Anthony Michael Hall In Trouble for Biting Girlfriend

Anthony Michael Hall's come a long way since The Breakfast Club and Sixteen Candles, apparently. He got into quite the spat with his girlfriend Diana Falzone, and details have emerged that the actor "bit his girlfriend's forehead" and "pushed, shoved and spit at" her during the domestic violence incident, which took place around 2 am on November 10 in Falzone's apartment. Hall then left the apartment, and returned drunk later that morning and pounded on the door until the cops came and escorted him out. Falzone recently ended the couple's year-long relationship, and has obtained a temporary restraining order against Hall. Hall, who suffers from bipolar disorder and has previously battled a drinking problem, was questioned by police, but is not currently under investigation.

Worst Drive Ever

Tiger Woods didn't drive too well this weekend. During the wee hours of Friday morning, Woods drove his car into a fire hydrant and into tree. Thankfully, his wife heroically rescued him by bashing out the rear window of his SUV with - what else? - a golf club. Woods went to the hospital with minor lacerations to his face. He didn't suffer any serious injuries.

Then the morning news coverage woke up and dug a little deeper into Woods' one car accident.

Reports surfaced earlier this week stating that Tiger Woods was involved with another woman, Rachel Uchitel. Tiger Woods's wife, Elin Nordegren, confronted Woods about the alleged affair. There was a domestic dispute at Woods's dwelling in an exclusive gated community in Florida. According to published reports, Woods' wife became physically abusive toward Woods during a heated argument, thus causing the lacerations and bruising on his face. Contrary to the original story, Mrs. Woods was reacting to her husband's adulterous behavior, not saving the day in her superhero costume.

Woods is one of the most successful athletes of all time. He is the first billion dollar man in professional athletics, due largely to multiple successful endorsements and tournament earnings. Woods is a very private man. In Tiger Woods' camp, untrustworthy associates don't stay employed for long.

Since Friday's accident, Tiger Woods released a statement addressing the accident and the rumors about his infidelity. He calls the rumors "false, unfounded, and malicious". Woods asks that the public allow his family and himself time to deal with their own problems privately.

Is Batman a Black Lantern?

Months ago we at PCM had our ears to the ground listening to the rumblings in the DC Universe regarding Batman's death. Speculation was rampant. We researched the truth of where the story was going.

Was Batman lost in time? Did he die at the hands of his father? Was he to be re-animated as a Black Lantern? Who was the Black Glove? We provided all the answers in an earlier article.

Now the worm has turned. DC has made it's big reveal. Batman, or at least the body of Batman has become a Black Lantern. What does this mean? Is Bruce Wayne truly dead and gone forever? Or is he banished in time? Grant Morrison's Blackest Night story title says it all. But notice there may be a clue in that name. Notice that Night is not Knight. Could that be the clue that the Batman in his story is in fact an impostor? Perhaps that is the answer to the mystery of Nekron changing Batman back to a skull after kills everyone.

One thing is certain. Many readers are on board with this story as this Black Lantern Batman raises hell with his fellow Super Heroes. The Black Lantern Batman can kill instantly with a look.

There are many Black Lanterns now, Batman is the newest on Earth.

The Black Lantern Corps is composed of re-animated bodies of former heroes, villains and even normal people from all across The Universe. The Black Lantern Corps is powered by the corpse of The Anti-Monitor (encased in a battery) and are led by the The Black Hand.

The question of who becomes a Black Lantern is also up for discussion. Many believe it has to do with the person accepting death. Those that accept their death do not awake as Black Lanterns, those that did not want to die will respond to the call of the Black Lantern.

Is Tiger Woods Heading for A Billion Dollar Divorce

TMZ is stoking the fire of Tiger Woods affair while Internet searches for "Tiger Woods Affair" have reached 900,000. TMZ claims there was a fight just before the accident and that Woods is having an affair with a NY socialite.

As if that were not enough to create a buzz, The National Enquirer is quickly joining the fray reporting that Woods may have had an affair with Rachel Uchitel. She claims she has many 'sexting' messages from Woods. While she is known as serial liar, her timing may garner her some attention non-the-less.

Is this all over nothing? Speculators ask, "Why then was Tiger leaving home at 2:30 am in the first place?"

Meanwhile police on the scene of his accident were quick to point out there was no indication of domestic violence and that Elin Nordegren (his wife) was frantic and upset.

Windermere Police Chief Daniel Saylor reported to AP, "He had lacerations to his upper and lower lip, and blood in his mouth. My My officer asked her how she got him out of the vehicle and she said she had to break one of the windows out with a golf club."

Saylor continued, "It was her husband laying on the ground, so she was pretty upset," he said. "My officers had no indication of domestic violence or anything like that."

The tabloids are hoping this blows up. It will be the biggest divorce in history. A divorce dividing up a billion dollars.

Tiger Woods Injured in Car Accident

At approximately 2:25 a.m Friday morning, pro golfer Tiger Woods pulled out of his driveway in his black 2009 Escalade and struck a fire hydrant, then hit a tree in a neighbor's yard outside his Florida home. He was subsequently taken to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, Florida, where he was reported to be in serious condition and was treated for facial lacerations. It is also reported that alcohol did not play a role in the accident. Good news arrived at around 3 PM, when his agent claimed Woods had been released from the hospital and was doing fine.

Lady Gaga Feeds her Little Monsters

OK, this kick of Lady Gaga's calling her fans little monsters is a bit lame, but she is far from lame.

This week hundreds of fans waited outside a Best Buy in LA overnight for no more than her autograph. Getting word of the crowd, she sent them pizza. Actually is was 80 cheese pizza's and the tab came to approximately $1,000.

Lady Gaga tweeted: Sending all my little monsters little pizzas for waiting all night for me at Best Buy. I hop you're hungry... eat up. I love u!

Who was the lucky pizza shop? Papa John's.

That's not all. The wait really paid for some fans as she gave away a lock of her blond hair, a jigsaw puzzle and a personal note.

Upon arriving she announced, "I will sign every single one of your CD's" drawing loud cheers and screams from adoring fans. Lady Gaga is quickly learning how to treat fans with respect. For a dance queen, she may last a while...

'Jon & Kate Plus 8' Officially Over

Monday night, the final episode of "Jon & Kate Plus 8" aired on TLC after five seasons. The final hour featured the Gosselin's eight children touring a fire station with Jon, then visiting a local dairy farm with Kate. The show was once loved by audiences all over the country because of wholesome scenes like these, but in the past year the show gained notoriety for the bitter divorce between Jon and Kate, bringing production to a halt. TLC planned on creating a new show called 'Kate Plus 8,' giving Jon less of the spotlight, but he had a sudden change of heart about having his kids filmed for national television and kept the show from getting off the ground.

The estranged couple were filmed separately, and both aired their opinions about the show's end. Kate claimed, "I feel like it's been taken from us, from me and the kids," and said that she felt the end was "needless. It's useless, it's totally avoidable...This is a very bittersweet goodbye for me because the kids are already missing it," while Jon told the camera, "Our marriage fell apart and I felt like I was free. And I kinda took advantage of it for a while and didn't really think about my actions, obviously, until I started getting paparazzi and written about. But that's maturing. That's growing up."

Paula Deen Smacked in the Face with Ham

For the "that's gotta hurt" category: celebrity chef Paula Deen was volunteering for the Hosea Feed the Hungry food drive in Atlanta, Georgia, and the thanks she got for her trouble was a renegade ham to the face. The incident was accidental, as the ham was merely being tossed for loading and Deen's face just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Despite needing to ice her nose afterward, the chef laughed it off and went back to being her jolly Southern self. Lucky for us, the whole thing was caught on tape. Check it out:

Miley Cyrus and Her Brother Want Matching Tattoos

Metro Station rocker Trace Cyrus has several tattoos, and after getting a matching design to his singer father Billy Ray Cyrus he now can’t wait until 17-year-old Miley is old enough to get her first piece of body art.

“I already have a matching one with my dad, there’s no reason I wouldn’t do it with my siblings," he said. "Someone you’re that close to, it’s something that means something to you obviously, so why wouldn’t you do it?”

Miley still has another year to go before she can get some body art to match her brother, but the siblings – who are currently touring together – often swap relationship advice with one another.

“She helps me with my girl problems, I talk to her about boys she’s talking to," single Trace told OK! magazine. "She has a smart head on her shoulders and anything that she decides is going to be the right decision.”

Trace, 20, also shared that he and his mother Tish are getting matching tattoos as well.

“My mom’s going to get a ribcage tattoo that is definitely the biggest tattoo she’s ever gotten," he said. "I’m definitely proud of her for that. It will definitely be a little bit different of an experience for me. I’ve never gone to get a tattoo with my mom ever. She’s taken me to get a tattoo but we’ve never both gotten one at the same time.”

FHL - Adoptee's Worst Nightmare

Matthew Roberts found out he was adopted when he was ten years old. Roberts spent over a decade locating his mother with the help of social services. When she was finally located, his mother informed him that he was once named "Lawrence Alexander". When Roberts inquired about his father, his mother remained mum on the topic. Little did he know that his biological father is Charles Manson, one of the most notorious serial killers of all time.

Charles Manson and his family committed a string of murders in the summer of 1969. He has been incarcerated for the past three decades. It took Roberts five years to drum up the courage to contact Manson. When he finally sent his father letters in prison, Roberts received several responses right away. He cryptically signed off each letter with a swastika. Manson told Roberts: "You got the same father I got. A hobo just left on the midnight train and died, lost at sea."

Robert's mother, Terry, was enamored with Manson's charisma and boarded a bus with Manson and his family. They wound up in San Francisco, where Terry claims Manson raped her during a drug binge. She returned home shortly after and gave birth nine months later on March 22, 1968. Terry gave the child up for adoption.

When Matthew Roberts met his mother, she told him he looked exactly like his father. However, Roberts remains optimistic about the situation. He stated: "I don't even like the fact that I'm big. It makes me even scarier. My hero is Gandhi. I'm an extremely non-violent, peaceful person and a vegetarian. I don't even kill bugs. I've had long hair all my life. I could make it go away, but I can't let the world and their fears change me."

Justin Bieber Shuts Down NY Mall

Tween girls camped out overnight or arrived during the wee morning hours in Nassau County, New York this weekend. The reason? A chance to see fifteen year old singing sensation, Justin Bieber. Three thousand girls began pushing and shoving to get a closer look at JB, but wound up causing a raucous. Island Def Jams artist Bieber was scheduled to make an appearance at Roosevelt Field Mall, but he never made it into the building.

An Island Def Jam vice president was arrested at the event for not cooperating during crowd control proceedings. Bieber and his mother were turned away at the door by police. He later told WBLI Radio that the police "threatened to arrest my mom and I." Five people were taken to the local hospital with minor injuries.

Somewhere, the Jonas Brothers are sighing in relief. The tween girl spotlight has finally shifted onto someone else.

Follow-Up: Demi Moore W Magazine Photoshop Mystery

Just this week PCM reported that Demi Moore's W Magazine cover may have some serious issues. While others in the media speculated Demi may have had a hip-reduction via-Photoshop, we asserted that she may in fact had significantly more done to her photo.

We contacted Demi directly after she tweeted a photo she claimed was the 'original' photo from the magazine shoot. As she choose her words carefully tweeting: Here is the original image people my hips were not retouched don't let these people bullxxxx you!

PCM questioned Demi asking, "was this photo direct from camera?" to which we received no answer. PCM speculated from the onset that perhaps what Demi received from W Magazine and what the original photo looked like at the time it was taken may indeed be two separate images.

At worst another model's body was used as a template and sampled over to her photo for enhancements. At best, Demi has just plain reversed time.

Is it stands now, W Magazine has finally stated that the photo was retouched but still leaves Demi Moore to fight this battle on her own.

Now the photographer who started this entire uproar (not the photographer that took the actual picture) has spoken up in response to Demi's very assertive tweet. He says in a communication to our friends at Celebitchy.com:

I saw your article on the Demi Moore Photoshop flub - I’m the photographer who started the whole thing - and after giving it a lot of thought (and being accused of “bullsh*t” by Demi overnight), I’m raising the stakes: http://twitter.com/acitrano/status/5894990728

While I really feel bad that Demi is on defense over this, I also don’t like being accused of “bullsh*t.” So, let’s find out who’s bullsh*tting. This isn’t about her and it isn’t about retouching (I’ve no problem with either). It’s about a blooper, basically. The cover is a blooper; it goes on the art department’s wall of shame. So what? We
all make mistakes. That’s got *nothing* to do with Demi. She’s a beautiful woman with or without retouching. And where the hell is W Magazine on this? Why are they forcing Demi to address it? It’s not fair to her.

There's more to this but in short, the question remains unanswered. At some point this could heat up and bubble over, but the entire fiasco could be put to rest if W Magazine and Demi Moore would provide some proof to back up the cover shot of Demi.

New Moon Mania!

It's just amazing! The entire female population has gone to the movies! You can't enter an parking lot near a movie theater without struggling to find a man in the crowd. It's an exciting time to cheer on Vampires that could work at Starbucks. Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have perhaps replaced the notion of what a Vampire is. They are loving and kind, romantic and endearing.

So when do we get more of this smart and intellegent reworking of the vampire concept? Well... with the premier taking place just a day ago the DVD release date has already been announced. OK sorta... The third film Eclipse will be in theaters June 30th of 2010.

That's not even a year away! The wait won't be so long, that's important because women are not like men, they won't tolerate waiting as long as men do. Think of it, Lord of the Rings would be a year long wait and Star Wars was generally a two year wait. As for the New Moon DVD release date... Don't look for it in your Christmas stocking. The release date for DVD is approximately three months after the film finally leaves theaters. Can you say happy Valentines?

How is it the release date for Eclipse is so firm? The film makers pulled a Matrix/Kill Bill. However while those films were completed in back-to-back, Eclipse was merely filmed in quicker succession as Hollywood was confident New Moon would be a major success. The film just wrapped shooting and is post production now. It's basically already completed. Yes, it's done already and you can't just watch it! Guess the ladies will just have to wait...

Miley Cyrus Tour Bus Driver Dies in Accident

Miley Cyrus tour bus was involved in a single vehicle accident in Virginia about an hour south of Richmond. It occurred around 8:30 AM on a long stretch of I-85. I-85 is a quiet Interstate road often used driving south to Georgia. The bus was headed to Greensboro, North Carolina for Sunday concert.

Over a dozen passengers were on board, some reports indicate only two passengers were injured and all exited through the windshield after the bus veered off the road and careened into a ditch. The driver of the bus was killed. Miley Cyrus was not on the bus at the time of the accident as it carried non-performing staff members. There is no statement from Miley at the time of this report.

Oprah Pulls The Plug On Her Talk Show!

Oprah Winfrey has just announced that she will be ending her famed talk show after 25 years! Oprah's show has been one of the most successful television programs in history and the final episode is slated to air in September of 2011.

Oprah became tearful when making the announcement on air claiming:

"I love this show ... this show has been my life and I love it enough to know when it's time to say goodbye. 25 years feels right in my bones and my spirit. It's the perfect number, the exact right time."

Demi Moore's Body Replaced By W Magazine

In a recent high profile row, Ralph Lauren took flack for blatant outrageous Photoshopping of models. But this has not reformed the industry. Instead, magazines like W have simply decided to jam more false images of how people look down our throats. After all, who is to stop them?

Check out what it appears to be 26 year old Anja Rubik's superimposed body... scratch that - her body was attached to Demi Moores for the sake of a better cover image. You have to wonder, did Demi even wear the same Balmain dress?


There has to be an extreme effort to put forth to take a woman that is 47 and make her look like a woman much younger. The answer may be beyond Photoshop, it could very well be full body replacement with the use of Photoshop. Representatives from W claim 'nothing unusual' was done but of course that means nothing because Photoshopping is standard practice in the industry. The blogsphere has gone nuts questioning if the photo is retouched. This writer asserts the photo is both retouched with other significant changes.

The story is evolving by the minute. Demi being the high-tech tweeter has joined the fray and insists in a tweet: Here is the original image people my hips were not touched don't let these people bullxxxx you!

I've always been a big Demi Moore fan. I mean no disrespect in any way, there seems to be a great body evidence (no pun intended) that the body in her photo is not her. Offering up a photo she received from W magazine isn't the same as the original photo before any staffer touched it. Perhaps she can clarify this and put he matter to rest. Until then, a lot of speculation will continue. If nothing else people are becoming more aware of the antics magazines and advertisers pull and it does need to stop.

Until we figure the truth, here is the cover everyone is talking about. Let's just hope that until we do know the absolute truth, it doesn't sell a lot of magazines. If it is a true photo, then I say we reward Demi and the Magazine and all buy two copies.

Robert Pattinson Confirms all Rumors on Today Show

This morning on the Today Show Matt Lauer asked Twilight star Robert Pattinson about all of the rumors that have been circulating about him and Pattinson jokingly confirmed them all. Lauer asked Pattinson about dating, being engaged, and even drugs.

"You've been dating nonstop," Lauer asked.

"Literally nonstop, yes," Pattinson said.

"You're dating a costar whose name rhymes with Tristan Belwart," Lauer said.

"Tristan Blewart ... there was a Liston Hewitt last year," Pattinson said. "That would be true, yes."

Pattinson also addressed the pressures of his sudden fame. "I speak in an American accent when I speak to the crowd," he said. "I feel like it's acting. I mean, I think it's the only way I don't go completely mad."

Johnny Depp has been named People's Sexiest Man Alive for the second time. He is the third man to receive this honor, along with Brad Pitt and George Clooney. A spokesperson for People Magazine stated, "At 46, the father of two still reigns as Hollywood's most irresistible iconoclast; as one-of-a-kind as his beloved 15 year-old-boots and as smoldering as his favorite Cuban cigars. He has had women swooning since his days as a teen detective on '21 Jump Street'."

Reports circulated earlier this week that Twilight hottie Robert Pattinson was taking the Sexiest Man crown this year. However, Depp's sexiness reigns supreme.

Hugh Jackman, last year's recipient of this prestigious honor, is elated that the "pressure's off" of him now. He says, "I can be a slob again."

Also featured on 2009's Sexiest Men list include: Ryan Reynolds, Jake Gyllenhaal, David Beckham, Bradley Cooper, Gilles Marini, Nick Cannon, Chris Daughtry, and Robert Downey Jr.

Father of Boy Who Accused Michael Jackson of Molestation Commits Suicide

Evan Chandler - the father of Jordan Chandler, who accused Michael Jackson of molestation in the 1990s- was found dead in his Jersey City apartment. He was 65 years old. Officials claim Chandler was found with a .38-caliber revolver in his hand, but there was no note.

In the 1990s, the Chandlers were awarded 20 million dollars from Michael Jackson, although Jackson was never officially charged with sexual abuse.

Jordan Chandler had since estranged himself from his father. He even went as far as getting a restraining order against his father. Evan Chandler allegedly hit his son with a dumbbell.

Family and friends have come forward stating that Chandler had become increasingly more depressed. He suffered from wild mood swings and depression.

Nicole Richie Thinks of Joel Madden as her Husband

Nicole Richie appeared in court on Monday to get a restraining order against the paparazzi that caused her car accident last month. During the court proceedings Richie's lawyer referred to Joel Madden as Richie's husband and she did not correct him.

"A few of the paparazzi had become more aggressive...trying to get in front of me, trying to get beside me, ran a red light," Richie said during her testimony. "I was hysterically crying."

Her lawyer Mark Geragos asked, "Did you call your husband?" and Richie replied with "yes."

Richie and Madden are not actually married, but the two have been together for several years and have two children, Harlow and Sparrow.

The accused paparazzi were ordered to stay 50 yards away from Richie and her two children until 2012. The restraining order does not cover Madden since he and Richie are not married.

International Men's Day November 19th

Ashlee Simpson doesn't understand why the media criticizes her big sister about her body. Jessica Simpson is best known for her achieved chest and petite frame. But whenever she gains a pound or wears an unflattering outfit (horizontal stripes don't work on most people, sweetie), magazines publish distorted pictures of her looking less than lovely. Ashlee stated to Women's Health Magazine, "My sister has an incredible body. I feel sorry for anyone who would judge her, because she's one sexy lady."

Jessica may be "one sexy lady", but she is often the target of media scrutiny because of her interesting history. She got divorced from Nick Lachey after filming the show Newlyweds, fulfilling possibly the most ironic moment in television history. Jessica also had a string of failed relationships, including one with musician John Mayer and Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo. In recent months, her beloved puppy Daisy was snatched up by a coyote, never to be seen again. Her tumultuous life is media gold and that is why they continue to write about her.

The media should back off of Simpson when it comes to her weight issues. Eating disorders and obesity issues make headlines daily. Constantly harassing an individual about such personal issues can have a long-lasting negative impact. Ashlee Simpson stated, "It's disgusting that people would say those things." Saying mean things about weight isn't necessarily disgusting, but definitely unnecessary and crude.

Carrie Prejean's Biggest Mistake or Biggest Mistakes?

It appears Miss California or should we say Miss Hypocrite wasn't in just one 'biggest mistake' of her life as she's tried to explain. According to Radar Online Carrie Prejean has an additional 7 solo video sex recordings complete with moaning in ecstasy. She also has another 30 photos, which are not naked 'fashion' photos, but more photos sexual in nature.

At this time, the video and photos have not been circulated around the Internet so don't go running torrent searches just yet...

Carrie Prejean really needs to back track and get herself together. You can't call Larry King inappropriate for asking questions related a legal case, call him inappropriate only to know you've got plenty of inappropriate behavior of yourself on tape and celluloid. What is this woman thinking? You have to think what will be uncovered next and what will come out of her mouth next? The only reason any media source is putting her in front of a microphone now is to see how much damage she can continue to do to her own character. She's a train wreck taking place in front of our eyes.

Megan Fox Speculates On Jennifer's Body

Lately the blog press and gossip hounds have been picking on Megan Fox. Mostly because she brought it on herself with her anti-men anti-director and holier than though attitude about how she's perceived by the media in films. For all her uppity comments, you have to respect her will to stand her ground and her individuality. In recent interviews she's been pressed on why she thinks Jennifer's Body wasn't a box office hit. Megan defended her work recognizing it as good fun. "The scenes in which I was covered in blood and break through glass were amazing. In one scene, I'm shoving a whole chicken in my mouth - a whole chicken! I love it; it is so different and original."

Jennifer's Body is original, it features her as a undead lesbian cheerleader that eats men. Megan couldn't explain why it didn't stand out among Halloween flicks, "It was so cheese-tastic and so gross and so cheap, I loved it. It was so like how I used to dress when I was in high school because I had no money."

Megan may end up back with no money the way her career is heading now. Megan believes that as woman she can use her looks to path of success. It seems her choices don't coincide with her logic. The past summer she belittled the director of Transformers and ridiculed the film which lead to the film staff posting a blistering blog about Megan's bad attitude and how nobody liked her.

In many interviews she's claimed that she can control men simply because she has female body parts, Megan was explicit about it.

Let's hope Jennifer's Body makes enough money on DVD they make another. Megan may find this is the only work she can find if she keeps up her attitude about anything other than her own choices being the best.

Bernie Madoff's loot Gets Liberated

It will never repay the thousands of victims he stole billions from but the right thing has start somewhere. The liquidation of his physical assets is far from complete, here are some of the things you could have had if you were at the auction on Saturday November 14th in New York which featured jewelry. In total an estimated 188 items were auctioned off.


Perhaps that most attractive piece was Madoff's NY Met's Jacket. New York Aquarium worker Mario Ramirez had designs on it. He attended the auction an envelope of $3,500. His big plan? To sell it on ebay but only after he wore it for a season showing off Madoff's name emblazoned on the back. Sadly his $3,500 wasn't enough. In a heated bidding war the jacket ended up going for $14,500.

Other items of note were Madoff's duck decoys which ended up being fiercely bid for at $3,250-$4,750.

GLEE's Music Tops The Charts

Glee’s cultural stronghold continues to grow as the massively popular Fox comedy’s first soundtrack soars to the top of album sales charts. Glee: The Music, Volume 1, which was released on November 3, has sold in excess of 113,000 units in its first week alone garnering an astounding #4 spot on the Billboard Top 200 Album Chart. Prior to this physical release the music from Glee was only available for purchase digitally where it sold over 2.5 million single downloads, spawning a Gold single for the cast’s version of Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’.” Glee: The Music, Volume 1 has been celebrated by critics for its originality and ability to take popular music and make it innovative and fresh. Make Your Own Sky King

We've all made a paper airplane, usually we have two choices. The long jet, or the short stunt plane. Neither flies all that great. What if you could combine the two for a snub nosed paper airplane that actually flies GREAT!

That's just what Takuo Toda of Japan did in 2009. His invention was recognized by Time Magazine as one of the year's top 50 inventions. And he should know about inventing a great paper airplane. Toda is chairman of the Japan Origami Airplane Association. "Since I was about 4 years old, I’ve been able to make really good paper planes and commit the steps to memory. His ambition has resulted in the Sky King paper airplane which has flown for a record 27.9 seconds. It's not his only plane design, he has over 700 in his resume. He hopes one day to reach a flight time of 35 seconds which he has accomplished in practice.

Like the paper airplane you made as a kid, the Sky King is made of a single sheet of paper, which can be a your basic oblong notebook sheet or copy sheet (8.5 x 11). You won't need any tape or glue either.

Nicolas Cage was Stalked by a Mime

‘Bangkok Dangerous’ actor Nicolas Cage joked about his ordeal at the hands of a “silent but maybe deadly” performer but admitted he found the white-faced stranger “unsettling”.

“I guess it would fall into the stalker category more or less," Cage said.

"I was being stalked by a mime—silent, but maybe deadly. Somehow, this mime would appear on the set of ‘Bringing Out the Dead’ and start doing strange things."

"I have no idea how it got past security. Finally, the producers took some action and I haven't seen the mime since. But it was definitely unsettling."

A mime artist performs without speaking, expressing stories through bodily movement alone, and traditionally paints their face white.

Having a mime for a stalker would be pretty creepy because you certainly wouldn't hear them coming.

Michael Jackson Wanted to Create Robotic Twin

The late King of Pop Michael Jackson underwent several three dimensional scans in 1996 so a virtual reality ‘robotic’ replica of himself could be made.

The scans could now be used to recreate the Thriller star in pop videos, computer games or even films.

The anonymous US businessman who owned the images has reportedly been trying to sell them for $1 million. “The data has been in our archives since he had the scans," the businessman told Britain's Daily Star newspaper. "The thing about this data is it immortalised him at the age of 37, before his nose was disfigured and when he was in the prime of his life.”

Apparently Michael’s funeral was nearly cancelled at the last minute due to costs.

Around $1 million was estimated to have been spent on the funeral, which took place on September 3.

Court papers have revealed that lawyers acting for the ‘Billie Jean’ star’s mother Katherine had filed a request to the administrators of his estate to pay for the funeral bills just three days before the funneral.

The lawyers stated that if the funeral home and local police department’s bills were not paid by the next day, the burial would not go ahead as planned. Administrators were able to pay the bills in time so that the funeral did not have to be delayed.

Katherine’s lawyers admitted the cost of the funeral was high, but added it was: “Entirely commensurate with the decedent’s worldwide status as an entertainer and the world’s grief over his death.”

Can We Stop Giving Carrie Prejean Airtime?

Even conservatives that want to get behind Carrie Prejean for her one time stand at the Miss USA Pageant have had enough of Carrie Prejean's antics and attempts to create celebrity for herself.

Here is some quick background. She's making the rounds on TV talk shows in response to her news worthy event surrounding her cross civil suit with the Miss USA Pageant. Just this past week TMZ helped put the kibosh on her hopes to sue the pageant after an old ex-boyfriend of hers gave TMZ some cell phone video of Carrie when she was 18. In it she was trying to please the ex-boyfriend by performing a 'solo' sex act. That video was shown to her mother and legal counsel at a meeting between all parties. The result, shock and dismay on her part and she decided then and there to settle the case.

All of that made news. You'd think if she was so shocked and upset she'd lay low. Instead Carrie has quickly booked herself for discussion. On Wednesday night she was on Larry King whom is about the most lame interviewer on the planet. He couldn't ask a tough question if his life depended on it. He skirted the issue of her touching herself and only asked what motivated her to settle. She then seemed to put on some bad acting and smugly told him repeatedly that he was being 'inappropriate'. The manner in which she delivered her defense seemed canned, as if she was waiting to say those words. It was all very phony on her part. Carrie spent time looking off camera to her handlers asking if it was time for her to walk off camera. She announced to Larry, "I'm about to walk off your show." Larry in turn explained he followed her instructions, changed the subject and left her plenty of room to save face. Instead she continued to tell him he was 'inappropriate'. It was unbearable to watch.

Ultimately she did stay on the show, but her antics really spell out what she is all about. At one time she had substance and reason for making a stand. While Perez Hilton may be out of line for calling her names simply because he wants to attack her, she's not helping her cause at all now by acting out on TV. Here is the video below. Mike Tyson in Citizens Arrest

Mike Tyson was arrested Wednesday while with his family. It all took place around 4:30 pm at a United Airline counter at LAX in California. Tyson and family were on a return flight from a European holiday.

Once again a photographer created the incident and upon provoking the ex-boxing champ in front of his family, 43 year old Tyson decked him. Some reports state Tyson may have been pushed or shoved. As a result the Paparazzo was leveled and took a bad gash to the head. He got up and walked away bleeding profusely. Many witnessed the scene and with both the photographer and Tyson sensing they needed to play the next card fast - they both made cross citizens arrests (alleging battery) on each other.

Sadly only Tyson was celebrated on camera as he was taken away from LAX in handcuffs.

The looming question is how much can a celebrity take in a provocation before taking action when they feel they are threatened or in this case a celebrity with family.

Tyson may be a hot head by nature, and given factor, you'd think a photographer that snaps photos of celebrities against their will would take that into consideration. The result was warranted by many accounts on the scene. Tyson claimed after losing his 4 year old daughter Exodus just months ago, he felt threatened to a point of needing to protect his 10 month old. The photographer in return claimed Tyson was trying to take his camera. If that's true, he had plenty of opportunity after taking down the photographer but did not.

Tyson was taken to a holding cell at the airport and was cooperative with authorities. The paparazzi was taken to a local hospital to treat the laceration to his forehead which he sustained when he fell after being struck by Tyson. After release he was then booked, but his name is still not been publicized.

When officers arrived at LAX, Tyson was taken in handcuffs to a local LAPD station. His bail was set at $20,000. Tyson's attorney Richard Schonfeld has already issued a statement: "Mr. Tyson did absolutely nothing wrong, he was a victim in this case. We look forward to vindicating him and pursuing his rights."

LAX seems to be a haven for paparazzi to exploit celebrities as Kanye West was in a similar incident last year and only recently had been cleared of those charges.

Tyson is on parole for a narcotics possession charge (and DUI) in Arizona and it is yet to be determined if this airport incident will result in a violation of his parole.

Celine Dion No Longer Pregnant

Canadian songstress Celine Dion has reportedly had a miscarriage. She and her husband Rene Angelil made an announcement in August stating that they were expecting their second child together from a successful cycle of in vitro fertilization, or IVF. They used a fertilized egg that had been frozen for eight years, harvested in 2001 when she was using IVF to conceive her first child, son Rene-Charles, now 8. She and her husband started trying for another baby in 2007 after she completed her residency in Las Vegas. However, the second pregnancy allegedly did not take, and friends of the singer have said, "While she and Rene are actively trying for a baby, she is not currently expecting."

The "are they, aren't they" debate over the relationship status between Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart has been met with vehement denial from both parties, but they just added fuel to the fire with this photo snapped of them holding hands after getting off a plane in London. I recently had the opportunity to review an application for the iPhone and iPod touch called the Poo Log! Trust me, readers, it is exactly what it sounds like, the app allows you to record your bowel movements, down to size and shape, to find out more about your innner digestive workings! The app is based upon the best-selling book "What's Your Poo Telling You" by Josh Richman and Anish Sheth, MD.

Believe me it is certainly not the easiest task to take the time and effort to want to describe in detail, your own excrement, however I was surprised to learn quite a few legimate medical facts (followed by giggles) in the process! The app was simple to use, but I did feel a bit strange carrying the iPhone with me to the restroom each time that certain urge came on! For fans of bathroom humor, and those that want to learn some nifty facts this app is certainly worth checking out, however it may get a little "wiped" out after the first couple trips!

NBA Legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Battling Cancer

Former L.A Lakers star Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, 62, has announced that he has been diagnosed with a rare form of blood cancer, and has been battling it for the past year. He is currently undergoing treatment for chronic myeloid leukemia (abbreviated CML), but has said that aside from checking his blood levels on a regular basis, the disease "doesn't impact my life too significantly." He hasn't revealed his prognosis.

The basketball great has decided to make it his mission to educate others about the importance of the early detection of cancer, and has partnered with pharmaceutical company Novartis to travel across the country informing others about CML and other types of cancer. He is also launching a Facebook page, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Patient Advocate. He says, "I think it's possible for someone in my position to help save lives."

Tracey Morgan Loses Audience Members at Comedy Fest

Earlier this week it was Britney Spears running off concert goers over lip-syncing. Now Tracey Morgan of NBC's 30 Rock has offended comedy concert goers at New York's Comedy Fest at Carnegie Hall with his offensive language and culturally questionable jokes.

This week New Yorkers at his Carnegie Hall performance literally walked out of his performance. Over the course of his routine, more followed. Why? It appears most expected him to remain closer to his on-screen personality of Tracey Jordan from 30 Rock instead of his more hard hitting and vulgar uncensored performance style. From topics like drugs and pornography to mimicking sex acts, the category of offended concert goers was mostly middle aged women according to reports.

There were many surprised faces and little laughter at jokes such as, “Obama is really changing the White House, because he and Michelle will have the first presidential sex tape out.”

It appears many New Yorkers have forgotten that the last bastion of political incorrectness is stand up comedy and even the late George Carlin told far more off color jokes at Carnegie Hall in his many performances. Morgan reminded the crowd of this when he announced, “You want the clean Tracy? Turn on the TV.”

Jennifer Lopez Sex Tape

We really shouldn't be surprised. When Miss Purity Carrie Prejean has a sex tape, then it should come as no surprise that anyone can have one. Jennifer Lopez has one.

While the details may never be known, what is certain is that Mrs. Lopez has filed a whopping multi-million dollar complaint on her one time short term Cuban husband Ojani Noa during 1997 and into 1998.

Lopez is suing over both his kiss and tell movie and sex tapes. In her complaint she tips her hands that they have home movies together - erotic in nature. Her complaint states that Ojani Noa is planning a film, How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story. That's a mouthful, I wonder if it has as much in it as its title.

It's not the first run-in between Lopez and Noa. Upon their divorce he was head chef at her restaurant, Madre's. He was fired and sued for wrongful termination. Then in 2006 she filed an injunction against him to stop him from writing a book about her. The court hit him with a half a million dollar judgment penalty. Why did the courts stop him?

While tell all books are not illegal in nature, and celebrities are not protected from libel in the same way common people are, the rub here is that Lopez's gripe is that Noa is violating a confidentiality agreement between them resulting in her $10 million dollar breach of contract suit. Included is her desire to have the courts halt his plans to make the movie or release the contents of the sex tape. One has to wonder if there is going to be another suspicious break-in at Noa's house where a copy of his sex tape or tapes go missing. This one is just heating up.

One has to wonder if they both need the money. Lopez's career has stalled with her fading youth while Noa has built nothing since his days as a waiter. The whole spat benefits them both, her with press him with income. And nothing kick starts celebrity like releasing a sex tape.

Tiffani Thiessen is Pregnant

"Saved By the Bell" star Tiffani Thiessen is pregnant with her first baby, which will be due in May 2010. She and her actor/artist husband Brady Smith, married in 2005, have said, "We are over the moon! It's something we've wanted for a long time and we are thrilled that it's actually happening."

The 35-year-old actress is currently appearing in the USA drama "White Collar," and has previously starred in 90s classics such as the original "Beverly Hills 90210" and "Saved By the Bell" as the beloved character Kelly Kapowski.

Steven Tyler Leaves Aerosmith

Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry has confirmed to the Las Vegas Sun that Steven Tyler has left the band. Perry stated, "Steven quit as far as I can tell." Rumors have been swirling in recent weeks about the possibility of the band replacing Tyler, their lead singer.

Apparently, Tyler has been distant and cold toward other members of the band. Perry stated, "Obviously, he hasn't been giving 100% for a long time. Frankly, the last few months I've been wanting not to rock the boat. I don't want him canceling more gigs. We really wanted to do these last four. We didn't want to call him out or get him pissed off for whatever reason. So we just let things lie."

Aerosmith celebrates their 40th anniversary next year. Perry is confident that the band will be successful with or without Tyler.

Agassi Confesses All on 60 Minutes

Andre Agassi gave a tell all interview on 60 minutes. He revealed a lot. More than anyone could possibly imagine.

1. He hated Tennis. "I don't ever remember not hating it."
2. His father felt school was unnecessary.
3. His image was a facade as his hair loss began at age 17.
4. He wore hair weaves which distracted him in play.
   
5. He lived in fear people would learn he lost his hair.
6. 1994 French Open, his hair piece fell apart in the shower and his brother bobby pinned it back in place leaving him in mortal fear it would fall off in the tournament.
7. In 1995 his then wife Brooke Shields convinced him it was time to shave his head.
8. He turned to drugs out of apathy for life and became a crystal meth addict.
9. Felt he was in a marriage he shouldn't be in with Brooke Shields.
10. Started his career over on his own terms.
    

Agassi seemed to have lived a charmed life, but it was a life he lived for his family and not himself which ultimately cost him his own personal happiness.

It took fortitude for him to make changes in his life. From giving up his addiction to leaving Brooke Shields. Some will argue that his leaving Brooke made him a jerk, but he meant only the best for her and knew staying together was wrong for them both.

Ultimately Andre Agassi has done what many celebrities never do. He told everything before the press found out. He told the truth and he told it without making excuses.

Britney Spears Traumatised Over Being Caught Lip-Syncing Concerts

Britney Spears is not going down well, down under. Australian media is stating that fans at her concert in Perth Australia have walked out in numbers complaining they spent hundreds of dollars a 'cheap act'.

In response, Britney's tour operator, Paul Dainty reports "Britney is aware of all this and she's extremely upset by it."

However Paul wants to set the record straight on Britney's behalf saying, "She's a human being. I'm embarrassed, with such a big international entourage here with Britney, to be part of the Australian media when I see that kind of totally inaccurate reporting.

"It's the biggest lie I've ever heard. I'm so angry.

"We can take heat if there's something wrong and people can review shows badly - that's something you have to live with - but to say people stormed out of the show was an absolute fabrication."

The question is who do you believe? Britney's camp or the media armed with quotes from concert goers? Take for example, Kathy Wright's claim to the Perth Sunday Times, "It was just really bad." While another fan reported to Nine Network, "People are paying for it and have come here so she should sing."

How did this all come about? Last week, NSW Fair Trading Minister Virginia Judge started the lip-sync debate after she told The Daily Telegraph that Sydneysiders would not tolerate a "Mickey Mouse performance" from Spears. In response the Australian media has been quick to find naysayers to bolster the Trading Minister's arguments.

The fact that Spears performs with lip-syncing is actually a known fact according to Dainty whom plays off with this statement, "It's been all over the Internet for nine months. This show isa bout an incredible spectacle, which it is."

Well see if the Australian media dogs her as her next concert performance will be in Melbourne, then Sydney, Brisbane and across the continent to Adelaide.

Kate Beckinsale Struggles As Sexiest Woman Alive

Esquire's November Issue tells it all... Kate Beckinsale is the sexiest woman alive.

For Kate Beckinsale, the title of sexiest woman alive is one she doesn't relish. Last month when Esquire Magazine announced the title previously held by Halle Berry, was being bestowed on Kate Beckinsale, she immediately wrestled with the notion of it. "If you're any kind of a human, you know the title is utterly ludicrous. But I like the idea of it, too. I do. I'm feeling that I must earn this. I need to go out and become much better at pole dancing or something."

Kate hasn't quite got the modesty act down. Despite her public display of modesty over the title, her Esquire photo-shoot indicates Kate is actually quite comfortable with her title. Check it out.





And still Kate tries to play the whole thing off. "It's such a nice thing to happen and then immediately it's mortifying. Somebody came up to me in the street and went 'are you the sexiest woman alive?' And I went 'yes,' and then I thought, 'Errrggh I can't say yes to that!'"

Justin Timberlake's Stalker Slipping Through Legal Cracks

Celebrities get stalked. It's a grim reality that comes with the fame. Justin Timberlake has one that was stalking both Axel Rose and Metalica where in October he won a temporary restraining order against her.

Now, due to some slip ups by Timberlake, the case has become muddy.

Here is the background. A transient by the name of Karen McNeil, a heavyset woman appearing to be in her 50's has already been successfully barred from having contact with other celebrities mentioned prior. At least that's what she claims in her own answers to the court in regards to Timberlake's accusation of stalking. McNeil was actually sentenced to a year in prison in 1995 for having violated her order granted to Axel Rose. Her last celebrity run-in was with Metalica where she is not only barred from contact with the entire band and their families, she's also barred from any contact with the band's fan club.

The court required Timberlake himself to file a statement on his own known as a sworn declaration (an affidavit) in order to gain a longer term order, but he had not. This left only Timberlake's body guards statements verses her own where she claimed (in her answer to the court) to be long time friends with Timberlake. In the legal world, this is not enough to merit a restraining order.

The courts have in turn demanded that Timberlake come to court Monday to testify that he believes he is in danger by this woman. When she was first picked up after his temporary restraining order was issued, she was evaluated and the requirements to hold her on what is known as a 5150 were not met. Without the criteria to hold her being met, she was let go.

The latest development is that due to either Timberlake's inability to make it to court Monday or unwillingness to appear in court, his attorney has sought to have the judge removed (disqualify), buying them more time to put together their case against McNeil.

Hasselhoff Can't Stay Sober

Sadly for David Hasselhoff, his life seems to have taken a very bad turn. It appears the once popular TV star has only one love in life, his penchant for drinking. It's a struggle his own daughters tried to embarrass him into overcoming by placing a video of him on the Internet where he couldn't even eat a sandwich off the floor.

It's become so bad for Hasselhoff that he couldn't stay sober for his visit to his beloved Germany as a presenter in the European Music Awards. See the video below and you decide if he was drunk.



Earlier in the week Hasselhoff was in Canada. There he had to be escorted out after arguing with an elderly patron. He was thought to be drunk. Have we all seen this before? Will the final headline for Hasselhoff be like that of Michael Jackson and others? Former Miss California Carrie Prejean Not A Real Blond! Oh.. and she has a sex tape

Say it isn't so Joe! Carrie Prejean the almost self-righteous born again Christian has been outed due to a legal battle which has been fought to draw after her adversaries were supplied a sex tape with Prejean in it.

If you were not aware, Prejean was suing the Miss USA Pageant for libel to the tune of more than $1 million dollars. Her suit was generated due to her being fired from the pageant for what the officials claim was missing events. Upon being sued by Prejean, the pageant counter-sued asking for $5,200 they gave/loaned her for breast augmentation.

Their suits have been looking for angles on how to trump the other side for months now. It's unknown at present if the dirt diggers at TMZ gave the pageant their magic bullet in the form of the sex tape. However the sex tape was supplied to TMZ which they claimto have had it for many months yet refused to publish it because it's 'too racy'. Sources say it is explicit which if is true, would be quite damaging to Prejean's projected squeaky clean Christian image. The tape is a home made amature style recording with Prejean participating alone.

Apart from the sex tape, Prejean also has a number of semi-nude photos which also ended up in the hands of TMZ and are circulating around the Internet. One seen above. It shows she's not a natural blond shot at the age of 20 and before she had her breast size enlarged through breast augmentation.

Ultimately it looks like there won't be a sex tape being sold from any shady Internet sites and for the pageant and Prejean - they have come to terms where it appears only Prejeans lawyers will benefit from the fight. They are being paid $100,000 for their involvement.

The Miss USA pageant is owned by Donald Trump.

Heidi Klum is Struggling to Lose her Baby Weight

German supermodel Heidi Klum – who gave birth to daughter Lou last month – admits it is more of a struggle this time around to get back into shape than it was after having her other children, Leni, five, Henri, four, and Johan, three.

“I wouldn’t say I’m back in shape yet," she said. "Everything changes when you get older. It was different when I was 31 with the first one and now being 36 with the fourth one.”

She is spending time on the treadmill and eating sensibly to try and get back in shape as she fears she will remain bigger forever if she doesn’t work on it now.

“I think that if you wait too long and it sticks there it stays that way forever," she said. "I have to be motivated.”

Meanwhile, her husband Seal has also spoken out about the family, admitting he was initially unsure of how having another baby would affect their lives.

“It’s a funny thing, having another child, because you have three kids who you love dearly and you think to yourself how could you possibly find any more love to give anyone else?” he told Celebrity Baby Blog.

“The first time you hold your baby in your arms there is this overwhelming sense of otherworldliness that is very, very difficult to describe.”

Seal and Heidi are exhausted from looking after their newborn – but agree it’s worth it.

“Sleep deprivation is kind of pretty much neutralised by what I call the amnesia gene," Seal added. "They look at you and you forget that when you have more kids.”

No Doubt Suing "Band Hero"

Not long ago, the makers of the popular video game Guitar Hero were under fire for using Kurt Cobain's likeness, which Courtney Love (the late rocker's wife) claimed she had not given permission for them to use. Now, the makers of a similar game, Band Hero, are being sued by Gwen Stefani's band No Doubt for fradulent inducement and breach of contract. The band wants their likeness removed from the videogame, as when they signed the deal to appear as avatars, they only agreed to three no Doubt tracks. In the actual game, the avatars perform over sixty songs by other artists, and Gwen Stefani's character can even be made to sing in a male voice. According to the lawsuit, this made the band feel as though the game was "transforming No Doubt band members into a virtual karaoke circus act." Since Activision (the creators of Band Hero)

refused to change the game, No Doubt now wants to completely terminate their involvement. We can't really blame them!

Yankees Win World Series

You guessed it the best team in baseball that money can buy wins again. The Yankees, made up of all-stars from across both leagues completed their best of seven games beating their favorite whipping boy, Pedro Martinez and the Philadephia Phillies by a final score of 7-3.

It was a game that quickly got out of reach of the Phillies as Martinez gave up two runs quickly putting the Phillies in a game of catch up. The largest run spread in the game was 7-1 and the Phillies could only manage to cut the lead by four with a final score of 7-3.

The Phillies only two wins in the series came from pitcher Cliff Lee. While Chase Utley proved to be the only bright spot in Phillies attack by tying previous Yankee (also bought - from the A's) Reggie Jackson for the most home runs hit in a World Series (5).

While many will complain that the Yankees are a team of hired guns bought by the highest bidder, the Phillies fans have no excuses. They wanted to play the best team and beat them and ultimately the Yankees proved to be too much for the Phillies.

Meanwhile Andy Petitte added another win to his post season resume upping it to 18.

All in all, the Yankees 423.5 million spent to acquire the top three free agents in baseball paid off.

Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin to Co-Host the Oscars

Two of America's favorite comedians, Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin, will be co-hosting this year's Academy Awards. They'll be the first people to host the ceremony as a pair since the first Oscars show in 1929. Martin has already hosted the show twice before and even garnered an Emmy nomination for it in 2001, but Alec Baldwin has never hosted the show before. Martin has made guest appearances on Baldwin's hit show, "30 Rock."

Martin joked about the news: "I am happy to co-host the Oscars with my enemy Alec Baldwin." In turn, Baldwin remarked (about Martin's musical abilities), "I don't play the banjo but I'm thrilled to be hosting the Oscars - it's the opportunity of a lifetime."

Josh Duhamel Allegedly Cheats on Fergie

Josh Duhamel is in Fergie's doghouse for sure.

Georgia-based stripper Nicole Forrester contacted the National Enquirer and claimed she had an affair with Transformers star Josh Duhamel. Duhamel was in Georgia filming Life As We Know It. According to Forrester, he went to Tattletales Lounge, a strip club, with a friend. Forrester told Duhamel that she thought he was gorgeous, and he replied stating that she was hot too. Forrester claimed Duhamel called himself "JD" and paid her for a nude dance for himself and his buddy.

A few days later, Duhamel contacted Forrester and invited her to his hotel room at the St. Regis Hotel. Forrester claims that she had sex with Duhamel. The National Enquirer stated that Forrester passed an extensive polygraph test and that her story is absolutely true.

After this information came to light, other women began contacting media outlets claiming that this isn't Duhamel's first infidelity. A woman named Serena contact San Francisco's Wild 94.9 radio station and revealed that Duhamel cheated on Fergie while on the set of Transformers 2. Serena claims that she and her friend were stationed at an Air Force base in New Mexico while Transformers 2 was being filmed. She claims her friend had sex with Duhamel. His co-star, Tyrese, allegedly attempted to have threesomes with other cadets.

Josh Duhamel and Fergie, the female member of the Black Eyed Peas, were married in January 2009. There have been no statements from either star since Duhamel's cheating scandal made the news.

Dr. Defends Michael Jackson Over 1993 Molestation Charge

Most everyone has wrestled with the notion of MJ being a child molester if not convicted Michael Jackson in the court of public opinion over the allegations due to his 1993 settlement.

But new clues would exonerate him to a degree in the public eye if his skin doctor is to be believed.

According to Dr. Arnold Klein, Micheal Jackson was forced into accepting a plea with his accuser not he because molested a child; instead the doctor claims MJ had a strange problem with urinating in public. Because of this, MJ's accuser was able to leverage having seen his private parts into a manufactured molestation case.

Now you would think this news clears the King of Pop of being a child molester, but the sad fact is it kind bolsters the image of him having issues that point right back to him being a problem around children. Again, according to the Doctor, Jackson liked peeing for an audience. For the doctor this simply meant that people knew what his genitals looked like, not that he was forcing himself in inappropriate ways with minors. Ultimately a deputy from the Santa Barbara Sheriff's department had detailed that one of the minors and Jackson's accuser was able to describe his gentiles in 'explicit' detail due to Jackson's affliction of Vitiligo.

Perhaps the most assuring evidence that Jackson did not molest children is Dr. Klein's assertion to TMZ that Jackson simply did not molest children. Never mind that the Doctor admits that Jackson thought peeing in front of people was funny and that he did it often in front of groups of people (including children) for laughs, even in the doctors home.

Perhaps exposing your genitals is not molestation, but it's still rather sick and shows that Jackson had issues. Perhaps we will never know the whole truth.

Spoofing Google Maps

It could be the latest rage in annoying Google. Spoofing their much ballyhoo'd google maps.

Recently a phantom city of Argleton in the UK has manifest on Google Maps only to not really exist if you try to visit it. While speculators think it could be a mistaken spelling of an actual nearby town Aughton, some think it could be Google itself attempting to catch copyright cheats stealing their map information. After all this tactic has been performed by actual map companies for eons.

In efforts to understand the mystery The Telegraph speculates Argleton is an anagram for both "Not Real G" and "Not Large".

Want to goto Argleton? You'll find empty landscape, but at least you'll see something. Try googling Area 51 and it's blanked out.

Maine has it's own phantom town of Suckerville with very few inhabitants of the area it's placed at knowing of this bad information.

Now if Google Maps can provide fictional places, why not show us where Lake Wobegon is? Or Metropolis or I'm sure you've searched "The middle of nowhere".

Kate Winslet Isn't "Irritating"

In January, Britain's Daily Mail labeled Kate Winslet as "The World's Most Irritating Actress," along with calling her "vain" and accusing her of lying about how she stays in shape. Now, the Oscar winner is having the last laugh, as Winslet sued for slander and won. The Daily Mail now have to pay her $40,000 in damages. Following the hearing, Winslet issued this statement:

"I am delighted that the Mail have apologised for making false allegations about me. I was particularly upset to be accused of lying about my exercise regime and felt that I had a responsibility to request an apology in order to demonstrate my commitment to the views that I have always expressed about body issues, including diet and exercise. I strongly believe that women should be encouraged to accept themselves as they are, so to suggest that I was lying was an unacceptable accusation of hypocrisy."

Rihanna Speaks out about Chris Brown

Singer Rihanna – who was left battered and bruised after her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown assaulted her in February at a pre-Grammys party – knows she isn’t the only person to be the victim of domestic abuse.

"This happened to me. It can happen to anyone," she said.

However, the 21-year-old beauty admitted it was hard to deal with because of the feelings she had for the ‘Run It’ singer.

She says in an episode of ‘Good Morning America’ due to air on Thursday (11-05-09): "He was definitely my first big love."

Chris was recently interviewed about the assault and spoke of his regret about attacking Rihanna and told how he is trying his best to make amends.

"I'm human," he said. "If people feel a certain way, I'm not going to say they're wrong. But it's not right to judge somebody when people make mistakes all the time."

"I've learned from my mistakes and I'm learning from them. And I regret every moment, every second of it."

Chris repeatedly punched Rihanna in the face and bit her arms in his car as they left a pre-Grammy Awards party in February.

He pleaded guilty to assault and in August was sentenced to six months of community service, 12 months of domestic violence counselling and five years probation.

The judge also issued a restraining order which requires him to stay at least 100 yards from Rihanna for five years.

Lindsay Lohan Threatened by Gun

‘Mean Girls’ star Lindsay Lohan was left shaken following the terrifying encounter during a vacation in Morocco – only to discover the weapon held at her was fake.

She revealed on her Twitter page: "Umm-OMFG! I was walking ahead with the security guard and some guy was following me, then pulled up in his car and pointed a GUN at me!"

"I was on the phone w/my mum and i screamed and ducked and the guy started laughing and pushed the trigger and it was a fake gun..I was crying..he scared me."

Meanwhile, the 23-year-old's father Michael has demanded she go into rehab for an addiction to painkillers.

Speaking after the actress branded him a “lunatic” over his addiction claims, Michael told X17 online: "As far as Lindsay is concerned, if she retracts her statement and goes into a rehab, I will stop. But if the lies continue and prescription drug use don't stop. Neither will I."

"As for me. I am sorry I had to talk this root, but I have tried and tried to help Linds, and I been lied about long enough. Lindsay has two weeks to get herself into a LONG TERM rehab."

Michael’s comments came after Linday branded him a “lunatic” and said she wanted to change her name.

"My father is a lunatic and doesn't even deserve such a title since he's never been around in my life other than when he'd threaten me and my family," she said. "He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life, behind bars."

"So much for having a 'dad'... I'm going to spend some time with the ones that love me and i love now . The next shopping spree I’m going on is for a new last name!!!"

Ryan Seacreast Stalked!

Of all people, a U.S. Army reservist has allegedly been stalking Ryan Seacrest. The knife-wielding Chidi Uzomah Jr. is in police custody on $150,000 bail after Uzomah had an frightening incident with Seacrest on Friday.

The Army Reserve has commented. Says Lt. Colonel Nathan Banks, "It is disappointing to have a soldier act in that form or fashion, however, we will allow the local police to do their initial investigation, and we will chime in afterwards,"

The details of the incident are one sided at this point. Uzomah had been monitored loitering around the E-Entertainment offices lobby by security guards. To make matters worse he was carrying a pocket knife. Security then tricked him in to staying around while the called the police by telling him that Seacrest was coming to meet him. Uzomah was then taken into custody by handcuffs by LAPD without incident. From here Seacrest's lawyer Blair Berk filed a restraining order on Uzomah.

What will happen next? Aside from not having any contact with Seacrest the Army spokesperson says "He could possibly be honorably discharged or bad conduct discharged, but it's too early to state because we first have to let the due process happen," he said. "We will wait and be patient and not rush to judgment yet."

Nicole Richie Receives Restraining Order

Nicole Richie has received a temporary restraining order against two paparazzi, Eduardo Arrivebene and Ivon Miguel. According to Richie, these men harass her "on a daily basis."

Richie, whose life has been documented by paparazzi cameras, is concerned for her own welfare and the welfare of her two young children, Harlow (21 months) and Sparrow (6 weeks). Arrivebene was driving when he and Miguel crashed into Richie's car and caused her "severe emotional distress." In a statement to the court, Richie claimed that the two photographers would "scream at me in an attempt to get my reaction, scare me, follow me, chase me in their vehicle."

Nicole Richie, who dates Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden, was granted a temporary restraining order against both men on October 30th. Further court proceedings will continue in upcoming weeks.

Titanic Dwarfed by Largest Cruise Ship Ever - 5 Times Larger Than Titanic!

In the land where cruise ships are born, Denmark; the world's largest cruise ship began it's voyage to it's port of call in Port Everglades Florida. Named the Oasis of the Seas it set out for Florida to begin serving what will most likely be a predominant American market.

It is 5 times larger than the Titanic, 20 stories tall, when stood on end it's taller than the Chrysler building and Eiffel Tower and it cost 1.5 billion.

Inside it features 7 separate zones called neighborhoods. It has a ice rink, a small golf course and four swimming pools. There are volleyball courts, basketball courts, and youth theme parks.

Serving it's potential 6,300 passengers are 2,100 crew members. It has over 2700 cabins with some luxury suites featuring lofts. Gone are the days of cramped quarters.

To cap it off, there is a 750 seat out-door Greek themed amphitheater at the stern. Other novelties include a bar that moves up down three decks.
