In what should be bigger news, Disney is making a 4 BILLION dollar offer to buy Marvel. Disney calls it "quality branded content". Can we be so sure?

Will Marvel just be a cash cow subsidiary of Disney or will Disney, Disneyfy Marvel with less character in their characters shunning violent content and dictating story lines.

Disney is well known for creative freedom but within their guidelines which in reality is not true creative freedom, it's just a cordoned off play-ground in which to operate. If that theology is forced on Marvel characters and stories, then the characters we see now will become bland and dull by comparison to the stories in the past.

Disney's representative on the deal Robert Iger was happy to announce, "We believe that adding Marvel to Disney's unique portfolio of brands provides significant opportunities for long-term growth and value creation," conspicuously absent was the reassurance that the Marvel property would retain it's integrity.

Disney stands to gain over 5000 Marvel characters and the intellectual Marvel universe in which they live.

Should The U.S. Government Be Able To Turn Off The Internet?

We try not to discuss politics on the PCM Blog, but I think this story rises above it. If you have more than a casual interest in the internet, I hope you are paying attention...

Do you remember, just a few weeks ago what happened in the aftermath of the Iranian election?Hundreds, possibly thousands of protesters died at the hands of their government. Many of us watched a young woman, Neda, die over and over again on youtube. We couldn't do much, an ocean and a continent away, but we knew what happened. Hopefully we'll never forget.

China has protests like that as well. Being even more totalitarian, and with greater access, they have blocked Google, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube and Hotmail to stem the word of the protests, as well as the resulting backlash on the protesters.We couldn't watch what happened over there, although most of us guessed.

Totalitarian states do not tolerate dissent.

Although regimes like that will (and did) stop the outside world from getting much news of the events via the internet, these countries do not have the e-connection that we do in this country. They still read papers 'over there,' although the news is often written by the government.
The majority of Americans now get news online. Whether it's Daily Kos, The Drudge Report, Fox News or the Huffington Post, we have access to information. We may agree with what is presented, and we may not, but we have that freedom.

In the United States, we have THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH - This includes the press, your voice, your letters, snail mail, magazines and books. This freedom includes your blogs, your e-mails and your access to them. Nobody has the right to take that away from you. It was the very first thing clarified when our constitution was written:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

If George Bush, Ronald Reagan or Richard Nixon had taken steps to "turn off" the press - our voices, our opinions, our communications, our outcry, I expect would be heard around the world.
We can argue about abortion. We can argue whether Reagan, Clinton, Bush or Obama are the anti-christ. That's the point, we can argue.

But our government is taking steps to take that right and freedom away from us, specifically, "in an emergency."

I have yet to find anyone who says that any "emergency" would ever be the time to shut off the free press and communication. If we were invaded from above or afar, plagued, or raptured, we would still have the right to know what was going on, and not neccessarily just from government sources.

Not this president, not the last president, not the next president should hold this power over the American people.

We can all argue about anything, but we have to speak together, Liberals and Conservatives, loudly, on this issue, or none of us may be heard from again.

Fall 2009's Newest Accessory?

Stacy Haiduk showed up to the Daytime Emmy Awards Sunday night carrying a new kind of clutch. This purse is made out of once living material, but it isn't crocodile or leather... it's straight feline. Haiduk, a star on The Young and The Restless, took a page from her character's script and brought her dead cat prop out on the red carpet.

Haiduk posed with the animal bag or "purssy" for photographers while hamming it up. She was all smiles while her dead cat's eyes glared off in the distance. PETA is going to have a field day over this woman!

It is unclear whether this cat was taxidermy or synthetic. Either way, what would inspire someone to tote a real/fake dead animal around all night? Did she have to stash that under her seat at the awards ceremony? Or did she pet it on her lap and offer it catnip? Who knows.

Chris Brown suffers from girlfriend beating amnesia

During his interview with Larry King Wednesday night, Chris Brown admitted to not remembering the incident where he brutalized then girlfriend Rihanna. Brown stated that his behavior doesn't reflect "who I am as a person". Brown, dressed in a baby blue sweater with a coordinating dark blue bow tie, looked innocent and youthful flanked by his mother, Joyce Hawkins, and his lawyer, Mark Geragos.

His vain attempts to look like a nice guy after his domestic violence case culminated is comparable to the Menendez brothers wearing pastel shirts at their parent's murder trial in 1989. Looking like a J.Crew model doesn't excuse violent behavior. One can only hope that Chris Brown is genuine in his apologies to Rihanna and that he will get the help he needs in dealing with anger management.

Noel Gallagher Quits Oasis

We've all come to roll our eyes whenever brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher get into a tiff, but it seems like this time was the last straw for Noel, who has left their band Oasis. On the band's website, Noel left this statement: "It's with some sadness and great relief to tell you that I quit Oasis tonight. People will write and say what they like, but I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer. Apologies to all the people who bought tickets for the shows in Paris, Konstanz and Milan."

The band have had a rough tour this summer with several canceled shows and Liam abruptly leaving the stage, and this latest disagreement between the brothers allegedly ended up in a fist fight before their performance at Paris' Rock En Seine festival, causing them to cancel the show just minutes before they were due to appear.

Liam has claimed that Oasis will continue without Noel. Noel has notoriously quit the band before, but he might actually be gone for good this time.

Cat Fighting Breaks up the Pussy Cat Dolls

The band has broke up over what is being called 'jealousy' over Nicole Scherzinger. Attention has being foisted on Nicole as the front and the other girls jealousy took its toll. With song's listed as "Featuring Nicole Scherzinger" other members were reported as wanting to kill her.

Some comments have surfaced from members like Kimberly Wyatt's who states "The girls and I have just finished our huge world tour and are taking a break from a band and doing our own thing."

The band formed in 2003. We are sure they'll be back. What else can they do? Look for our next story in six or eight months where the girls gush over each other and how they put all their past differences behind them.

Brad Renfo's Last Interview Surfaces

Brad Renfro died in 2008 (Jan 15) at the age of 25 of a heroin overdose. Brad started acting at age 10 and had a promising career in the 1990's. While in recent years he wasn't as popular as Lindsay Lohan or Britney, he too lost his way and eventually lost the battle with drugs. His last movie "The Informers" was released in 2009 while it was filmed in 2007.

Sadly in this last interview which surfaced just recently on youtube by a user named Jay (film maker/director), Brad speaks painfully of how Hollywood and the lifestyle so many think is acceptable will ruin you.

Once a very attractive young man, you can see Brad is a bloated and worn shell of what he once was.

The interview shot in 2007 changes from upbeat to somber and then haunting as he forecasts his own fate: "A lot of people don't make it. They don't live through it." It's sad that he gave such strong advice and was trapped by his own demons.

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt Engaged

"The Office" golden couple Jim and Pam are engaged, and so are the actors that play them - except not to each other. Just months following Jenna Fischer's engagement to writer Lee Kirk, John Krasinski popped the question to "The Devil Wears Prada" actress Emily Blunt. The two have been dating since November 2008, and previously Krasinski has dated actresses Renee Zellweger and Rashida Jones, while Blunt had a three-year relationship with singer Michael Buble. Krasinski's rep has confirmed the happy news for the couple, but we're sure girls across the country have gone into a collective state of mourning.

Scientists from IBM have managed a first! And PCM is here to bring it to you... A first ever photo of a single molecule's internal atoms!

Featured above is a pentacene molecule. These things are ferocious! I mean... look at it! From within you can clearly see... um OK you can see there are 22 carbon atoms and 14 hydrogen atoms. To put it all in perspective, the space between each ring is about one million times smaller than a single grain of sand.

Now if only they could get it in focus!

Below is what the model of the molecule looks like. I'd swear they just took a picture of the model out of focus. I mean look at it. The photo even has the little bars connecting the atoms. So now when you see a model, you'll know that is really what things look like. Go figure. Class dismissed.

Venezuela's Violent Video Game Outlaw Plan

Venezuela is worse off than we thought. First Hugo Chavez, now this... The country plans to outlaw ..not just ban or label games... but outright outlaw them because it believes the cause of violence in the country is video games.

With dozens of people murdered in the capital Caracas each week, the legislature doesn't think that overhauling the infrastructure of the city is the solution. More police can't help, but banning violent video games will. Moreover with police in the country dispatching false statistics on violence, the reality is the country has no idea of how to govern itself.

The bill has cleared one hurdle and now has to pass a vote in the National Assembly, then to be signed by none other than Hugo Chavez. Let's check in a year later on the stats after this bill becomes law.

Meanwhile the world really should take notice of Venezuela if for no other reason than a good laugh.

DJ AM Found Dead in New York

Adam Goldstein, better known as DJ AM has been found dead in his New York City apartment. The cause of death at this time is unspecified, however multiple sources are coming forward to reveal that prescription pill bottles and drug paraphernalia were discovered close to the body. It appears that DJ AM may have been dead for a few days, as his body was only discovered after a friend who had not heard from him went over to the apartment to check up and when they received no answer at the door proceeded to call the authorities.

Multiple celebrities are taking to their Twitter accounts to mourn the loss of their dear friend and talented musician. DJ AM's last Twitter update was posted on Tuesday afternoon and contained a line from a Grandmaster Flash song "New York, New York. Big city of dreams, but everything in New York ain't always what it seems."

Our thoughts are with his family and friends as this story continues to develop.

Official - Robbie Williams Is The Greatest Superstar Of All Time.

Robbie Williams has been named music’s greatest superstar of all time, according to MTV.

Oddly enough, in America, he's a footnote, something about being the New British Elvis. Kind of like Brazil's Gilberto Gil, without the staying power.

I haven't seen that this poll was researched anywhere outside of the U.K. and I'm just not sure it is actually "news" outside of the U.K. and possibly small sections of eastern Europe. The singer almost cracked the American Top 40 Chart in 1999, with 'Angel.'

Williams, who hasn’t released a song since 2007, topped this poll by MTV, beating his former bandmates Take That and the late ‘King of Pop’ Michael Jackson, proving he still has a strong following.

A source said: “This proves that Robbie is still a superstar in many people’s minds.”
Who was the source? His manager?

Other acts in the MTV Top Ten Superstar List include The Killers, Girls Aloud, The Prodigy. Beyonce Knowles, The Pussycat Dolls and Oasis also made the top Ten.

'Hills' Star Vs. 'Girls Gone Wild' Founder in Brawl

There's never a dull moment in Hollywood. Joe Francis, 'Girls Gone Wild' founder, and Brody Jenner, a star from 'The Hills', got into a hard-core fight at a L.A. nightclub. Jenner and girlfriend, Jayde Nicole were celebrating Brody's birthday at the nightclub Guys and Dolls. While there, they saw Francis hitting on a close friend. Nicole confronted Francis where they then began arguing. It heated up when Jayde threw a drink in Francis' face.

Jenner claims, that Francis then attacked Brody's girlfriend. When security arrived, Francis tried heading for the exit. Brody found Joe outside and began punching him before an individual used a taser on Jenner. Francis fled the seen and the police are currently searching for him, and Nicole is pressing charges.

Megan Fox NOT Catwoman in new Batman Flick

Megan Fox will not be starring in the next Batman movie. There is no script yet, according to PCM's sources.

Reports surfaced earlier this week, including PCM, claiming the screen hottie was set to play Catwoman in the sequel to last year’s blockbuster ‘The Dark Knight’, directed by Christopher Nolan.

Although Warner Brothers has confirmed there will be a third film in the current movie series based on the DC comic book created by Bob Kane in 1939, they are made it very clear that no casting decisions have been made. A representative for the studio said: "It's a rumour. It's not true. There is no script. There is no project to be cast in."

Although bosses are denying Megan is set to take the role of the feline fatale – played by Michelle Pfeiffer and Halle Berry is previous big screen outings – it is believed Christian Bale will reprise his role as Batman and his alter-ego Bruce Wayne, while Sir Michael Caine will return as his loyal butler Alfred. Other stars linked to the unscripted, unplotted project include Johnny Depp, who was rumoured to be portraying The Joker, and Philip Seymour Hoffman, who was said to be line to play The Penguin.

Simon Cowell Has a Nice Side

American Idol and X Factor judge Simon Cowell was determined to buy the perfect birthday present for Alexandra Burke - who found fame after winning the UK TV talent show X Factor last year - and knew she had her eyes on a padded black Chanel handbag.

Even though the pricey accessory has a year-long waiting list, Simon managed to charm his way to the top.

Alexandra, who turned 21 on Tuesday, was speechless when Simon presented her with the gift.

"Alex was in tears," a source said. "Simon called in a few favors to make her day extra special. Things just couldn't be better for her."

The other X Factor judges - Cheryl Cole, who was Alexandra's mentor on the show, and Dannii Minogue - also splashed out on lavish gifts for the singer.

Cheryl treated her to a vacation at the Constance Lemuria resort in the Seychelles, while Dannii gave her a gray Tabitha bag.

Alexandra had a number one Christmas hit on the UK singles chart after appearing on the show, with her cover of 'Hallelujah'.

Her new single 'Bad Boys', which features rapper Flo Rida, will be out on October 12.

Jackson Brothers Get a Reality Show Deal

I guess A&E couldn't help themselves. Where they see Jacksons, they see gold. It has officially been announced that a new reality series, called The Jackson Family Dynasty starring Michael Jackson's brothers such as, Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon, and Tito has started filming.

Details about the show remain scarce. It has not been made known when the show will premiere, how many episodes it will have, or if any footage of Michael will be included. Looks like they all are wasting no time in taking advantage of the limelight from their brother Michael's death.

Lindsay Lohan Hints Sex Tape Stolen

OK, there is no other way to put it. Lindsay Lohan's home break-in this week seems to have been an inside job and seems to revolve around a sex tape and not a traditional robbery.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to parse these words into what she really meant in a tweet posted though Lindsay's personal twitter account: "things that a certain old friend knew meant a lot to me" were taken. A safe full of items was stolen. Sources believe scandalous documents and most likely videos are part of the booty.

Meanwhile LAPD investigators believe they have their suspects in their sights. With video surveillance recordings in hand, they are now looking for one male and two females ages 18 to 25. They entered Lohan's home through an unlocked door entering a court yard at approximately 1:10 am Sunday morning. According to police the suspects covered their faces with scarves.

Leslie Sloane-Zelnik, Lohan's spokesperson commented: "personal belongings were taken without remorse." It appears whomever hit her home, took things of deep affection. We can only hope Lindsay gets her personal keepsakes back.

Meanwhile in a stunning move of modern police work, the LAPD has released video of the break on on YouTube, if you know these people the LAPD want to hear from you.

Megan Fox to play Catwoman

Megan Fox has reportedly signed on to play villainness Catwoman in the sequel to The Dark Knight. The film, directed by Christopher Nolan, is due for release in 2011. The sequel will also star Christiane Bale and Michael Caine.

Apparently, Fox's doppelganger Angelina Jolie was in talks for the role. Coincidentally, Fox is allegedly the favorite to take over Jolie's former role as Lara Croft in a new Tomb Raider film. We're sure males all around the globe will be eagerly awaiting Fox's appearance in the infamous leather catsuit - once worn by Michelle Pfeiffer and Halle Berry.

Ted Kennedy Dies

Senator Ted Kennedy passed away at the age of 77 on Tuesday night. He was at his home in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts when he lost his year-long battle with brain cancer. The brother of President John F. Kennedy and Senator Robert F. Kennedy, he was one of the most influential and longest-serving senators in U.S history, elected at the age of 30 in 1962. He was a huge advocate of health care reform, and President Obama recently awarded him the nation's highest civilian honor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

The Kennedy family stated, "We've lost the irreplaceable center of our family and joyous light in our lives, but the inspiration of his faith, optimism, and perseverance will live on in our hearts forever. He loved this country and devoted his life to serving it."

Steven Seagal ...Not Just Actor Playing A Cop. Turns Out He Is One!

Suddenly Steven Seagal's movies are watchable again. Why? Turns out for 20 years he's been a cop! Not only does he play one in the movies, he is one. How can this be? How did everyone miss this? You can google him, and wiki him. There is no reference to him as a police officer.

Years ago while filming a movie in Louisiana the sheriff of Jefferson Parish asked Seagal to teach his men some martial arts skills. The experience lead to an ongoing relationship in which Seagal was made a full member of the force in Jefferson Parish.

For all these years between films Seagal would return to Jefferson Parish and serve the community without any fanfare or PR. Talk about integrity.

With the onset of reality TV, it seems A&E found out about his work and is featuring him in a show to air this fall: Lawman. Seagal may be making bad films over the past few years, but you can bet this show will be a hit. Melanie Griffith Goes to Rehab

Hopefully the third time will be the charm for actress Melanie Griffith, who has just started rehab stint #3. Melanie has struggled with drug and alcohol addiction since she was a teenager, so the struggle to stay sober has been a long battle for her. Apparently, alcohol is the reason for this most recent trip to the Cirque Lodge in Utah, but her publicist has only said that "she is there to reinforce her commitment to stay healthy. This is part of a routine plan that was designed between her and her doctors years ago."

However, the rumor is that Antonio Banderas, Melanie's husband of 13 years, was the one who urged her to go get help. A source claims,"The reason Melanie checked in was her husband was demanding that she get clean and sober. He told her that if she didn't get the help she needed it would be the end of their marriage." Despite his frustration with his wife's fall off the wagon, he is still being supportive and visiting her as often has he can while she recovers.

Nick Jonas Wants to be President

Musician Nick Jonas is keen to make the move into politics, and has wanted to serve his country since he was a young child.

“I’ve always said that I would like to be president," Nick said. "It’s kind of my whole thing. I’m starting the campaign now.”

The 16-year-old star also spoke about his struggle with diabetes – a medical condition where the body does not produce enough or respond properly to insulin, and which can lead to renal failure and blindness - saying he wants to raise awareness of the condition.

He explained to CNN show ‘The Situation Room’: “I’m here to basically raise awareness and encourage people to continue to do what they can to raise awareness as well in their own circle and on a broader scale," he explained on the CNN show 'The Situation Room.'

“Obviously, we’ve made some advances in technology to better manage our diabetes, but we’re hoping for a cure one day, and that’s what the main goal is.”

Murder! Jackson's Death Ruled Homicide.

Michael Jackson's death has been determined by Los Angeles police as a homicide by way of sworn affidavit to search Jackson's doctors offices in Houston Texas. You may recall last month that Jackson's doctor was the center of LA Police's investigation surrounding Jackon's death.

According to the L.A. coroner's affidavit, "Jackson's cause of death was due to lethal levels of propofol." The corner explicitly classified Jackson's death a homicide. Dr. Conrad Murray is referenced in the search warrant and affidavit as admitting he administered Jackson with with the drug in question tying him directly to Jackson's death.

Charges against Jackon's doctor Conrad Murray are sure to follow, the question is when.

Lindsay Lohan Robbed

Lindsay Lohan returned to her L.A home at around 3 a.m Sunday morning and found it had been broken into and ransacked. According to her mother, Dina Lohan, "The safe was ripped out of the wall, and the door was off the hinges and door handles removed. Bags, shoes and jewelry were taken, too." Shaken but physically unhurt, Lindsay has decided to pack her remaining things and move to someplace more secure.

Lindsay's father Michael has allegedly hired a private investigator to look into the crime, as he is convinced it was an "inside job" because Lindsay's staff hadn't turned on the security alarm. However, three men were caught on a surveillance camera breaking into the house. Lindsay had a similar situation happen to her earlier this year when there was an attempted break-in at her home, but the alarm went off and scared them away. Los Angeles police are investigating the current incident.

Jessica Simpson Paid a Witch to Curse Tony Romo

Jessica Simpson visited a woman she met on the internet to help her put a curse on ex-boyfriend Tony Romo so that he will not find love again. The football star dumped Jessica last month on the night before her 29th birthday.

“Jessica is normally a really sweet girl, but she still can’t believe Tony callously dumped her," a source told the National Inquirer Magazine.

“She found a woman in California. The two met at the star’s Beverly Hills home where they lit a candle, burned some incense and performed a couple of incantations.”

The scorned singer-and-actress hopes the curse will also affect his career and is waiting to see the outcome of his next game on September 13 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Meanwhile, Jessica has been seen getting friendly with football star Colt Brennan – a Washington Redskins quarterback and rival of Tony’s. She has even been sent one of his team's shirts to wear.

Murder Suspect Ryan Jenkins Found Dead

"Megan Wants a Millionaire" reality show contestant Ryan Jenkins has been the subject of a massive manhunt this past week, wanted for the murder of his wife, model Jasmine Fiore. The search quickly moved to Jenkins' native Canada, where he was suspected to have fled after his boat was found near the border. On Sunday, police received a call from The Thunderbird Motel, located in the isolated town of Hope, regarding a dead person found in one of the rooms. Jenkins' body was found hanging from a coat rack by a belt in an apparent suicide.

The manager claimed that a young woman had checked herself and Jenkins into the motel, paying cash for a three-night stay. He didn't recognize Jenkins' face, and so did not become suspicious of the couple until neither of them checked out of the motel. When the manager and his son went to investigate, they found Jenkins dead, and the woman nowhere to be found. Police are planning to continue the investigation of Fiore's death, as well as starting an investigation of the death of Jenkins.

In a press conference held Sunday, Police Lt. Steve Holiday expressed his sentiments that "the sadness of this all is that Mr. Jenkins will not stand before an Orange County jury for his crime."

PCM Movie Review: Inglorious Basterds

There was no holding back when it comes to Quentin Tarantino's new film, Inglorious Basterds. The movie was set in Nazi-occupied France during World War II, where a group of Jewish-American soldiers known as "The Basterds" are chosen specifically to spread fear throughout the Third Reich by scalping and brutally killing Nazis. The Basterds soon cross paths with a French-Jewish teenage girl who runs a movie theater in Paris which then is targeted by the soldiers.

Basterds is bold, brutal, and humorous. This movie obviously portrayed how Tarantino thought WWII should have ended, so if you were expecting an accurate historical depiction, don't. The movie's ending suggests that the power of films should have been a factor in ending the war. With the addition of "The Bastards" being jewish soldiers, you felt the taste of sweet revenege as the movie ended. The film had rich music with definable characters. Brad Pitt was out in full force as Lt. Aldo, who obviously enjoyed his work, and Christoph Waltz sent a shiver down my spin as the heartless Col. Landa. Tarantino presents Hitler and Goebbels as jokes who didn't deserve to be feared. From the mispelled words, to the film that's obviously in a genre of its own, Tarantino blatantly says, love me or hate me.

PCM Movie Review: District 9

The alien invasion thriller is pretty well-worn territory: evil, ill-tempered aliens invade Earth, but humans (usually freedom-touting Americans with fancy machinery) prevail and mankind is saved. If you were expecting District 9 to be just another Independence Day-esque action film, well, think again. District 9 introduces an entirely new way of viewing extra-terrestrial visitors, as well as close-to-home commentary on human nature.

Set in Johannesburg, South Africa, District 9 is a documentary-style film that examines the arrival of aliens to Earth twenty years prior. Through a series of "interviews" with civilians, we learn that the aliens - nicknamed"prawns" - have been forced to integrate with human society, but are met with much prejudice and hardship, confined to a slum called District 9. An organization called the Multi-National United (MNU) strictly controls the lives of prawns, and is led by our insensitive and kind of clueless protagonist, Wikus van der Merwe (Sharlto Copley), who shows very little regard for the well-being of the aliens. However, an accident involving a suspicious alien device found in one of the prawns' shacks leaves Wikus with nowhere to turn but to the very creatures he once treated with so little respect. It is then that he learns firsthand about the shockingly cruel treatments the aliens must endure, leading to a climax that will surely have you on the edge of your seat.

District 9 features seamless CGI and an incredible performance by newcomer Sharlto Copley. You'll be surprised by which characters you empathize with as the storyline progresses in a not-so-subtle reference to apartheid. It's an unexpected gem of a film, one that I'd highly recommend seeing.

Stephanie Meyers Officially Being Sued

Stephanie Meyers is having a rough month. She first was handed a cease-and-desist order for Breaking Dawn, the fourth book in the Twilight series. Now, Meyers is being sued on grounds of plagiarism of another novel. According to to TMZ, author, Jordan Scott claims, "Breaking Dawn" shows "striking, articulable and substantial" similarities to Scott's "The Nocturne," in "plot lines, themes, dialogue, mood, setting, pace, characters, sequence of events [and] ideas."

Hachette Book Group, Meyer's publisher stated that the suit is "completely without merit and simply a publicity stunt to further Ms. Scott's career. It is indisputable that Ms. Meyer's 'Breaking Dawn' was based on her original 'Twilight' sequel 'Forever Dawn,' which Meyer wrote in the fall of 2003 and registered with the U.S. Copyright Office on January 5, 2004. That is nearly two years before Ms. Scott allegedly posted portions of her novel on the Internet and approximately five years before Ms. Scott filed her copyright in September 2008."

Is this legit or just a pathetic attempt for attention. There are many differences between Scott and Meyer's books. Although Meyer's books are best-sellers worldwide, and Scott's books barely stocked in bookstores. How will this end? Will Meyer's books be pulled off of shelves as Scott's suit asks for damages. All I can say is interesting timing for the suit. I'm pretty sure Breaking Dawn has been out for a while.

'Megan Wants a Millionaire' Contestant a Killer

When happened to background checks and screenings of reality show contestants? Ryan Jenkins, a contestant from VH1's Megan Wants a Millionaire, is charged with the murder of former swimsuit model Jasmine Fiore, his wife. People reports, Jenkins has disappeared over the Canadian border, police are still searching for him.

It was stated on Megan Wants to Millionaire that Ryan is an investment banker with a couple of million dollars. Jenkins and Fiore were barely married for a year and had been fighting for monthes. According to prosecutors, the couple checked into a hotel, and only Jenkins checked out the next morning. Fiore's body was found stuffed inside a suitcase. Jenkins then disappeared. Coroner's report determined that Fiore died from stranglation.

Fiore's former boyfriend, Robert Hasman stated at a news confrence,"This message goes out to the family, his mother and father and to the friends that are helping him try to leave this country. Ryan Jenkins is an animal, what he has done to Jasmine is unspeakable and it's just not right and I'd appreciate your help."

Farrah Emami, a spokeswoman for the District Attorney told People, "At this time, although we believe he crossed the border, we're not one hundred percent sure of that," U.S. Marshal Chief Inspector Thomas Hession said. "There will be no stone unturned and we'll look under every rock for him."

Brad & Angelina a Fraud?

Now Magazine is claiming Brad Pitt and Angelina are not the happy couple they seem. Despite Brad's comments about how he and Angelina have sex under a waterfall in their backyard etc... the prevailing thought is that these two are not in marital bliss.

How does Now come to this conclusion? Most recently at Canne's the couple worked the room separately. And... a unknown source claimed the couple had an argument hours earlier. Now claims the cause is that Angelina is the jealous type and insisted Brad not pose with his co-star for the film they he is promoting (Inglorious Basterds) Diane Kruger.

Here is my take as a PCM writer that was also once married to a drop dead gorgeous woman. One, arguments happen. And yes, the most attractive women are usually the most insecure and get wound up easy. But what really gives this this story legs in my opinion as a fact finding writer, is that most Hollywood marriages come tumbling down right when we all think they are the most safe and secure. Could we all be on the cusp of a bombshell break-up between Brad and Angelina?

If so, that wow! Brad's countless quotes in the past year will really make him a fool. From claiming Angelina as a soul mate to his stories of how happy he is with the mixed family, every word he's quoted will make him a fraud on a stellar level.

It's a break-up I've sensed was coming a for a long time. Angelina is well beyond high maintenance, she's required Brad an Alpha male if you've ever seen one to follow her lead in life. From politics, human rights and family values. Brad is your prototypical man's man that has lived the "Fight Club" lifestyle before meeting up with Angelina. Bottom line is these two are combustible and have yet to ignite. If they are for real, Brad has give up his own life for Angelina's and that's noble, but in the history of mankind it seems that sooner or later true colors come out. How long will Brad play Angelina's tune?

Let's all admit to what we speculate. Angelina is a "B" on wheels and Brad is a guy that historically doesn't take crap from a woman. No matter how hot she is on the outside, it's what is on the inside that a counts. How long will Brad be "Brad-handled"?

If they break up, that will be the key reason why, but you may not read it in media. Until then you can just watch and see if Brad and Angelina are a fraud.

David Copperfield Accused of Sexual Assault

Magician David Copperfield has been accused of attacking a 22-year-old fashion model when she was a guest on his private island in the Bahamas in 2007, according to a federal lawsuit.

The unnamed woman alleges she met David during one of his shows in January 2007 and was then invited to his holiday home in July of that year. She claims David "attacked her and sexually assaulted her" while threatening to kill her if she did not submit to what he wanted.

The woman claims she was assaulted by David two more times on the island before he returned home and reported the incidents to Seattle police.

Copperfield's lawyers say she has fabricated the incidents.

"This woman, who filed the lawsuit, has a history of lying... She has lied to law enforcement before and, as a result, had innocent people arrested based on a false accusation... she is incapable of telling the truth," a statement from his lawyers said.

“This lawsuit is extortion for money, plain and simple. Unfortunately, false claims like this only hurt the women who really have been abused, women who really need our help."

Robert Pattinson Claims He's Still Single

Listen up Twilighters, pretty much all summer we have been hearing that the hottest vampire out there, Robert Pattinsion is dating co-star, Kristen Stewart. By the looks of the cozy snap shots of two, seems pretty true. Although, from Robert Pattinson's lips to the media's ears, Pattinson told the Daily Mirror, "I don't have a girlfriend. I don't know why."

Pattinson continued stating, "You always think you're going to get more girls after you've made a movie and it never happens. You sit there and you're like, 'I'm a big movie star and I want to go out with some models'. But I don't know why that doesn't happen."

Pattinson explained, "It's especially different in LA. Most of the women there are actresses and by default that makes them a little bit nuts – not that that's a bad thing. But I don't really have a type." If Robert is lying about his relationship with Stewart to throw the media off, he's doing a good job. Also, what girl would not want to date Pattinson?

A crypt above Marilyn Monroe's own crypt has been put ip for sale, and looking at from a per square foot view it's one of the most expensive places on the real estate market!

According to L.A. Times, Richard Poncher, deceased entrepreneur owns the grave above Monroe. His widow has placed the crypt on sale to pay off the $1.6 million mortgage she owes on her Beverly Hills home. The asking price for the crypt you may be wondering... a astonishing $4.5 million!

Poncher's wife placed the crypt for sale on Ebay. In the ad she writes, "Here is a once in a lifetime and into eternity opportunity to spend your eternal days directly above Marilyn Monroe... [It] is being vacated so as to make room for a new resident." Poncher claims she wants be debt-free when she dies for her children. So is the sale of the crypt is inappropriate or genius? Bruce Willis Browses Multi-Million Dollar Apartment and Celebrates Daughter's Birthday

Actor Bruce Willis and his model wife Emma Heming have been seen viewing Los Angeles' exclusive Carlyle Residences, a 24-story building which includes properties priced between $2.9 and $15 million.

It is believed that the couple have been looking at a three bedroom, four bathroom property - equipped with gym, library, dining room and wine cellar - which is priced around $5.1 million.

After looking at the apartment, Bruce and Emma traveled to Las Vegas to celebrate his daughter Rumer's 21st birthday.

The party was held at a Tao restaurant and nightclub on Saturday night (8/15/09) and was followed by a meal at Bruce's own Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino's Koi restaurant the following day.

At the party Rumer said that she had not received any presents yet, but mentioned that her dad has given her some of the worst and best presents over the years.

"I had always wanted a dog and my dad came home one day and he had something wrapped up in a towel," Rumer said. "He was just holding it and we were talking in the kitchen for a good 10 minutes or so and he just said, 'Oh here, can you hold this for me?' And it was a puppy. That was probably the best."

"My dad also once got me a statue of a little girl reaching over a pond. I opened it and I just kind of looked at him and I was like, 'I don't really understand it but, you know, I'm happy to take it.' "

Batman Three Begins

Director Chris Nolan of Batman Begins and The Dark Knight has dropped out of pre-production on the film The Prisoner to begin work on the third installment of DC's rebooted franchise Batman.

While this is bad news for The Prisoner fans, it's great news for Batman fans. It assures them Chris Nolan is on board and that he is dedicated to the project in what be the best attempt to cap off a trilogy yet.

You may recall that neither Spider-Man 3 or X-Men 3 offered satisfying movie experiences or closure. While these franchises will go on, most films die at the third film mark. They run out of steam for various reasons from bad writing, to forced continuation or simply no real story to tell. Then again, Batman failed in the past because of overkill. There is plenty for Chris Nolan to learn from in past mistakes. Let's hope he saves the Batman franchise from doom.

So when will get another Batman installment? Interviews with actors in the previous Batman films from Gary Oldman to Morgan Freeman have alluded to 2012 and 2103. Other sources indicate it will be 2011. With Nolan removing himself from The Prisoner to work on Batman at this time, one is lead to believe 2011 is plausible.

Kelly Clarkson is set to return to American Idol

The 'My Life Would Suck Without You' singer, who won the first series of the US TV talent show in 2002, will appear as a guest judge at an audition next week.

A source said: “Kelly is beyond excited to get back to the show that started it all.”
It is also rumored that Kelly and the other current judges, Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi, will be joined by one of the Jonas Brothers.

Now that Paula Abdul is apparently forever off the show there are a number famous celebs who are up to taking her spot such as former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, hip-hop artist Mary J. Blige and 'I Kissed a Girl' singer Katy Perry.

The source added: "At this stage it doesn't look like Paula will be replaced by one person. The celebrity judges are working really well for now."

Other stars linked to the guest judge role include Jennifer Lopez and Shania Twain.

Eric Dane Involved in Risque Video Scandal

Word on the street is that Eric Dane, better known as Grey's Anatomy's Dr. Mark Sloane, can be seen in a homemade video posted on Gawker.com. Dane appears in the video - sans clothing - with his wife Rebecca Gayheart and friend Kari Ann Peniche, who you might know better as the Miss United States Teen gone wrong. The video, which is about two years old, depicts the inebriated group hanging out naked in a jacuzzi in Peniche's apartment and deciding on their porn names.

The tape was originally 12 minutes long, but was cut to 3 minutes, and was supposed to be deleted by Peniche. It was then allegedly stolen from Peniche's hard drive by her former Celebrity Rehab roommate, Mindy McCready. No lewd acts take place on the tape, but apparently you can see, um, a whole lot of Dr. McSteamy.

Misha Barton Ordered to Lose 10 lbs

We all know the Mischa Barton has been dealing with a lot lately and she seems to be under a lot of pressure. The actress was recently told to lose 10 lbs. for her role as a model in the new television series The Beautiful Life. She was "shocked to tears" when she was given this news.

“She knows that means they are calling her fat behind her back," a source told Britain's Star Magazine. "She knows she is heavier than she needs to be but to hear it like that… it really shook her. How can Mischa play a model when she’s looking so heavy?"

“She’s broken down in tears more than once before shooting. It’s a lot of pressure for someone who is just out of hospital.”

Although she was upset by the news, friends say that Mischa does plan on losing the weight.

“She’s always been able to lose weight fast," the source added. "Everyone knows she’s been struggling, so people are just really rooting for her.”

Just because Mischa is no longer the skin and bones that she once was, she is now considered fat. Don't worry though because she is good at losing weight fast, which must be healthy of course. The young actress just can't seem to catch a break.

Miley Cyrus and Ex-Boyfriend Have Twitter Fight

Teen star Miley Cyrus has been exchanging bitter words with her ex-boyfriend Justin Gaston via Twitter. The 'Hannah Montana' actress split from the underwear model in June after dating for about a year.

Justin began the fued by writing on his page: "People mistake stupidity for bravery way too easily."

Miley soon replied with, "Yeah. I love when people mistake bravery with writing a few stupid tweets trying to make it seem like they don't care. You're afraid to love."

The two have kept in touch after the breakup and Miley appears to still have feelings for Justin.
Last week, she wrote several heartfelt messages for her former boyfriend.
"I am in between happy and sad today," she wrote. "I'm happy because I love you. I'm sad because I can't get enough of you."

Miley and Justin have been very active on Twitter since the breakup, posting their feelings about one another and the split.

"Just recorded a demo," Justin wrote. "Now I'm sitting on the couch wondering why we as humans try to pretend everything's OK when it isn't. Just be real.”

Miley replied: "Everything IS ok. Honestly. I can't change you're mind and your heart no longer belongs to me. Maybe YOU'RE the one pretending you're fine (sic)."

Vanessa Hudgens Is Ready To Move On

Just because you start out as a Disney star doesn’t mean you have to be one for the rest of your life. Like Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens also has plans to venture out. Even though Bandslam was another high school movie for the young star she has no desire to let herself get type casted into any specific role.

"I love High School Musical," the actress told MTV News while promoting Bandslam “But I feel like I've moved on. And I'm doing different things and growing up. Honestly, I just kind of do things I feel passionate about,"

What might she be passionate about? Something I’m sure you’ll never guess. She’s always “wanted to do action. That was my biggest go-to when I wanted to play the sexy girl was to be in an action film, and I get to do that in Sucker Punch, and I'm so excited."

Hopefully Sucker Punch will do better in theaters, better than how Bandslam has done so far.

PCM Movie Review: The Time Traveler's Wife

Another New York Times Bestseller makes a leap onto the big screen. The Time Traveler's Wife is a story about Clare (Rachel McAdams) who has been in love with Henry (Eric Bana) her entire life. She believes they are destined to be together, even though she never knows when they will be separated: Henry is a time traveler-cursed with a rare genetic anomaly that causes him to live his life on a shifting timeline, skipping back and forth through the years with no control. Despite the fact that Henry's travels force them apart with no warning, and never knowing when they will be reunited, Clare desperately tries to build a life with her one true love.

As a person who has both read the book and seen the movie I must say, not a bad job. It is quite obvious from the beginning the great chemistry between McAdams and Bana. I think that the movie was as similar to the book as it could have been. Considering that it's Hollywood, it had to cut out some parts and adapt things here and there to keep the audiences attention, but still I was not disappointed. I listened around me in the theater to women blowing their noses and sniffling, and it was quite evident that the passion between the characters Clare and Henry that radiates from the book had found its way onto the screen. Mind you, before you see the movie I suggest getting your mind prepared for understanding time travel and the space time continuum, but other than that I would suggest this movie. Anyone whose looking for a love story that is not at all sappy and with actors you can't help but love check out The Time Traveler's Wife.

Alyssa Milano Ties the Knot Down Homestyle

Finally she gets to be the boss... Alyssa Milano (36) married Dave Bugliari (30) in a traditional wedding with traditional vows with a traditional dress -- OK custom dress by none other than Vera Wang complete with rose petals in the aisles. Then traditional became very oldschool traditional, you could even call it modest.

Before the wedding on August 15, 2009 Alyssa tweeted: Good morning/afternoon/evening/night. Whatever it is for you, I hope this tweet finds you in good spirits.

The wedding was held at the Bugliari estate in New Jersey. The couples wedding theme was nature and family emphasized by wooden signs directing wedding guests to their reception area complete with rattan chairs and haybails as cocktail tables. Meanwhile dinner was served on antique style farmhouse tables on wood flooring and wrought iron chandeliers. The couple used a wedding planner for this.

Milano met Bugliari in 2006 calling him a "lovely gift" and have been engaged December 18, 2008. Bugliari is an agent for Creative Artist Agency taking his own shot at creativity by designing Milano's cushion-cut diamond with the help of Jim Lavi at Daniel Jewelry in La Jolla, California.

This is Milano's second marriage. She was briefly married for 11 months to musician Cinjun Tate (Remy Zero) in 1999. Milano has also dated Eric Dane and Justin Timberlake. From her involvement in producing team sport clothing for women, Alyssa has also dated pitcher Brad Penny and Carl Pavano.

"Apprentice" Villain Omarosa Sees the Light

The contestant you loved to hate a few years ago on Donald Trump's "The Apprentice" has decided to attend the United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio, where she will be working for a doctrine in ministry. Omarosa claims: "You can lose yourself in this business. You lose yourself in Hollywood, lose yourself in fame. If you're as fortunate as I am, you have people in your life who will work to ground you," She has previously done a lot of work for the homeless and the poor in Haiti, another sign that the former TV villain has turned over a new leaf. However, she isn't bowing out of the spotlight just yet, as she is rumored to be in talks for a new reality show - but one that won't be showcasing her diva personality.

Frozen In Time: Even in Death MJ Decides the Show Must Go On

For weeks the mystery of Michael Jackson's body was media fodder. Frankly we at PCM thought that was boring news. Not any more!

Where is is MJ's body? Frozen in time! OK, not like Han Solo, or Ted Williams -- He's frozen more like David Blane.

You may read in the news soon that Michael Jackson's body is frozen, and that headline is clearly a teaser, the simple reality is that his mother has him at Forrest Hill's still in a deep freeze so that she may still visit him.

In other news... The coroner has returned his brain. Recently the LA coroner kept it to examine for clues hoping to find any other causes towards his death.

Les Paul Dies

Les Paul, known as "Father of the Electric Guitar," has passed away at age 94 in White Plains Hospital surrounded by family and friends. The cause of death was complications of pneumonia.

Paul will be remembered for his musical talent as well as for his guitar developments. He created hits with his late wife Mary Ford and also played guitar with jazz and pop icons such as Louis Armstrong to Bing Crosby. In the 1930's he started experimenting with guitar amplification and by 1941 he had built what was known as the first solid-body electric guitar.

He was born as Lester William Polsfuss in Wisconsin on June 9, 1915. He began playing guitar at age 13 and at 17 he left high school to play in Sonny Joe Wolverton's radio band. The group became popular on national radio in 1938. Paul played on Armed Forces Radio during WWII and then he formed the Les Paul Trio.

He then started experimenting with multitrack recording and advancing the technique of tape delay. Then in 1952 he signed a contract with Gibson to create Gibson Les Paul guitars which have been used by many legends of the rock n' roll era from Jimmy Hendrix to Jack White.

Arthritis caused him to slow down his career in later years, but he still performed regularly at New York's Iridium Jazz Club. Despite Les Paul's sucessful career, he always remained down to earth and often said his main goal was to make people happy.

It's a Boy for Kendra Wilkinson!

Reality television star and former Playboy Playmate, Kendra Wilkinson, who is expecting her first baby with husband Hank Baskett, has discovered during a routine scan that she is carrying a baby boy.

"I just left the doctor's office and I couldn’t wait another minute to tell you guys," she posted on her blog. "Hank and I are having a baby boy!!!!!!!!!!!! When the doctor told me I was just like OH MY GOD, I'm going to have a son!!!!! Today is certainly always going to be one of the most memorable days of my life!"

The 24-year-old and the football star wed at her ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner's Playboy mansion in June.

Kendra is determined to have a close relationship with her child, who is due on Christmas Day (12/25/2009). "Whether this little guy is a jock or not, he's definitely going to be a mama's boy," she added. "And there's no doubt he's going to be a handsome one… just look at his dad!"

Kendra had said earlier that she wanted to know the sex of the baby so that she could better prepare for its arrival.

"We can't wait to find out the gender so we can get more prepared," Kendra said.

Eagles Sign Vick. But Phillies Howard Eskin Has been Dogging Vick for Days

Everyone that watches football in the US has for days now wondered what team would take the major risk of signing Michael Vick; once the favorite son of the NFL, now a pariah. Vick the pariah just needed to find a team to risk signing him. One team. Sign him and he can hope to rebuild his name and wealth that he came to love before his mighty fall.

If you are not aware, Vick was convicted of dog fighting and cruelty to animals on an epic scale. He was jailed and kicked out of the NFL. Recently the commissioner of the NFL offered Vick a chance to return. The reality is Vick was a flashy player that drew attention and won games despite his less than hall of fame talent. The NFL is beholden to the mighty dollar. It was bound to happen, Vick would return.

But to the Eagles? Here is the irony. While Vick was shopping for a team, Philadelphia radio talk show personalty and self appointed "King" of sports Howard Eskin has been espousing the hell any team that signs Vick will encounter. Eskin's out-and-0ut hatred for Vick is what great fights are made of. He has attacked Vick so hard that he's divided the city on racial lines with his spin doctor words insisting that Vick deserves a second chance but only as a working man, not the NFL.

In the end, Eskin has single handedly made a war between himself and the fanbase of the Eagles along with Michael Vick of course. Sadly Eskin is a personality in his how right and has many mindless followers that never challenge him on air. Frankly if anyone does challenge Eskin, he resorts to shouting them down, cutting them off and insulting them on air.

Vick could not have arrived at a team more poised to stir up controversy with him every donning a uniform or taking a snap.

Kourtney Kardashian is Pregnant

Looks like the reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians is getting a new cast member. Kourtney Kardashian announced that she is pregnant. She even stated that she herself was suprised by the pregnancy.

Kourtney told People, "I was just so shocked. I was in the Everglades and I kept feeling nauseous and sick. I just kept thinking something wasn't right. ... I went to the doctor and he confirmed the news." The kicker of it is that Kardashian is refusing to reveal the identity of the baby's father. I guess this new baby news will help get sister Kim's mind off her break-up with Reggie Brown.

John Edwards IS the Father

Looks like John Edward's life pretty much sucks. Everyone watched as Reille Hunter, Edward's ex-lover, carried an 18 month baby girl Frances, into court. Rumors immediately began swirling about Frances being Edward's love child. Well those rumors are officially laid to rest according to National Enquirer, as a secret DNA test confirms that Edwards is the father of baby Frances.

Edwards at first denied having a relationship with Hunter, who was a campaign staffer of his, but then he admitted to the affair. He then denied being Frances father, but supposedly admitted to this to his wife. As Edwards continues to be investigated for use of funds during his election campaign it appears that the rest of his life continues to crumble around him.

Olivia Newton-John's Boyfriend Found Alive!! But Wishes He Were Dead

Truth is stranger than fiction. Four years ago in 2005 Patrick McDermott was presumed lost at sea and perhaps dead. This story would mean little if it were not for him being the boyfriend of one time superstar Olivia Newton-John who's credits include films Grease, Xanadu, and Two of a Kind, along with 5 number 1 singles.

The two dated for nine years. Then he vanished on a solo fishing trip off the coast of San Pedro. In 2006 the U.S. Coast Guard closed it's investigation regarding McDermott issuing the following statement: "The Coast Guard Investigative Service closed its case Sept. 15, 2006, and did not find any evidence of criminal action, suicide, accident or hoax in the disappearance of McDermott."


McDermott had long been suspected of faking his own death as he had massive debt and just before his disappearance he secured a second passport using his original name Patrick Kim. McDermott also liquidated his bank accounts. He clearly felt he needed to disappear as he was only a working class stiff dating a millionaire celebrity, all the while hiding his massive debt load coupled with thousands in owed child support for his then 13 year old son. Sources stated McDermott thought the world of his son and his life insurance had one benefactor, his son.


And now the shoe has dropped. He's been found by investigators living in Mexico. It seems McDermott had a motive to disappear. His debt had him almost bankrupt and owed back child support to his ex-wife, actress Yvette Nipar. Once a film cameraman, he now serves as a deckhand in the fishing town of Sayulita approximately 30 miles north of Puerto Vallarta.

In a bazaar twist, McDermott has been in contact with investigators through a third party. A recent fax sent stated: "Pat has asked that I portray to you his innocence. Pat has committed no crime. Pat simply wishes to be left alone. Let him live his life in peace and harmony. He is safe and has started anew again in a new place both physically and mentally. Stop this search immediately."

Michael Jackson's Final Rehearsals Will Be Released

Sony Pictures Entertainment has confirmed it will piece together parts of the hours of footage from the late Michael Jackson rehearsing for his sold-out ‘This Is It’ London tour.

The film will share its name with the never-performed shows and will feature 3D segments, behind-the-scenes footage and a host of the songs Jackson was perfecting on the days prior to his sudden death on June 25.

Jackson named music executive John McClain and his long-time attorney John Branca as an executor of his estate in his will. “This film is not only a tribute to an artist who created excitement every moment he was on stage, but also is a fitting gift to the millions of fans worldwide who loved him and who he devoted his professional life to entertaining,” McClain said.

High School Musical director Kenny Ortega was the creative director for the ‘This Is It.' He is glad that the world will get to see Jackson's vision for the tour.

“Everyone will see what our team was so fortunate to experience, which was the full commitment, passion and creativity that Michael put into this project," Ortega said. "He was the architect of ‘This Is It’, and we were his builders. The footage that was captured from the early stages of the production to our technical rehearsals at the Staples Center in Los Angeles will show Michael as he truly was, creatively involved with every aspect of the production. It will also show Michael as one of the greatest entertainers in the world. The footage will show that he was on his way to another theatrical triumph.”

Some of the proceeds from the film will go directly to Jackson’s estate for the benefit of the Michael Jackson Family Trust.

“Our goal is to work with partners who treat Michael’s legacy with dignity and respect, while allowing us to substantially build the value of his estate for the benefit of Mrs. Katherine Jackson, Michael’s three children and the charitable causes that meant so much to him during his life,” Branca said.

The Prince of Pop's mother Katherine has been given full custody of her son’s children - Prince Michael I, 12, and Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II, also known as 'Blanket'.

The movie will hit theaters worldwide on October 28.

Bebe Gloton Dolls...Weird!

All girls have had dolls when they were young that had to be fed, changed, and stopped from crying, but that was as far as it went. A Spanish toy company has now upgraded to a new type of doll that young children can breast feed! Of course it's not real breast feeding, but it comes with a top that resembles a bra. The baby is to latch on to the 2 flower pedals on the top where it creates a sucking sound. Once it's done feeding the "mother" has to burp the baby to stop it from crying.

Now we know children love toys that resemble real life, but honestly this is slightly creepy. Right now the doll is not available in the U.S and most people have agreed that it should never be.

After watching a demonstration video people were less than excited for this new product. "This toy would never work in the U.S. because the public would sexualize the act of breastfeeding, thereby deeming it inappropriate for little girl to engage in," another wrote: "Honestly, I think this is awful. Now let me just be clear, I think breastfeeding is wonderful and wholeheartedly encourage it, however, it is completely inappropriate to allow a young girl to mimic it."

It does seem strange for girls, who haven't even developed into young women, to reenact breast-feeding.

On the flip side others argue that this could be a good opportunity to change the way breast feeding is looked at now a days. It can go back to being good natural and wholesome, cause let's face it...when it comes to breast feeding America takes on a slightly immature view of it.

Self Magazine Lies about Getting Caught In Lie

What is the big no no when it comes to magazine covers? If you are unwashed, the answer is reshaping the body. You can photoshop (once called airbrush) lines and blemishes. You can brighten teeth and eyes. But when you reshape a body, you get in big trouble.

That's what happened to Self magazine, as they really are guilty of the most ironic lie. Self has almost done a complete body transplant on Kelly Clarkson.

The sin is laughable on so many levels. First, Kelly Clarkson is the poster girl of average girl done good. That includes her body shape. She's not curvy, she's not skinny, nor fat. She's average. The final product on Self's cover... portrays Kelly as a slim model, perfect in every way.

That doesn't bother you? OK try the asserted quote on the cover of Self which reads:

Kelly Clarkson Stay True to You and Everyone Else Will Love You. Too!

To the left of Kelly is the 64 point font type: Slim Down Your Way and down the page continue the overtures of how to be thinner.

What does Self's editors say about the controversy of their cover? They say covers are not supposed to look realistic. Yet they taunt readers with false assertions that the celebrities on their covers lead a life they in fact do not live. What do you think? Feel duped or insulted?

Review of 500 Days of Summer

As the movie warns, 500 Days of Summer is not a love story. However it is the story of Tom's (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) romantic journey with Summer (Zooey Deschanel). Tom, a hopeless romantic, thinks he has found the girl for him, but Summer has other plans.

The romantic comedy is unlike most fairytale stories. It was refreshing to see an independent woman rather than the typical damsel in distress. Through flashbacks and humor, 500 Days of Summer keeps you wondering what will happen on the last day. There were several fantasy sequences throughout the film which added to its unique humor.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel had great chemistry and really took on the role of their characters. The supporting roles played by Geoffrey Arend and Matthew Gray Gubler helped you better understand the mechanics of the male mind, while allowing you to get to know more about the character of Tom.

The ending might not be what you expect, but it will not leave you dissapointed.

Paul McCartney Sets All-Time Attendance Record at Fenway

Former Beatle Paul McCartney played two shows on August 5 & 6 in Boston, and set the record for highest two-day attendance for any concert in the history of Fenway park. Not only that, but live Nation Boston's Dave Marsden commented, "No one in history has ever had 33 hits in one night at Fenway Park" - regarding McCartney's set list, which featured Beatles, Wings, and solo hits. His earlier shows at New York's Citi Field and DC's Fed Ex Field have also received rave reviews.

McCartney has three more dates for his summer 2009 U.S tour, including an August 15 show in Atlanta, one in Tulsa on August 17 (which sold out instantly), and a finale in Dallas on August 19. Due to overwhelming demand, Live Nation and AEG Live have announced that they will release additional seats for the August 19 concert. The Dallas show is not only the conclusion of the tour, but is also McCartney's first appearance in the city since 2005.

Rocker Still Hospitalised: JET's Nic Cester Being Evaluated After On-Stage Collapse

JET’s Nic Cester is currently undergoing further tests and evaluations after his on stage collapse at Q The Music Club Live At Hard Rock Cafe last night. The Aussie rocker is suffering from dehydration and severe low blood pressure and is being held in hospital for a second day awaiting test results.

Josh Klemme from Tenth Street Entertainment, the band’s management company in New York says,
“JET is just completing their second trip around the world in support of the upcoming release of Shaka Rock. Hopping from airplane to airplane, city to city and country to country could compromise anyone’s health. Nic’s drive to give it his all and get up on stage to perform despite feeling ill is a testament to how strongly he and the band feel about “She’s A Genius” as a single and Shaka Rock as an album.”

Mischa Barton Not Taking Care of Herself After Her Hospital Release

Former 'O.C.' actress Mischa Barton has angered her close friends by partying at the All Points West music festival in New York even though she was just placed under involuntary psychiatric hold at Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

"It's scary to see her out right after she's received treatment," family friend Eric Ziegenbein told Heat magazine. "When I found out she'd been partying again, I was shocked. I thought she would chill out for a bit. The fact she was out right away proves she's not taking things seriously enough. It was like a big 'f**k you.' She's too proud and independent sometimes."

The 23-year-old starlet was under a 5150 hold for two weeks - which allows people to be forcibly held if they are deemed dangerous to themselves or others, are gravely disabled or have a mental disorder - after friends became concerned she was suicidal.

Some have said that the actress' drink and drug use was affecting her career and personal life. Another friend, Suzanne Coppin, is frustrated Mischa is trying to deal with the problems on her own without listening to loved ones.

"She has a support group, but it's obvious she's ignoring them," Suzanne said. "I'm disappointed she's not taking advice and is still doing her own thing."

This is not the first time Mischa's friends have voiced concerns about her well being. Earlier this month, many of them expressed their fears that she had returned to work on her new TV series 'The Beautiful Life' too soon after being released from the hospital.

"There still are issues," one friend said. "Mischa's just not herself at all. I think she's gone back to work too soon."

Heath Ledger's Final Film Role

The late Heath Ledger was working on the film The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus at the time of his death. The trailer for the film has finally been released and the movie is due out October 16.

The making of the movie was temporarily suspended after Ledger's death, but director Terry Gilliam decided to resume production and use Johnny Depp and Colin Ferrell to do the scenes that Ledger had not yet filmed.

Regardless of her own personal lifestyle choices, performing a pole dance to children sets a very bad example. It's no wonder our children dance like they are having sex these days. Actor Leonardo DiCaprio has been photographed cuddling with 23-year-old Russian Sports Illustrated beauty Anne Vyalitsyna on Spanish party island Ibiza.

Onlookers claim the young model seemed thrilled with all the attention from the Revolutionary Road star who couldn't seem to keep his hands off of her.

Leonardo's rep would not confirm that the two are dating.

The actor has been linked to several high-profile women, including Cameron Diaz and Pussycat Dolls singer Ashley Roberts, since he split from supermodel Bar Refaeli earlier this year.

He was recently overheard asking his friend Guy Ritchie to find him a cute British girl during a night out at London nightclub Whisky Mist.

But Guy did not have to do a thing because Leonardo was swamped by "stunning" women desperate to get to know him.

"Leo was pointing out the girls he fancied to the security guards, who then invited them over," a source said. He was having a great time knocking back champagne and having girls swarm over him."

Twilight and Miley Cyrus dominated the Teen Choice Awards. Surprised? No I guess not, I'm sure it wasn't unexpected. Paula Abdul Is A Hot Commodity

PCM Reported this week that in Paula Abdul's departure from American Idol that both NBC and CBS were interested in Paula. In stand up interviews with Paula by Entertainment TV Paula said she was overwhelmed by the attention of who wanted her and she apparently was not kidding. Paula has added ABC to the list of networks wanting her onboard.

In the case of ABC, they want her for Dancing With The Stars, and if course that is a good fit for Paula as she was a choreographer for music videos before her own singing career took off in the 1980's.

ABC's Entertainment President Steve McPherson has put out there that ABC wants Paula for Dancing with the Stars saying, "We would love to have her on 'Dancing' (with the Stars) whether its as an contestant, or particpant , judge etc...," Continuing her praise, "There's a lot made about who she is."

Even Paula's own Fox rounds out the Network interest as they too want her for So You Think You Can Dance with producer Nigel Lythgoe even if was just as a guest judge. Paula has a lot to think about as she needs to strike while the iron is hot and cash in on her celebrity appeal.

Vanessa Hudgens Goes On The Offensive

High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens has said she has had enough with everyone posting her nude photos on the Internet. She now has lawyers attacking any site that posts naked or semi-nude photos.

However it seems Vanessa may be one of those celebrities that either has to learn things the hard way or actually wants the attention because she's now had photos leaked twice. The photos display her taking naked self portraits on her bedroom in what appear poorly executed but hi resolution. At least one photo displays her completely naked from head to toe. The first round hit the web in 2007 and a source close to Hudgen's said, "She learned her lesson. She hasn't done anything like that since the first ones came out. These new ones are actually old."

While sources claim the old photos are from a camera phone, some photos are from beyond arms distance. One has to speculate if they are in fact all old photos or not. The two above in split screen are cropped but are full body photos and you can see they are not taken from arms length.

So far Perez Hilton has been warned by her lawyers after he posted semi-nude photos of Hudgens.

As for the new photos, Hudgens; most are full body shot exposing only her breasts. One is facebook style in front of a body length mirror while others show her wearing gold chain link panties.

Britney Spears has probably one of the most successful comebacks in entertainment history. Despite her fall in the past years Britney’s been doing better than ever! The pop princess will receive a special award at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards. She will be presented with the Ultimate Choice Award for her "extraordinary contributions to the entertainment industry". The 27-year-old star is also nominated in three categories, Choice Music Single, Choice Female Artist and Choice Music Tour. She will be up against stars including Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga and Kelly Clarkson. Britney's performance will mark 10 years since the first Teen Choice Awards in 1999. Other performances will be also be from Black Eyed Peas, The Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus and Cobra Starship with Leighton Meester.

Saturday Night Live's Bill Hader and Wife Expecting!

Saturday Night Live's Bill Hader and his wife Maggie Carey are expecting their first child. Hader proudly showed off his wife's growing baby bump at Gen Art's New York Premiere of Paper Heart on Wednesday night.

"I'm really excited. It's going to be awesome," Hader told People. He said that his wife has been doing great throughout the pregnancy. "She's awesome. Way tougher than I am," he said.

They do not know the sex of the baby, but they are both very confident about parenting. "Bill's going to be a really cute dad," Carey said.

The couple married in 2006 and their baby is due at the end of September.

Porn Star Stormy Daniels, (real name: Stephanie Clifford age 30) was arrested July 25 2009 for alleged domestic abuse towards her husband validating the claim by millions of men in America that in fact women do abuse their husbands. Miss Clifford was handcuffed, transported to Hillsborough County jail (Florida) and released on $1000 bond after the incident.

It appears Stephanie Clifford's bid for a U.S. Senate seat in the State of Louisiana as a Republican has hit stormy waters.

The question now is will this arrest run her campaign aground? If being a porn actress was not enough for people to question her credentials and ability to be a State Senator, one has to question if alleged abuse towards her husband of two years will have any impact at all with the voters of Florida.

Her husband reported that Stephanie Clifford hit him several times after an argument. She admitted to throwing a number of broken objects which the arresting officer noted upon arrival at her residence in Tampa.

Allegedly the argument was one sided in that her husband Michael’s father came by the marital home earlier in the day and as

a favor, did some laundry and folded it. Clifford became upset about the way the clothes were folded and became more upset when she found some bills that not been paid. After throwing objects she then struck her husband about the head with her hands and fists. According to Clifford her husband held keys to the car over his head and she doesn't remember striking him
in an effort to obtain them. The police report indicated Clifford was both angry and crying.

Clifford seemed keen on how to handle her arrest by denying she hit her husband and after refusing to write her own statement during the arrest stating to the arresting officer, “my lawyer told me never sign any papers and since I am paying him a lot of money I will not sign it”. It as at this time the arrest was made as there were no apparent marks on Clifford's husband.

Clifford is currently in the early stages of challenging incumbent Senator David Vitter as she feels she is on more righteous ground. Vitter recently admitted to patronizing a prostitution ring resulting in Clifford's campaign slogan:

Director John Hughes Dead At Age 59

Famed director of the classic teen films from the eighties and nineties , John Hughes has passed away at the age of 59. Reports are stating the Hughes suffered a heart attack while out on a morning walk in New York City, where he was in town to visit some family.

Hughes hit films include "Ferris Bueller's Day Off", "The Breakfast Club", "Pretty In Pink", "Sixteen Candles", "Trains, Planes, and Automobile", as well as "Home Alone 1 and 2". He is known for igniting the acting careers of Molly Ringwald, Judd Nelson, and Anthony Michael Hall, better known as members of "The Brat Pack".

Hughes had not directed a film since 1991's "Curly Sue", and is said to have quit the entertainment business to spend more time on his farm in Illinios and with his family.

Hollywood has certainly suffered another great loss, and our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time!

Steven Tyler Injured at Concert

Aerosmith's Steven Tyler fell from the stage during a concert at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in western South Dakota. He was then airlifted to a hospital with head and neck injuries.

Tyler fell off the stage shortly after the band began playing "Love In an Elevator." The sound system apparently cut out and the singer fell backwards and off the stage. He was helped up by security and taken backstage before being taken to the hospital.

Mike Sanborn of the Buffalo Chip Campground, where the concert was held said that Tyler's spirits were high as he was rushed away. "He was good matured about it," he told the Associated Press. "He was talking and joking with the physician."

This was the first time Aerosmith performed at the motorcycle rally and they were expected to draw the biggest crowd in history.

The seriousness of Tyler's condition is not yet known.

Time Traveler's Wife Written For Brad and Jennifer?

Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were once married, but then separated in January 2005 and finalized their divorce in January 2005. Screenwriter Bruce Joal Rubin believed that the former couple would have been ideal for the lead roles of Chicago librarian Henry DeTamble and his love interest Clare Abshire in The Time Traveler's Wife.

“I thought Brad and Jennifer would be perfect for this film," Bruce saud. "I just saw them as a perfect version of Henry and Clare. I just found them equally attractive and equally compelling and in terms of the Hollywood arena at that time, they were as good a couple as you could find. I was writing it in my mind for them."

Based on the 2003 book of the same name by Audrey Niffenegger, the movie follows Henry as he discovers he has a genetic disorder which enables him to travel through time when stressed.

The starring roles eventually went to Eric Bana and Rachel McAdams, and Bruce admits the pair have done a brilliant job of bringing the characters and story to life on the big screen.

“They are wonderful embodiments of who I envisioned would be on the screen," Bruce said.

Eric appeared naked several times in the movie and he insists he only agreed to bare all because he was told it was scientifically accurate.

"The movie's very romantic," Eric said. "Henry's just a guy who's in love and I think that's a masculine thing. We had a time travelling expert on the set who said that for a fact if Henry were to time travel he would be naked. We just had to take his word for it."

"Scream 4" in the Works

Scream creator Kevin Williamson stated that the script for Scream 4 is in the works, but not just one, he is working on a whole new Scream trilogy. Williams stated, "I created three different chapters, broke it up and I got really excited." Executive producer Bob Weinstein has yet to sign on but chances are he will.

The plan is to have Scream 4 start up 10 years from the point Scream 3 left off. Courtney and David Arquette are on deck for the projects, but Neve Campbell and Jamie Kennedy will not be joining them.

"True Blood" Stars Engaged

It appears that that the deep love displayed on HBO's hit show, True Blood, is no act. Anna Paquin (Sookie Stackhouse) and Stephen Moyer (Bill Compton) confirmed to People that they are engaged. The co-stars met on set and have been dating since early this year. Moyer has children from previous relationships; Billy, 9 years old, and Lilac, 7.

Paquin told AOL Television, "Obviously, if you're already with that person then you're not having to sort of get over the 'Wow, I'm naked with someone that I don't even know the middle name of. I think that regardless of what kind of scene you're doing, the better you know the person you're working with and the more comfortable you are with them, the more open and real your performance can be. And that goes for stunt scenes and heavy emotional scenes and sex scenes. OK, so I have a little bit of a leg up in that particular area with my on-screen [partner]."

Paula Abdul To Get Her Own Show?

Inside one day - inside hours of Paula Abdul's announcement that she's through on American Idol, giving up what seemed a big pay day and in spite of not earning as much as Simon or Ryan ...her knight in shining armor has arrived in the form of NBC. And if NBC doesn't work out, she has CBS in the wings.

According to Paul Telegdy NBC is interested in Paula and Telegdy is "absolutely" interested showcasing Paula in the NBC lineup. In a quote to the post, "Is it something I have given thought to? Yeah. I think she is a huge talent. America has huge affection for her. I don't have specifics about shows or show ideas."

Telegdy also revealed that he had talked to Paula Abdul prior to her quitting Idol stating she pitched shows "in her wheelhouse," i.e. dancing competitions.

So did Paula have this all planned out in advance? She did walk away from a salary that could drown a horse but in the face of Ryan Seacrest's and Simon Cowells greater income levels, she felt slighted and more deserving of a lesser pay. If she does score a show on NBC, will she reveal her new salary for Seacrest and Cowell to take notice of?

Whatever it is, it better work. Outside of American Idol Paula has come up empty. Her attempt to restart her music career flopped, her 2007 reality show on Bravo was an embarrassment, even her jewelry on Home Shopping Network failed to break out.
Meanwhile the National Enquirer has reported that Abdul has been in secret negotiations for her own talk show with CBS. Quoting an Enquirer source, "Paula's been dreaming about having her own talk show for three years, and she's ready to make it a reality."

If you think about it, day time talk is where Paula may land and should land. Her honest straight talk, and unpredictable nature would be a ratings winner for any broadcaster.

Pink Thinks Fur Makes People Look Fat

If you didn’t know this already Pink has always been a very outspoken animal rights activist. Trying to get people to stop wearing it by making them feel bad does little in this materialistic world, so the pop singer diva thought she would use a different approach.

What’s her best weapon? Making every woman’s insecurities alive! She believes the only way to stop celebs from animal skins is to tease them about their weight. "The whole animal welfare and
cruelty side of wearing fur is clearly not working because some people still insist on wearing it.
So I think we should have a new campaign with the message - fur makes you look fat. That is probably the only thing these people care about so let's go for that. You look terrible in that. It makes you gain 15 or 20 lbs. That will do the trick."

Penelope Cruz is Pregnant.

Spanish actress Penelope Cruz is reportedly expecting her first child with long-term boyfriend Javier Bardem.

A source is quoted by website Just Jared as saying: “Penelope is about four months pregnant. She’s really healthy now and will be a great mother.”

The couple are believed to be thrilled with the news, although no further details have been given.

The 35 year-old actress is on a promotional tour for her new movie 'Broken Embraces', and when she attended the UK premiere in London she wore a red Bottega Veneta trouser suit, which was sourced for her at the last minute.

It was first reported that her luggage went missing on the flight to the UK capital from Madrid, but now it is speculated that she wore the high-waisted outfit to disguise her baby bump.

On Monday at the German premiere in Berlin Cruz donned a one-shoulder, floor-length gown which could disguise any signs of the pregnancy.

Cruz – who previously dated Tom Cruise and Matthew McConaughey – recently stated that she wants to fully commit to motherhood when she starts a family.

“When I have babies, I want to do it really well. I want it to be my best project in life. I don’t know if I believe in marriage. But I believe in family, love and children," she told Psychologies Magazine.

Madonna, Beyonce Knowles and Mariah Carey are planning a Michael Jackson tribute album

Some of the worlds biggest music stars are ready to honor the late Michael Jackson by recording versions of his songs for a charity album.

Robbie Williams, Whitney Houston, Lionel Richie, Stevie Wonder and Diana Ross have also been linked to the LP, as is the British schoolboy who was hand picked to sing at Micheal's memorial concert last month, Shaheen Jafargholi.

“The idea came from the memorial concert," a source said. "Many fans asked if cover versions from it would be released, and it seemed a wonderful idea. This covers album is sure to be a massive worldwide hit with fans and could raise a fortune for Michael’s favorite charities.”

The contributing stars will pick their favorite songs by the ‘King of Pop’ to cover. It is believed Mariah will record her version of ‘I’ll Be There’ from the memorial, while Shaheen will sing his version of ‘Who’s Loving You’. He has also reportedly been asked to record Michael’s early smash ‘Ben.'

Robbie is apparently going to sing ‘Man In The Mirror’, and other tracks expected to be on the album include ‘Rock With You’, ‘She’s Out Of My Life’ and ‘Bad.'

A Michael Jackson tribute concert is also being planned in London – where he had been due to play 50 shows starting this summer and running into 2010 – on the date of what would have been his 51st birthday, August 29.

A "Harry Potter" Attack

Maybe next time you'll think twice before shushing someone in a movie theater. A 16-year-old boy from England faces charges after pouring bleach on a woman who shushed him while seeing Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

According to news reports, the group the boy was with followed the woman 46 year old woman and her family to a Frankie and Benny's restaurant. It was there that the boy tossed bleach on the woman's head and back. Why you may ask? All because the woman told the boys and his friends to be quiet during the film. The boy was arrested and charged with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. Bail has been denied. The woman has been treated for the burns she suffered to her skin.

Michael Douglas' Son Busted in Meth Sting

The son of actor, Michael Douglas was arrested last month after being caught with rather a large amount of crystal methamphetamines that he intended to sell.

According to sources, Cameron Douglas was busted and the Gansevort Hotel in NYC during an undercover drug bust being conducted by the DEA. Upon the arrest Cameron was in possession of a 1/2 a pound of meth, which usually run $80 - $150 per gram. Cameron remains in custody. Considering Cameron was arrested in 2007 for cocaine possession, daddy must be so proud of this new endeavor.

Paula Abdul Quits American Idol ...Via Twitter

You can't do it more publicly than that folks. She didn't issue a press release or go through her agent or handler, nope she used twitter. Of course is wasn't your typical tweet either:

"With sadness in my heart, I’ve decided not to return to 'Idol' ...I’ll miss nurturing all the new talent,but most of all being a part of a show that I helped from Day 1 become an international phenomenon ... What I want to say most, is how much I appreciate the undying support and enormous love that you have showered upon me ... It truly has been breathtaking, especially over the past month ... I do without any doubt have the BEST fans in the entire world and I love you all."

Before you conspiracy buffs weigh in, it's confirmed. Both Fox, FremantleMedia and 19 Entertainment confirmed Paula's announcement.

Sources close Abdul to indicate Paula wanted about $20 million to stay with American Idol. Unable to come to terms Paula rejected a 30% raise which would have resulted in an eight-figure multi-year deal. It's hard to imagine Paula would reject the offer and settle for nothing.

Thus ends the era of the original American Idol judges panel. Worse yet, the show loses it's last bastion of reality as Paula always brought a surprise element to the show which even Simon could not match.

Artists Install Giant Pink Bunny on Italian Mountain

You can't make this stuff up. A group of artists from Vienna have erected a 200-foot-long pink toy bunny on the mountain Colletto Fava in Italy. The installation is said to have been "knitted by dozens of grannies out of pink wool," and is supposed to look like it fell to its death - with its mouth open, arms splayed, and even some entrails pulled out of the side. However, its purpose isn't quite so gruesome. One group member claims that the bunny is "supposed to make you feel small, like Gulliver. You walk around it and you can't help but smile." It will remain there for hikers to cuddle with for the next 20 years.

Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee On Again?

Baywatch star Pamela Anderson and rocker Tommy Lee were spotted passionately kissing each other in Las Vegas. The pair have two sons together, Brandon Thomas, 13, and 11-year-old Dylan Jagger, are divorced, but have reunited several times since then.

Tommy was in Vegas with his band Motley Crew and after he finished the show at The Joint, he headed over to nightclub Body English where he was seen with Pamela.

The Las Vegas Sun newspaper reports: “Instead of laying low or attempting to avoid the spotlight, the attention-loving couple made their presence known at Body English. Surprised fans cheered as the couple literally took center stage amidst an onslaught of flashing cameras.”

Last year Tommy said he and Pamela were going to give their relationship another shot.

He said at the time: “We've only given it a try 800 times – 801, here we go. It's awesome. It's definitely working.”

However, the pair separated soon after and in February it was claimed Pamela – who has wed rapper Kid Rock and poker player Rick Salomon since her 1998 divorce from Tommy – was dating surfer and electrician Jamie Padgett.

Brad Pitt Hints at End to Acting Career

Actor Brad Pitt who raises six children with partner Angelina Jolie- feels he has achieved almost everything he wants to do in his career and does not think acting holds many possibilities for him as he gets older.

"I think acting is a younger man's game; there are fewer interesting parts for older people and we all get older," Brad said. "But I feel like I've done it. I've kind of had my time and that's quite freeing. Of course there are still acting dreams left for me. But I'll do them first and then we'll talk about them."

Brad and Angelina have homes in France, California and New Orleans and they move their family with them anywhere in the world where they are working on a movie and the 'Inglourious Basterds' star insists it is a lifestyle with many benefits for their children.

"Everywhere is interesting in its own way, each place has its own feel and something to offer: you pick up something, the kids are picking up something," the 45-year-old actor said. "They have this world view which we are very proud and happy that we are able to provide."

"We get peace in our lives. We got out here a couple of days early with the family and we get to hang out in a place in Provence. We're pretty good at it. You carve out that time for the family. Do we get a little silence with the kids? No, not that kind of silence - silence is over at home, but we like that chaos."

The Who's Roger Daltrey to go on Solo Tour

While he and Pete Townshend take a break from their legendary rock band The Who, Roger Daltrey will be playing a few solo U.S shows to keep his voice in shape. He is calling it the "Use it or Lose it" tour, which will travel to 30 American and Canadian cities and kicks off on October 10.

The 65-year-old singer played a couple solo shows in 1994 to celebrate his 50th birthday, and the last time he seriously toured on his own was in 1985! Daltrey has released 8 solo albums, and has assured concert-goers that they can expect to hear his own songs alongside some re-worked Who classics. He says, "I'm looking forward to revisiting the solo songs. I'm not sure which ones will stand up live, but I'm confident that enough will. Being a solo singer also gives me the freedom to do songs from my outside influences. But I feel connected to all Who songs. I'm going to re-approach songs I haven't sung for a while and hope I can make them my own."

Borat, Bruno, And Now???

Sacha Baran Cohen went from Borat, a Kazakhstani TV reporter travelling across the United States to Bruno, a fame driven fashionista, but he’s not stopping there. Of course not, he wouldn’t be Sacha Baron Cohen if he stopped there! 2011 brings us with a new character, a Eruopean pop star. He will be a singer who enters the Eurovision Song Contest, an annual singing competition ABBA won last year.

At first Cohen wanted to use his fame obsessed Austrian character, Bruno, but he and his writing partner Dan Mazer thought of just creating a completely new character. A source said: "He and Dan thought it would be better if Sacha dreamt up another character, and the scope for another oddball creation is huge."

But we don’t have to wait for Sacha till 2011…the eccentric actor has agreed to play Spanish twins in a new movie “downsizing”. He will play both brothers who are identical with the exception of the difference in their height. Who knew identical twins could defer in height!!!! The new movie will also start Reese Witherspoon and Meryl Streep.

We all know Sacha’s style and fearless actions so Spain better get ready because who knows what antics he’ll be up to.

Heroes Star, Ali Larter Gets Hitched

Heroes actress Ali Larter wed her longtime boyfriend, actor Hayes MacArthur on Saturday night. The two had a small outdoor ceremony at MacArthur's family property in Kennebunkport, Maine.

The bride wore a Vera Wang sweetheart neck, A-line gown of Chantilly with hand-pieced corded lace appliqué at the late afternoon wedding. While the groom was clad in a Ralph Lauren Black Label peak-lapel tuxedo and Polo Ralph Lauren bow tie.

Purple, pink and white flowers lined the aisle and Larter carried a matching bouquet. Only the couple's closest friends were in attendance including the actress's best friend, 'Varsity Blues' co-star Amy Smart.

The pair got engaged in December 2007.

PCM Movie Review: Funny People

Is it me or when you go to see a movie titled Funny People, you expect the people in it to be funny? The film Funny People is about a famous comedian (Adam Sandler) who has a near-death experience, and tries to make his life right before her dies. Adam Sandler, Eric Bana, Jason Schwartzman, RZA and newcomer Aubrey Plaza join a cast that reunites Judd Apatow with Seth Rogen, Leslie Mann and Jonah Hill in their third comedy together.

Khushbu and I ventured to the movie theater Friday for what we thought would be an afternoon of laughs. We both found the movie to be an epic fail. It was drawn out to 2 hr. and 15 mins. with only a few choice laughs the entire time. It was difficult just to stay awake. The jokes were pathetic and tried way to hard. Most of the time it was just a bunch of awkward scenes shoved together. Comedian veteran, Adam Sandler lost major points with this film from me. Could it be that Adam Sandler is losing his touch? Also, Seth Rogen and Jonah Hill seemed to lack their usual flare. This film was beyond disappointing with a lame ending to boot. I would recommend waiting for it to come out on DVD, but I think even that would be a waste of time
