Actress Lindsay Lohan just released a sunless tanning spray this summer, but according to chemist Jennifer Sunday, the formula was stolen! Apparently, Sunday had previously been working with celebrity air-brusher Lorit Simon on the spray, and in January, Simon signed a confidentiality agreement. However, Simon then teamed up with Lohan to develop a tanning mist - using Sunday's formula. The chemist is now suing Lohan, Simon, and Simon's company on a number of charges (as if Lindsay hasn't already had enough legal trouble!).
