known for appearing in the reality show surrounding his family on VH1, Hogan Knows Best.

Lance Bass Dances With The Stars

Check out this video of Lance's performance on ABC's dance competition show with his partner. It's pretty entertaining! Bass, formerly of the boy band N'Sync, and now a contestant of the highly-viewed 7th season of the ABC show, "Dancing with the Stars" described himself on the show as the worst dancer of his singing group, but did an admirable cha-cha with partner, Lacey Schwimmer to ''Jumpin' Jack Flash,'' earning 22 out of 30.

'Nights In Rodanthe' Premiere

Diane Lane and Richard Gere posed for the paparazzi at the New York City premiere of their new movie, “Nights in Rodanthe,” held at the Ziegfeld Theatre. Both actors looked great - Lane wore a merlot-colored dress while Gere wore a casual black pinstripe suit.

In "Nights in Rodanthe," Oscar nominee Diane Lane stars as Adrienne Willis, a woman with her life in chaos, who retreats to the tiny coastal town of Rodanthe, in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, to tend to a friend's inn for the weekend. Here she hopes to find the tranquility she so desperately needs to rethink the conflicts surrounding her -- a wayward husband who has asked to come home, and a teenaged daughter who resents her every decision. Almost as soon as Adrienne gets to Rodanthe, a major storm is forecast and a guest named Dr. Paul Flanner (Richard Gere) arrives.

The only guest at the inn, Flanner is not on a weekend escape but rather is there to face his own crisis of conscience. Now, with the storm closing in, the two turn to each other for comfort and, in one magical weekend, set in motion a life-changing romance that will resonate throughout the rest of their lives. So romantic! The movie hits theaters on Sept. 26th.

Lindsay Lohan Comes Out... Finally

Straight from the mouth of Lindsay Lohan: She's been dating Samantha Ronson for "a very long time."

Not that the whole world didn't already know, but Lohan has finally come out and said that she is dating Ronson after months of silent denial.

The 22-year-old actress revealed her not so secret relationship with the 31-year-old DJ to the co-host of "Loveline" on Monday.

"You guys, you and Samantha, have been going out for how long now?" DJ Ted Stryker asked. "Like two years, one year, five months, two months?"

After Lohan revealed her relationship, her publicist told the press that the actress is not engaged to be married.

Brad Pitt ... In Yellow.

Talk about when bad clothes happen to hot people! I don't know if mustard yellow is Brad Pitt's color! No, Pitt didn't step outside of his house actually wearing this outfit, don't worry.

Pitt was spotted in a French town on the set of what turned out to be a Japanese cell phone commercial, complete with famed director Wes Anderson. Phew! Well, at least he has an excuse for this outfit. We still think he's pretty cute though!

Pitt and the rest of the Jolie-Pitt family are reportedly heading over to Germany for the next few months while Pitt is on location filming a new movie for director Quentin Tarantino called Inglorious Bastards.

CLAY COMES OUT!

Singer and Idol Alum Clay AIKEN, has finally come out of the closet and admitted he's gay. The new DAD tells People magazine, "I cannot raise a child to lie or hide things."

For years he has denied the constant rumors and speculation over his sexuality. Clay Aiken rose to fame during his stint on the second season of American Idol. Later in 2003, he released his debut album "Measure of a Man" with sales close to 3 million. He later released two follow-up studio albums, a Christmas album, wrote a book, completed summer and winter solo tours, and even a run on Broadway. He had a baby, through in-vitro, with longtime producer and friend, Jaymes Foster. His son, Parker Foster Aiken was born on August 8th, 2008.

Jenna's Having Twins

Adult film star Jenna Jameson and Ultimate Fighting boyfriend Tito Ortiz, are expecting twins. Jenna had a doctors appointment today and this is what she wrote on her blog afterward.

"Yes everyone, I can officially confirm that Tito and I are expecting twins! I had my second ultrasound today and was greeted by two big healthy babies with pounding hearts. I can't even express the extreme serenity that came over me once I saw my children inside me. It has been my dream to have children for an extremely long time, and I truly feel like finally... the time is right and god has blessed me. I have never felt more like a woman, or more alive.

Tito is happier than I have ever seen him, it is so fulfilling to see him so proud. He looked me in the eye today after our doctors appointment and said "I'm the luckiest man on earth... thank you for having my babies". I cried."

Heroes Season 3 Premiered Last Night

Season 3 of NBC's Heroes opened with a two-hour episode last night. Did you watch it? Let's discuss, what did you think, PCM readers? Feel free to leave some comments!

"Villains" was originally designed to be included within the second season; however, due to the writers' strike, the volume was carried over into season three. The lead-in to "Villains" showed our favorite villian Sylar regaining his lost powers, shown as the final scene of the "Generations" finale, which to the steady Heroes viewer seemed awkward.

Without spoiling the season three premier's content Heroes has one serious problem to overcome this year. How do you kill off a character and keep them dead? And when the network features all the characters in a showcase running an hour before the new season, you get the feeling anyone that dies, won't stay dead. It leaves one to question if the 25% drop in viewership is a sign of Heroes jumping the shark in Season Three?

Amy Winehouse's Husband: I Choose Jail Over Rehab

You know your drug addiction is bad when you're offered early release from jail to go straight into rehab and you choose to stay in your cell. UK's Sun is claiming this is exactly what happened to Amy Winehouse's crack-lovin' hubby this week. He's seriously saying, "No, No, No," to a drug treatment facility.

How terrible! What is this poor dude thinking? Apparently he'd rather rot in jail then have the opportunity to clean himself out. He'd rather see out his prison sentence. It's such a shame, Amy Winehouse is such a great artist, has anyone checked out her Back To Black album, it's amazing! We hope she gets her life straightened out.

Apartment Hunting In NYC

Charming actress Drew Barrymore was spotted with her entourage in New York City yesterday afternoon. She looks super fierce, what a great outfit! PCM is loving the green suede boots, she's definitely gearing up for fall.

Barrymore is reportedly apartment hunting and was out touring a few places, she's looking for a new pad, it seems! She recently voiced a character in the kid movie, Beverly Hills Chihuahua.

What's on the horizon for Drew? Well, it looks like she's got a couple movies lined up. Look for her in new films coming out in 2009 like He's Just Not That Into You (co-starring Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Connelly and Scarlett Johansson) and Everybody's Fine (co-starring Robert De Niro).

Shanna Moakler Visits Barker

Shanna Moakler was seen visibly upset after visiting ex-husband, former Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker at the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia yesterday. The two had a reality show on MTV together a few years back following their life and family together.

Barker is currently recovering from the plane crash involving himself and DJ AM, which reports are now saying was possibly due to a blown tire.

DJ AM is recovering from burns on 12% of his body. Singer Mandy Moore was spotted yesterday visiting AM in the hospital.

Experts "Solve" Stonehenge Mystery

Two British archaeologists revealed on Monday that they have discovered the key purpose behind one of Earth's most famous and enigmatic structures.

The rings of monolithic rocks, known as Stonehenge, has stood for thousands of years and sparked thousands of theories as to why it was built, ranging from a temple for ancient sun-worshipers, a sacred burial site and a massive prehistoric astronomical calculator.

Professors Geoffrey Wainwright and Timothy Darvill offer their own explanation of Stonehenge, that it was an ancient healing place that drew in pilgrims from all across Europe.

The professors have based their theory on double circles of a blue stones, known to geologists as spotted dolomite, that lie at the heart of the structure.

Dragged or floated on rafts from Pembrokeshire in Wales to Salisbury Plain in southern England, Wainwright said the blue stones were prized by the ancients for their healing powers.

Pieces of the rocks ended up buried in tombs across the area, the researcher said, a testament to people's fascination with the rocks.

The proof was not only in the stones, but also in the bones. Skeletons recovered from the area showed signs of serious disease or injury.

"People were in a state of distress, if I can put it as politely as that, when they came to the Stonehenge monument,"Darvill said.

The pair were the first to excavate the ancient site in more than 40 years. While their findings pointed to the site being a healing pilgrimage site for the ancients, they have not thrown out other explanations of Stonehenge's use.

"It could have been a temple, even as it was a healing center," Darvill said. "Just as Lourdes, for example, is still a religious center."

Heidi's Birthday Mystery

Heidi Montag celebrated her 22nd Birthday Las Vegas style on Saturday. The party went down at the Christian Audigier Nightclub which is located inside the Treasure Island Hotel. Heidi seemed to enjoy the red carpet, chowing on some cake, and dancing for creeper Spencer... but something was missing. We have yet to see any photos of friends. Seems that either all her friends had better plans that evening or she just doesn't have any.

We did however she tons of pictures of herself and her creeper in photo shoot style.

Jessica's At It Again...

Dallas Cowboys fans won't be happy to see this picture. Jessica Simpson was spotted arriving at Los Angeles International Airport for a departing flight earlier this morning wearing her boyfriend, Tony Romo's football jersey number.

Simpson and her dog Daisy and a security guard made their way through the terminal.

The last time this happened to Jessica, she was blamed for cursing the Cowboys and Romo's bad performance when she wore a pink Cowboy's jersey to his game.

George Michael Busted!

Nooo! PCM attended George Michael's concert in Philadelphia earlier this summer and had so much fun! Now, George Michael was arrested in London on Friday for possession of drugs. It's assumed that he was in possession of crack cocaine and pot at the time of the bust. Why are you screwing your life up, Georgie?!

Reports are claiming a suspicious toilet attendant tipped off police after George was seen loitering in a public bathroom area in the fancy Hampstead Heath section of London. The BBC said that the singer was taken to a police station and given a 'caution' for possessing class A and class C drugs. They must really love Michael a lot over there and don't want to make it worse for him, huh? Geez!

In a statement last night Michael said: “I want to apologise to my fans for screwing up again, and to promise them I’ll sort myself out. And to say sorry to everybody else, just for boring them.”

Travis Barker and DJ AM in critical condition after plane crash!

Ex-Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker and DJ AM were critically injured after the private Learjet they were traveling on crashed shortly before take off, killing four others aboard the plane. Both Barker and AM suffered severe burns, with Barkers injuries being to his lower torso and AM's injuries to his arms and head. Doctors expect both to make a full recovery, but will not release any further information at this time. The Learjet was headed from South Carolina to Van Nuys, California when it crashed shortly after midnight killing Chris Baker, 29, of Studio City and Charles Still, 25, of Los Angeles, both members of Barker's entourage. Also killed were pilot Sarah Lemmon, 31, of Anaheim Hills and co-pilot James Bland, 52, of Carlsbad, according to the coroner's office.

The firey crash is rumored to have been caused by a blown out tire on the runaway, crew may have tried to abort the take-off, but it was already too late. Our deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends of those lost in the crash and our thoughts are with Travis Barker and DJ AM, so that they will make a full and speedy recovery!

If You Don't Stop That, David Blaine, You Could Could Go Blind

David Blaine likes to pull dumb stunts. The magician has been a human popsicle, lived atop a pillar, lived in a glass box etc. Each time, after potentially overcoming "life threatening" situations he has come out unscathed and ready to perform yet another publicity stunt.

Doctors are telling Blaine that his next stunt could potentially make him go blind... for a limited period of time. The magician plans to hang upside down above New York's Central Park next week for 60 hours.

Dr. Massimo Napolitano, of Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey, said that hanging upside down for an extended period of time increases bloodpressure to the head, espically the eyes, which could lead to blindness.

Napolitano is advising Blaine on the stunt. The doctor is unsure how long the blindness could last, and said that the magician is also a risk for cramps and internal swelling.

The doctor said that Blaine's stunt to yeild valuble data for doctors.

So doctors, if your study is potentially unethical - bypass the ethics board by getting David Blaine to do it and just call it a "stunt."

Pam + Creeper

What on earth is Pamela Anderson doing with this weird, mask wearing, man? The two were spotted sitting front row at the Vivienne Westwood Fashion Show. It's obvious that the mask wearing thing is Michael Jackson (he is famous for wearing gloves right?) Though we didn't think that Michael could get any whiter, he proved us wrong again.

The two were first spotted having drinks the Shutter Hotel in Malibu and then grabbing coffee at a different location a few days later. Rumor has it that Michael also wants Pam to be in a music video of his.

New Couple Alert?!

It's being reported that Rapper Bow Wow has hooked up with MTV star Angela Simmons, the daughter of Run DMC's Joseph "Rev Run" Simmons.

Angela is best known for being on the MTV reality show surrounding the hip-hop family, Run's House. Bow Wow has appeared on the show before when the two were appearing in the same magazine at a shoot. She also launched Pastry Footwear with sister Vanessa under their family's Run Athletics Shoewear.

Audrina Moves Out!

Could it really be? Did Audrina Patridge move out of The Hills home she shared with both Lauren's? That's what everyone is saying and it looks like there may have been a teary goodbye! Hmmm..

Movers were seen at the residence yesterday and tons of photogs were outside to snap pictures like this one of the girls. They weres spotted saying their goodbye's and packing up boxes. We're sure we'll see this one a Hills episode one day anyway!

Audrina has joined the cast of “Sorority Row,” a soon-to-shoot remake of the 1983 cult flick “The House on Sorority Row.” She joins previously-announced leads Briana Evigan (“Step Up 2: The Streets”) and Rumer Willis for the film, which will mark the first high-profile effort from director Stewart Hendler. We're sure that's gonna win an Oscar -- oops! Okay, well maybe that's the reason why she's headed out, she's on to bigger and better things!

Buzzworthy Artist Alert: Susannah Blinkoff

Rip-off Movie Feuds

Star Wars v. Star Trek: it's an age old battle that generations of geeks and nerds have fought out at comic cons and in internet forums for ages. That age old fight will probably go on past when we reach a time that the technology in those space epics become possible. What amazes me about this epically overrated battle of the sci-fi Odysseys, is that each series covers the same premise - adventures in the great beyond.

This may be the most famous, but definitely not the only similar movie feud. In fact throughout the history of cinema directors and script writers have been ripping each other off without mercy. At least Star Wars and Star Trek had the decency to have unique story lines - some don't even go that far.

Our first example of story ripoffs is one of world ending proportions, and I mean that literally. Of course I'm talking about Deep Impact and Armageddon. The gist is that something is a huge comet/asteroid is coming towards the earth bent on creating a sequel to the whole dinosaurs going extinct thing. The comet based Deep Impact came out a whole two months before Armageddon, but the latter is the film everyone remembers.

Why did Armageddon win the battle? Better cast, which included Bruce Willis, Billy Bob Thornton, Ben Affleck, Liv Tyler etc. The ensemble of Deep Impact featuring an even more adolescent Elijah Wood and Morgan Freeman as the president didn't stand a chance. To top things off Armageddon was directed by Michael Bay and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer sealing Deep Impact's casket.

The next fued is hot, and features another disaster. This one's between Dante's Peak and Volcano. Both films deal with the possible distruction of a community from pools of liquid hot magma. Dante's Peak stars Peirce Brosnan and Linda Hamilton and Volcano, Tommy Lee Jones. Both have a good cast but Dante's Peak still comes out on top.

First of all there's no actual volcano in Volcano. Sure there's lava, burning and distruction, but isn't that false advertising? The movie also has about as much geological scientific fact as Die Hard follows the laws of physics. Dante's Peak has a believeable storyline, is scientifically accurate and... it stars James Bond. You can't mess with James Bond.

Speaking of James Bond that brings me to my next two movies. Sean Connnery should get some sort of award for ripping himself off. In the 60s the original Bond appeared in Thunderball, and then appeared as Bond again, slightly older, in the non-cannon film 80s film Never Say Never Again. What's the big deal? The movies have the exact same plot.

Never Say Never Again was an uncanonized attempt at putting Ian Fleming's book Thunderball on the screen. Apparently someone thought the 60s version didn't do the novel justice, and another attempt was made that closely followed the book's plot. What did we learn from this? James Bond does get old and when he does he experiences some deja vu - or he's just gotten senile.

And if you thought Connery ripping himself off decades later by playing the same character was as bad as it gets, you are sadly mistaken.

In a prequel to The Exorcist was shot and eventually completed. Unfortunately the stuido didn't think it was enough of a horror film, so they shelved the finished film and shot the whole thing again... using the same script and actors. A year later Exorcist: The Beginning is released. Unfortunately the film bombs, so guess what they do?

The studio releases the first film under the name Dominion: Prequel to The Exorcist. The two films have the same plot and actors but use a different treatment. Other than that, they're exactly the same - talk about beating a dead horse.

I'm sure there are other rip-off movies that I can't think of, so if you have one let me know. Remakes don't count such as the 1930s of Nosferatu versus Werner Herzogs remake in the 70s. I'm sure there are plenty out there. Happy hunting.

Katie Holmes has been in NYC for what seems like forever rehearsing for her Broadway debut in the show All My Sons. Katie has been spotted arriving and leaving the Schoenfeld Theater all the time. She's been putting in 12-hour days in preparation for previews of All My Sons on September 18th. Now, the moment is coming so soon!

The actress' Broadway debut is scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, when her play opens. We're sure tons of A-list celebs including her husband Tom Cruise and her friend who has already said she'd be there, Jada Pinkett-Smith, will be in attendance to see if Katie is any good!

Naomi Campbell to Retire

During New York fashion week, 38 year old model, Naomi Campbell has decided to discuss her retirement. She is commenting often that she will not retire from the fashion industry until more black women are being used in the industry. Is that a threat?

Though she has been considering retiring lately because more designers are using more models with a variety of ethnic backgrounds.

Campbell says, “This time the designers and editors have stepped it up. I feel positive. That means I can go soon. “My gut instinct is to get women of colour out there whether I’m still in fashion or not. I’ll be very happy when I’m 55 years old to pick up a magazine and see a lovely spread with a black woman. Then I’ll know I didn’t work for all these years only to see it go backwards.”

We think that her retirement is based fully on her lack of work. Nobody in their right mind wants to get hit in the head with a Blackberry, gezzzz.

Ever wonder how Carrie Bradshaw got to be such a sexy fashionista? Finally we will get a full history on a teenaged Carrie Bradshaw!

Sex and the City author Candace Bushnell is all set to write a pair of teen novels about Sarah Jessica Parker's character Carrie Bradshaw.

The books will be titled the Carrie Diaries, and will reveal her romances, friendships, and her dream of one day becoming a writer. No news yet if the other three characters will be in the book as well. The first books are set to be released in 2010.

Girls Too Skinny... Even for 90210

90210 Controversy already? It hasn't even been on a month yet!!

The 90210 gals are looking a bit sickly on the latest cover of US weekly. The stars, Shenea Grimes and Jessica Stroup are both estimated to be well under 100 pounds each. Rumors are swirling that 90210 execs have ordered the girls to gain weight and a few of their co-stars are trying to help them understand that being that skinny isn't healthy, by planning an intervention.

What kind of message are they sending to young girls... that starving yourself is sexy? We hope that these girls learn their lesson, because we love 90210 and we would love the show to continue on with the starlets.

Megan Fox's Shows Off Tattoo @ 'Eagle Eye' Premiere

Shia LaBeouf was attending the premiere of his new movie, "Eagle Eye," at the Mann's Chinese Theatre in L.A. last night. His 'Transformers' co-star Meghan Fox showed up to support her friend at the red carpet event. What a nice co-star, I am so excited for Transformers 2!

Meghan Fox wore a strapless black dress and tourqouise necklace to the premiere. She looked amazing, as always. She showed the flashing papz her back tattoo which reads, "We will all laugh at gilded butterflies."

Stars like Rosario Dawson, Billy Bob Thornton, Michael Chiklis, Kristin Cavallari, and “Eagle Eye” star Michelle Monaghan also made an appearance on the red carpet on their way into the screening.

"Porno" Actress Moves into White House

Elizabeth Banks, star of Kevin Smith's new film Zack and Miri Make a Porno, will be playing Laura Bush in Oliver Stone's upcoming film W. due out October 17.

In the highly anticipated Zack and Miri, due out October 31, Banks plays one of two friends to decide to venture into amateur pornography to pay their bills. Stone's unpublicized film focuses on George W. Bush's venture from a Yale party boy to president of United States. The bioepic delves into his administration during his first term as president coving the September 11th Attacks and the Iraq War.

Banks, a lifelong democrat, does not approve of the Bush administration but did not let that effect her performance of Laura.

"At the heart of 'W.' is a great love story. It's a father-son story, and then there's this great love story, too. George and Laura, they come off like a great couple in this movie," Banks said.

"I mean, you never hear a whiff of George Bush cheated on Laura Bush. Never. You hear that about every other president, but it's never even whispered."

Halloween Horror Nights Ride @ Universal Studios!

TRL Out

After ten years on MTV, Total Request Live is going off the air. The long running countdown show was MTV's only attempt at having music videos still on M(usic)TV.

The show will say its goodbyes during a two hour special in November. Since faces like Britney Spears, N Sync, and Backstreet Boys were such a huge part of TRL's prime time in the 90s, the shows execs would love to see them back to send the show out.

Though the show is still doing relatively well, executive producer Dave Sirulnick tells USA Today that "This feels like the right time and let's celebrate it and let's reward it. And let's let it have a little bit of a rest for a minute."

MTV's, FNMTV, which is hosted by Pete Wentz, hopes to jump in as a replacment of sorts. The show had a 15-episode run this summer and now will return in November.

Josh Hartnett and Mischa Barton were spotted out in London, the two partied at Bungalow 8 in the city. Apparently, onlookers say that the two are quite smitten with eachother. Mischa just recently broke up with her rocker boyfriend and seems to have caught Hartnett's eye. What do you think of this new little love alert? True love or just a silly rumor? The Grey's Anatomy star looses the boring scrubs as she graces the pages of the October issue of Allure. Her shoot which included apparel from Givency, Derek Lam, and Alexander McQueen.

Pompeo explains her love of fashion, her advice for Meredith, and her shyness as a child in the October issue. As for the clothing Pompeo, shown here in a blouse from Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci, says she caught the acting bug as a child, while watching the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall. "Afterward, I stood up and said, 'That's what I want to be. They're alive. That's what I want to do,'" she says.

Oh, boy! They just don't learn, they're so obvious! Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, the couple we love to hate from MTV's The Hills, celebrate her 22nd birthday with a picnic at the Will Rogers State Park yesterday. Looks like they staged yet another photoshoot to show everyone they are nice and happy. They seem to enjoy getting their picture taken.

Shia LaBeouf Speaks About Car Crash

For the first time, actor Shia LaBeouf is talking about his car crash earlier this summer and the status of his bum left hand! He reveals how scary the incident was for him and how he's been managing becoming a superstar (must be so hard...).

Amy Poehler Leaving SNL

Amy Poehler is leaving "Saturday Night Live" after this election season in order to have her baby and concentrate on a new show for NBC. Aww man, we love her! We just saw her in the movie Baby Mama and she was so entertaining, rent the movie, it's out on DVD now!

Poehler will be taking time off for maternity leave, then teaming up with the producers of "The Office" to launch a mocumentary-style show for NBC. Her husband and the baby's father is "Blades of Glory" costar, Will Arnett.

Gwen's New Job

Besides being a mommy to new baby boy Zuma, Gwen Stefani has something else work on these days. The L.A.M.B founder and designer usually designs trendy and classic designs to the runway but no two are ever the same. So thought it was a bit unusual when the rocker came out saying that she was creating an exclusive line of work wear for W Hotels.

Beginning in this Fall season, female staff members at the luxe hotel chain’s Gerber bars in the W lounges will be wearing a custom L.A.M.B. design. Which is said to be a black jersey dress with asymmetrical lines, ’60s seam detailing, side vents, and a fitted silhouette. She knew that this style would not just have to be fashionable but also completely functional for a working environment.... When Stefani chatted with People, she said “I wanted to design a super cute dress that I would be excited to have in my own closet and approached it in the same way I think about my clothing for a tour. ”

Amy Winehouse Misses a Party

You know there's something wrong when Amy Winehouse misses a celebration. The craziest part of it is... it was her own Birthday party! Many close friends and Mitch and Janis (mum and dad) gathered at Soho London nightclub to share the special evening with her, when Winehouse never showed.

The rumor is, as she was getting ready to attend the party, she realized how 'ugly' she has become, and decided she was not going out in public.

Britney Spears Dec. 2nd Release

Britney Spears has pushed up the release of her sixth studio album, titled Circus to a very special day, her birthday! The actress will celebrate her 27th birthday, along with the release of her album on December 2nd.

The singer just dominated the 2008 VMAs winning Video of the Year, Best Pop Video, and best Female Video for Piece of Me. Circus will follow her well received 2007 album Blackout. And hopefully contribute to the upward spiral of the troubled pop star.

Paul Will Be Dead, says Militant Muslim

Paul McCartney has been threatened with suicide bombing by militant Muslim leader if he doesn't cancel his September 25 show in Tel Aviv.

The ex-Beatle is performing at Isreal's 60th anniversary. Omar Bakri, a preacher said "He will not be safe there. The sacrifice operatives will be waiting for them."

McCartney said he will not bend to thug pressure.

Sean Preston and Jayden James Birthday Celebration!

Britney Spears threw a perfect little boys birthday party. The car and truck themed party took place in LA on Saturday and included guests like Gwen Stefani and Kingston, Jenny McCarthy and son Evan.

But the party was truly a family event, the whole Spears crew was there mom Lynne, and dad Jamie, also there was sister Jamie Lynn with daughter Maddie Briann.

Sean Preston who turned 3 and Jayden James who turned 2, looked to be having the best time. The two drove around in motorized cars, that were customized Ed Hardy, by Christian Audigier. The orange, Jeep-looking cars were accessorized with personal licence plates, Ed Hardy air fresheners, and tattoo looking decals.

The party was finished off with a big, yellow truck cake and tons of gifts.

Britney & Jamie-Lynn @ Blockbuster

Who says big stars aren't like us? Britney Spears and her younger sister Jamie-Lynn Spears were spotted visiting an LA Blockbuster video store as they wound down from an active weekend celebrating the birthday's of Britney's two sons. The sisters seemed to be enjoying a quiet night in.

According to an onlooker, an exhausted Britney yawned her way through the aisles of the store, appearing worn out from organizing the birthday parties. Meanwhile, new mother Jamie Lynn was the one who picked out the nights rental and paid for them.

Brad and Angie Continue to Save the World

Brad and Angelina are out to help children all over the world. This time around they are donating 2 million dollars to the Global Health Committee, to place a HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis clinic in Ethiopia. The clinic will be named after daughter Zaraha, who was adopted from Ethiopia.

The couple already have a very successful clinic called, Maddox Chivan Children’s Center in Cambodia, named of course for their eldest son, Maddox. This is a place where children can come to receive medical care, and eduction.

In a statement to People, Jolie said, “Our goal is to transfer the success we have had in Cambodia to Ethiopia where people are needlessly dying of tuberculosis, a curable disease, and HIV/AIDS, a treatable disease."

Jennifer Hudson Engaged

Former American Idol contestant Jennifer Hudson is engaged to reality tv star David Otunga, aka 'Punk!' The 'I Love New York 2' star Otunga reportedly proposed to Hudson by presenting her with a Neil Lane diamond ring on her 27th birthday.

“I can confirm that Jennifer got engaged to her boyfriend David on Friday night in L.A.” her rep tells People. David is a 2006 graduate of Harvard Law.

The couple have been dating for less than a year. Hmmmm. Red flag. Well, congrats to them both!

Jenny From The Block aka Jennifer Lopez made her way through the Nautica Malibu Triathlon, finishing in three and a half hours this morning. This woman had twins in February, good for her!

Raising her arms in the air as a victory, J. Lo smiled as she crossed the finish line after swimming, biking and running. “Thank you guys so much. This is an amazing day,” she told event onlookers.

Lopez got her inspiration to race while pregnant, as she told ABC’s Good Morning America: “I was beached like a whale. I was watching TV, and I saw a triathlon and I said, ‘You know what? I think I could do that, that would be great for me to do. Maybe I’ll do it this year.’”

Separation Of.... Celebs & Politics (According To Kid Rock)

You know, celebs have really been speaking about concerning John McCain and Barack Obama. Many of Hollywood's stars have publicly stated who they are supporting in the upcoming election and some (like Matt Damon, Oprah, etc) have even publicly talked about who they DO NOT like. Well, Kid Rock recently told CMT Insider his thoughts about celebrities and the Presidential candidates, you know what? I sort of agree with his statement, check it out:

"I truly believe that people like myself, who are in a position of entertainers in the limelight, should keep their mouth shut on politics. Because at the end of the day, let me tell you what I 'm good at: I'm good at writing songs and singing. What I'm not educated in is the field of political science. And so for me to be sharing my views and influencing people of who I think they should be voting for … I think would be very irresponsible on my part. So I'll just keep my mouth shut on that. I think celebrity endorsements hurt politicians. Because as soon as somebody comes out for a politician, especially in Hollywood, when they all go, 'I'm voting for this guy!' — I go, 'That's not who I'm voting for!' … As soon as Oprah Winfrey pops up and goes 'Ha-la-la-la-la,' I'm like, 'I love Barrack Obama. I hate Oprah Winfrey.' I don't hate her. I just don't believe in her, so I don't want any part of any of that. I think celebrities hurt politicians."

Grand Ole Opry Star Passes Away

Grand Ole Opry star Charlie Walker, who became a popular disc jockey in Texas as he built a career as a honky-tonk singer, has died. He was inducted into the Country Music Disc Jockey Hall Of Fame in 1981. He was 81 and had been diagnosed recently with colon cancer.

A Grand Ole Opry spokeswoman said Walker died Friday morning in the Nashville suburb of Hendersonville, Tenn.

Village People Get Hollywood Star

Everyone can now rest easy - the Village People have received their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame! The area where the star was placed was full of costumed supporters on Friday! Fans came out to watch the Indian, the cowboy, the policeman, the construction worker, the biker and the soldier receive a star on the Walk of Fame! Ray Simpson, Jeff Olson, David Hodo, Alexander Briley and Eric Anzalone waved to the crowd as they arrival for the special ceremony.

We love this! Their star was placed at 6529 Hollywood Blvd.... a block north of Hollywood's YMCA.

Buzzworthy Alert : Morningwood

Yes, yes, we know the name is a little ... well, yeah. But, PCM's Julie K just did a interview with Chantal, the lead female singer of the New York native band, Morningwood. Their new single, "Sugarbaby," is so fab and their video is even better for the song! We are loving it, we think you may be hearing more from this band in the months to come. Michael Bay Robbed

No special effects needed, this really happened. Master of special effects director Michael Bay's home was broken into Thursday night.

Police say the director was victim of a break-in at his New Mexico home, where Bay is staying while directing Transformers 2. Obviously Optimus Prime was off guard duty that night.

Authorities have yet to reveal what was taken.

No arrests have been made, but police are looking into "persons of interest."

Mariah Carey's New Movie

Ohhh, not again... Mariah Carey has a new movie coming out. "Tennessee" which debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York last Spring will showcase Carey as a waitress in which the two stars of the movie (Adam Rothenberg, Ethan Peck) meet on their travels of resolving health and economic hardships.

A definitely more interesting role then Carey played in the box office failure, Glitter. Let's hope she can make an acting comeback!

Lauren Conrad Signs Book Deal

Lauren Conrad has signed a deal with HarperCollins to write three young adult fiction books. The books which will be titled "L.A. Candy" will be about a young girl who travels from Southern California to L.A., all while filming a reality show. Sound familiar? Yes it is the story of Laurens life but since it is considered fiction Lauren says that "Some of the characters may symbolize people in my life, but it is in no way calling anyone out.”"

Lisa and Jess, the twin sisters who make up The Veronicas, may be in the works on a project of their own! Rumors are swirling that they are talking with MTV about doing a reality show on their life. Sex & The City star Sarah Jessica Parker took her young son James Wilke to school yesterday. The mom and son pair walked through the streets of New York to get to his school! How sweet.

As for rumors of another SATC movie, well, Mr. Big actor Chris Noth recently spilled some of his thoughts about doing a sequel. He said, “Maybe Carrie and Mr Big could take their honeymoon here {London}, maybe his business could move here or could bring him here and they could settle down. They could take in some old Kings and Queens, Westminster Abbey, do all the tourist stuff, that would be fun.”

Hmmm, interesting! The SATC crew heading to London, England?! I feel like if they are going to make another movie, since the first one was such a smashing success, they should just agree to do another season!

Posh Must Be Bored

Victoria Beckham must be ridiculously bored these days because it seems as though she keeps creating projects for herself! Her line of dresses just debuted to not so fabulous reviews and we're pretty sure no one is buying her perfume, so what is a super skinny soccer mom to do? You guessed it, open a restaurant! VB and celeb chef Gordan Ramsey are teaming up to open a restaurant in LA. (Maybe she'll even eat there!)

Victoria will be joining other celeb restaurant owners like, Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez, Eva Longoria, Steven Speilberg, Robert De Niro, Britney Spears, and Aston Kutcher.

Hopefully this should keep her busy for a while, because we really don't want her writing any books!

Newly engaged couple Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan were spotted finishing up their relaxing vacation in Hawaii yesterday. The two spent the last day of their vacation by the pool at their hotel.

Tatum reportedly had secretly invited friends to the island to witness him propose to girlfriend of two years, Dewan. How sweet! These two will probably make babies just as beautiful as Brad and Angelina!

Kanye West Arrested!

Kanye West was arrested at 7:51 a.m. PST on Thursday at LAX Airport in Los Angeles!!!!

The 31-year-old rapper is being charged for battery and vandalism. Apparently a photographer was trying to snap pics of Kanye at the American Airlines terminal. Kanye allegedly confronted the photog and smashed his camera to the ground.

A TMZ videographer was taping this entire ordeal, so when Kanye realized, he rushed to the camera man and yelled, “Gimme that f—ing tape!” We know that this footage will eventually come out on the Internet. Can't be kept for long. Both Kanye and his assistant were arrested this morning. Geez! Crazy times at the LAX airport!

Oasis's Frontman Speaks About Fan Attack

Oasis' Noel Gallagher has taken to the band's blog to finally speak about this past weekend's attack at their concert. Here's what he posted:

"Someone, who can only be described as a 'Canadian', was able to get onstage, somehow managed to evade our crack security team (Trotters Independent Security Service) and assaulted my mid-riff. Can't say much more than that as the 'perpetrator”s gonna get the book thrown at him. Repeatedly. It was all going so well up until that point'n'all."



In case you missed the action, footage from a fan in the audience captured the whole thing on tape. The fan running onto the stage and tackling the band member happens around the 0:30 second mark.
